I purchased a slate engraved house number for my daughter for Christmas over the phone with the expectation of receiving it by December 15th. However, on December 23rd, I found a Hermes card in my mailbox with tracking number [redacted]9, indicating that the parcel was left in the shed. Despite extensive searches in the shed, greenhouse, and dovecot, the package remains elusive. I am 86 years old and my son and grandson have also tried to locate the item without success. Since I made the purchase over the phone, I do not have a physical address to follow up on. I bought the item from either the Original Gifts or Quirky catalog. Could someone please assist me with this situation? Thank you. Email: [redacted]

Hello! I missed a parcel delivery around 12:30 today (31st December [redacted]). The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. My parcel was left by the driver near the bins in my front garden instead of my non-existent outhouse, as shown in the tracking photo. When I returned home, the parcel was not there. I did not ask for my parcel to be placed in a 'safe place,' so I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter. I am eager to receive your response. Thank you!

Ref: [redacted] I have two parcels, purchased from High St TV, that I need to return. The boxes are heavy, and I have already paid for the return delivery online. I am within the 30-day return period, having had the parcels for less than 14 days. Hermes has informed me via email that the barcode for scanning the parcel upon return expires on 31/12/19. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the parcel by that date. However, someone has offered to take the parcel to a local drop-off point (store) on 2/1/[redacted] to have the label printed in-store. As the label expired on 31/12/19, I am unsure what to do next. I would appreciate a timely response, as the person helping me with the drop-off does not live nearby, and we need guidance on how to proceed. C. Pacquette

Subject: Concern Regarding Delivery Driver and Package I am writing to report a potential fraud issue involving one of your delivery drivers. Despite the online parcel tracking indicating my package was delivered and signed for on December 28th, my house was occupied all day without any delivery attempt. Reviewing my CCTV footage, it's clear that no driver came by to deliver a parcel. Furthermore, the signature on the tracking information does not match mine. I urge you to investigate where the driver left the package and identify who signed for it. This incident is not isolated, and I expect immediate resolution to this ongoing problem with your delivery service. Should I not receive a timely response to this email, I will have to escalate this matter. I initially reached out on December 28th with the expectation of a response within 24 hours, but I have not heard back. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, M.R.

I recently received an email stating that my package, Haul 2, was redirected to Cheltenham Road Post Office and supposedly delivered on Tuesday at 1:09 p.m. Unfortunately, the photo of the delivery provided is extremely blurry making it hard to identify. I visited the Cheltenham Road Post Office today, but they do not have any package for me. They advised me to reach out to you for further assistance. The tracking number listed on the email is [redacted][redacted].

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue with my recent delivery. My name is Farouk Souleymane, and I can provide the tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The delivery was made to post code BS2 8QX on January 2, [redacted]. The delivery driver arrived at my address today, and I saw him on my security camera. He buzzed my apartment, and I let him in by using the answering button. It was evident from the speaker on the buzzer that the door was open. To my surprise, the driver left without delivering the parcel. As a fellow delivery driver, I'm disappointed by this behavior. I would appreciate it if the parcel could be delivered again tomorrow. Thank you. Regards, Farouk Souleymane

Regarding Parcel No [redacted][redacted] and order ref [redacted]8, I am experiencing difficulties printing the label at home. The local parcel shop mentioned I need a special code, not the tracking number or the reference numbers provided, but they were unable to assist me further. Could you please provide me with the correct code necessary to send my parcel? I am frustrated with the whole process. I received a welcome email from Hermes instructing me to reach out to Customer Services for any issues, but there is no contact information provided. After struggling to find a contact number, I was unable to speak with anyone, and the suggestion to try live chat left me confused as there was no link provided. I would appreciate it if you could contact me promptly. Thank you.

I have tracked my parcel, and it shows that it was returned to the supplier due to three unsuccessful delivery attempts, with the last one supposedly made an hour ago. I can confirm I was home at that time, and no delivery attempt was made, no note was left at my door either. My living room door is always open, and I would have heard any knocks. In the past, parcels were left with neighbors if I wasn't available. It's puzzling why this time no such attempt was made. I am unsure about the next steps in re-delivering the parcel since I have been home on the other possible delivery days. Please provide guidance on what to do next.

I was expecting a delivery from Intimissimi. The order was handled by Hermes courier service. Hermes claimed the order was delivered to me on 2.1.[redacted] at 11:44 am UK time, but I didn't receive it. I reside in Hospital accommodation, and packages usually go to the accommodation office. No one there has received the parcel in my name. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The delivery address is 26 B Block, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Armthorpe Road, Doncaster, UK. I contacted the hosting company, and they said they would investigate. Hermes stated they received my order on 1.1.[redacted].

I have not received my delivery yet. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I don't know who the sender is, but I need Hermes to deliver the item to the address I provided. I received an email saying there is an access problem, which I don't understand because deliveries have been made before without issues. Unfortunately, I can't reach Hermes by phone as the number provided doesn't work. There is no email address for communication either. If there was an attempt at delivery, no notification was left, even though I've been home. This situation is very frustrating. Looking for a response. - Anne E. Webb

I waited all day and evening for my parcel, expecting it between 5 and 9pm, but the tracking info claims a delivery attempt was made at 19:43, which is puzzling as we were home with a working doorbell. No delivery card was left, and the parcel wasn't left at the usual spot. I now urgently need to know a specific delivery time for tomorrow, January 3rd, as we might have to step out. This experience has left me very disappointed, constantly checking for the parcel's arrival. Adding to this, when I provided the tracking number via phone, it indicated the parcel was "delivered," causing further confusion. Kindly reach out to me to address these issues.

I recently had a parcel delivered by a subcontractor who has delivered to my home before. Unfortunately, this time I wasn't home, and a card was left saying the item was left with a neighbor, but no specific neighbor or house number was provided. This happened on January 2nd. I have spoken to my neighbors, but no one seems to have received it. I would like to know if it's possible for me to contact the local subcontractor who delivered the parcel to find out where it might be. Thank you. W E Avill Receipt No. [redacted]5.

I recently placed an order with boohoo and opted for next day delivery. The estimated delivery time was between 1 and 3pm. However, around 2:30pm, the order status was updated to indicate that the courier faced difficulties reaching the delivery address. Upon checking the tracking information, it showed that the parcel was delivered to a different location and mentioned a card left, which I found blank outside my door. The courier supposedly plans to redeliver tomorrow, which is disappointing considering the next day delivery I paid for. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a customer service representative. I simply want my order delivered promptly since I urgently need these items today, and the lack of clarity regarding my order is concerning.

On December 17, [redacted], a parcel was left in my front garden while I was at work. The courier sent me a photo of the package, which was in a bright yellow bag placed behind a small bush. I returned home around 6 p.m. and noticed the parcel was missing. Despite contacting the catalogue company multiple times, they closed the case without providing proof of delivery. I have requested a letter with evidence of receipt and their decision-making process. The incident happened in my open-plan garden on a council estate, easily accessible by anyone passing by. I suspect the Hermes courier, although I have a good relationship with her. To me, the missing £30 trainers are significant, and it's about principle. I am unsure how to proceed as the catalogue company denies responsibility. Any written confirmation of the courier's accountability would help me address this matter further. I feel unjustly accused and seek advice on resolving this issue. Thank you. - AS

On Saturday, December 14th, I made an online booking and payment for a drop-off service with label printing to Angel Food & Wine on Langton Road, TN3 OHL. However, upon arrival, the shop did not recognize the code provided (YTP89B). The parcel, sent by Simon Davey from 18 Salisbury Road, Langton Green, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN3 0ES, was intended for Anthony Seaton at 20 Freeman House, Inverness Close, Cambridge CB4 1FH, and paid for by him. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email confirmation of this order. I have since re-ordered the drop-off and kindly request a cancellation and refund for the original booking on December 14th. Thank you. - A. Seaton

I recently encountered another issue with a phantom delivery attempt. Today was supposed to be the second attempt for tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I waited at my window and witnessed the courier van park nearby, but no one got out. Shortly after, I received an email claiming an unsuccessful delivery. I'm puzzled by this recurring situation and suspect ulterior motives. I have recorded this on CCTV and will take further action if necessary.

Hello, I wanted to share an update regarding my parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] from Hermes. According to an email I received, the courier faced difficulty reaching the delivery address. The address, Vanessa Capecci at Ecosafe, POOLE HOUSING PARTNERSHIP, BH15 2BU, 28-30 Wimborne Road POOLE, is clearly provided. I am surprised the driver had trouble locating it since it is a large and public building. I have been unable to reach any phone numbers for assistance. I am eagerly awaiting this delivery before Christmas, and I kindly request an urgent update. You can contact me at [redacted]9 or via email at [redacted]

I received a text message about the delivery of my order supposedly from Debenhams with order number [redacted][redacted]. I was expecting a parcel from JD Williams with order number [redacted][redacted], but I hadn't been notified of its delivery. A package from JD Williams was left in my letterbox, and the delivery driver left before I could talk to him. Later, I received another text stating that my Debenhams order had been delivered, which it hasn't. I assume it might still be on the van as the driver possibly confused it while hurriedly delivering the JD Williams parcel. I'm worried because the delivery driver claims my Debenhams parcel is delivered, but I haven't received it. I seek clarification.

Regarding delivery number [redacted][redacted], I recently received a notification stating that the package was left in my non-existent porch. Living in a flat without a porch, I checked the entrance hallway with no luck. This is the second instance with Hermes where a delivery notification was given but no parcel received. In the past, I contacted the sender and the item was replaced. I am eager to locate my Lakeland parcel promptly and find it frustrating that direct contact with a company representative seems impossible.

I received a delivery from M and M Direct on Monday. Out of the five items, one was the wrong size, so I needed to return it. I selected option 1, which was to go to Hermes and obtain a return label for £2.99 and then return it to a local shop. Since I didn't have any funds in my account, I used my neighbor's Clydesdale card, as she had £9 available. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to make the payment, I found out that I was charged £23.97 by Hermes eight times, resulting in my neighbor being overdrawn and facing a £10 charge. I never received any emails with my return slip, even though the website stated that payment wasn't successful each time. I will now return the item via option 2, Royal Mail, and I am requesting a refund of £33.97. Thank you.
