On December 28th, Hermes allegedly delivered my package and claimed to have left it in a safe spot outside my door. However, it was actually left in a communal hall accessible by the public. Upon my return, the parcel was missing. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in contacting Hermes. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my package and would appreciate information on Hermes' course of action. The seller I purchased the item from has also faced challenges in resolving this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam, Regarding parcel tracking number [redacted][redacted], I was not available to receive the delivery today and found a note with contact number [redacted]2. I have been present each day since ordering, yet only one delivery attempt was made. I am perplexed why no further attempts were undertaken before sending it back. It has been challenging to communicate as this note is my only point of contact. Is there a reason why phone communication is not feasible? I urgently await your response. Thank you, K. On weekends, the driver consistently delivers packages to the wrong house even though our house is clearly labeled correctly. Unfortunately, we cannot rely on someone from a few houses down to bring us the items left outside their door. This issue occurs on Pikemere Road, part of the route that includes Alsager. I hope the driver can start delivering to the right address as our house number is visible by the door.

I sent a very small package on December 17th, but there have been no updates on the tracking since it was delivered to the courier for delivery on December 19th. I just found out on December 30th that it hasn't been delivered, and there hasn't been any attempt to deliver it during this time. It's frustrating because it's a small package that could easily fit through a letterbox. I've tried contacting them via telephone and their online contact pages, but haven't had any luck. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]. Now, as a pensioner, I may have to send a duplicate or ask for a refund, both of which will cost me more money.

I purchased a set of bed sheets for next day delivery, but they haven't arrived as expected. The tracking information shows a delay of 24 hours. I placed the order at 10 a.m. on the 28th. It's frustrating to pay extra for next day delivery and not receive the items on time. I'm currently sleeping on a mattress without sheets and would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this issue.

I purchased three tracksuits from JD Sport on December 18th, [redacted]. The order was sent to Hermes on December 20th. According to the tracking information, Hermes is still waiting for the parcel. My JD order number is [redacted]26. I did not receive a tracking number for Hermes. I paid extra for the parcel to arrive before Christmas, which did not happen. Unfortunately, my three children were disappointed on Christmas day without their clothes. I am requesting an immediate refund as the service provided is unacceptable.

I received an email informing me of a parcel from Heritage Pets. I am expecting a few deliveries but do not have a 16-digit tracking number to identify this specific item. I am uncertain about the sender to reach out to for the tracking number. The email mentions the item being with Hermes for shipment, but without a proper tracking number, I cannot track it. I have a longer tracking number, though not 16 digits. Can someone please contact me regarding this matter? Thank you.

I have been at home all day waiting for a package to arrive. Despite receiving an email stating that my items were delivered, they were not. The email mentioned a 'safe place' near my door, a location I did not specify. However, upon checking, there were no items outside. I inquired with my neighbors, but they did not receive the parcel either. I paid for my items and next-day delivery, as I require one of the items for tomorrow, but they have disappeared. I ordered an item from Alexanderel that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, 15/12/[redacted], but I have yet to receive it. Upon tracking it with tracking number [redacted][redacted], it showed as delivered. A photo showed the item hidden by our bin outside, but it was not there. Despite everyone being home that Sunday, there was no bell ring or note indicating where the parcel was placed. I am requesting either the item to be delivered properly or a refund for this issue.

Hello, My name is Maria Daniela Constantin. I ordered Next Day Delivery from ASOS. The expected dispatch date was yesterday, but the parcel hasn't arrived at the Parcel Shop. When I track the parcel, there have been no updates since yesterday morning, and it's been showing "on the way" since 05:40 on Mon 30 Dec. I really need my parcel today. I sent a parcel that should have been delivered by the 28th of December, but it hasn't arrived yet. When I track it using my confirmation email, it shows as stuck. However, when I log into my account to view the order, it's not there. The recipient is unhappy, and as the sender, I am as well. I have contacted you several times about this issue. I was informed that I would receive an email with further instructions. I also purchased insurance for the parcel. If it is not located, how can I make a claim?

Hello, I received an email notifying me that my parcels were scheduled to be delivered between 12 and 2 today. However, I later received another email indicating a delay. I opted for next day delivery and require the items today. I am uncertain why there is a delay since the courier already possesses my parcels. I am eager to learn the new estimated delivery time. Ideally, I would like to receive the items by tonight; however, if this is not possible, I must make alternate plans. Thank you.

Hello, I received a notification from Hermes stating that my package was delivered and signed for on December 27, [redacted]. However, the signature left on the delivery receipt simply states "porch," indicating that it was not actually signed for by anyone. The package was not left in my porch, especially not at my address. I have evidence to support this, as my neighbor's CCTV footage confirms that no delivery occurred at the specified time. I was present at home all day and can confirm that no parcel was received. The tracking number for the undelivered package is [redacted][redacted].

I have used Hermes to ship items sold on eBay without issues until now. I dropped off 5 packages with tracking number P[redacted] on the 20th, expecting delivery before Christmas as per Hermes' deadline for posting. However, 4 of the parcels have been stuck in transit for 11 days since collection, while the fifth is on its way to the recipient despite being collected later. My attempts to contact Hermes through the toll-free number were unsuccessful as the number provided is no longer in service, and the new number incurs charges I cannot afford. The lack of customer support is frustrating, especially as I face potential losses from undelivered parcels due to possible theft. I rely on selling to make ends meet, and these delays impact me greatly. Assistance in recovering the missing items or seeking compensation is urgently needed to resolve this issue and avoid refunding buyers at my own expense. Hello, on December 27th, we dropped off multiple parcels at the shop and have the receipts for them. However, they are still in progress and haven't been delivered yet. Out of over 60 orders, only 11 have been successfully delivered. We are Night Glow Limited and have an account with your company. These parcels were meant for New Year's Eve parties, and the delay is causing us financial implications. We urgently need these parcels delivered today. This morning, I received an email informing me that my parcel will be delayed and should arrive in the next 24 hours. I had paid for next day delivery, so I was expecting it today. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Interestingly, my niece, who lives just around the corner, also got the same email but her parcel has already been delivered to a different address. I am reaching out regarding the return of my item for a refund. Despite covering the return postage, I am concerned about the delayed delivery times. The business park will not have staff available to accept packages on December 31st from 5-9pm. Normally, they accept packages until 10pm on regular workdays, but due to the holidays, the schedule has been disrupted. They close at 5pm on the 31st, are closed on the 1st of January, and open on the 2nd. I have included a photo of the business park since it can be challenging to navigate. Follow the A5505 until it becomes ARENSON Way, continue until you reach the office building with a car park in front. There is a walkway beside the building with a gate to buzz for entry. I sent a parcel on December 7th with a signature required. The courier made one delivery attempt, then tracking became unavailable. The package was eventually returned to me. The courier recommended I re-label it and collect it the same day. Currently, the tracking still shows as unavailable on my end, but the recipient claims it was delivered to a safe place. Despite contacting the courier three times, including a promise of a follow-up call that never occurred, the issue remains unresolved. I've received multiple emails from the recipient, and this situation is becoming frustrating.

Today, I was informed that my parcel had been delivered and signed for by me. However, no one rang my flat's bell, no one actually delivered the parcel to me, and the signature provided is not mine. This situation has occurred for the second time. I plan to report this to the police as a theft because Hermes falsely records my parcel as delivered without actually doing so. I require the name of the delivery driver for the police report urgently. If I do not receive this information today, I will escalate the matter even further. It is unacceptable to forge my signature simply because the delivery driver did not make the effort to deliver the package properly.

I recently received my order of six bottles of "Essential Yeast Extract" delivered by Hermes. Unfortunately, upon opening the parcel this morning, I found that one of the glass bottles had broken during transit. The package lacked "This Way Up" or "Fragile Glass" signs, and the bottles were packed without newspaper or bubble wrap, causing them to be packed upside down. I kindly request Hermes to collect the parcel and return it to the sender for a replacement of the broken item. The delivery details are as follows: 08 HML 2 / VAN 83 / DROP 24 / C-RND [redacted]. The reference number for the delivery is 03B6A25C57 dated 23/12/19.
