I received a text stating that my delivery was rescheduled to be between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. However, at 4:45 PM, I received an email stating that my delivery was already made and signed for at my address. I did not receive any parcel nor did anyone sign for it at my address. I am seeking assistance to investigate this matter further. I would appreciate either a refund or information on the whereabouts of my parcel, as it was intended as a Christmas gift.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about the discrepancy in the delivery of my parcel. Yesterday, a card was left in my mailbox stating that the parcel was left on my doorstep, but upon my return today, it was not there. Although an email claims the delivery occurred today with a signature that is not mine, I can assure you that no one in my household signed for it. However, I did not find the parcel in my garden, and no one had my permission to sign for it. I even checked with my neighbor, and the parcel was not in their garden either. This situation has occurred before, and it is quite frustrating. The missing parcel contains a pair of trainers worth £80 from Foot Asylum, intended as a Christmas present. I would like this matter to be resolved promptly. If not, I would request a thorough investigation and a refund for my purchase. I understand the busy Christmas season, but as a DPD employee, I know the standard procedures for deliveries, and leaving a parcel without an image confirmation is not the correct protocol to follow. My recipient hasn't received their parcel from Hermes. Initially, the delivery was confirmed lost, and I was advised to complete a claim form. However, the tracking later showed that the parcel was delivered and signed for by a neighbor. The recipient hasn't received any notification indicating which neighbor accepted the delivery, and no neighbors have mentioned receiving the parcel. Additionally, there has been no response regarding the claim I submitted. I am confident that the parcel was lost and not delivered. The barcode is [redacted][redacted], and the postcode is BR6 8EA. I have been a loyal Hermes customer for many years, and I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I am extremely disappointed. The courier delivered my package to my address but left it in a blue bin outside since I wasn't home. When I checked the bin, the parcel was nowhere to be found. This was a Christmas gift for my son, and now he won't receive it. The package should not have been left without a signature. Dear all, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of assistance I received regarding my iPad with a red and white board cover that was left in a plastic bag. Upon my arrival at Helsinki Airport last night, I inquired about the lost and found office, only to be informed that it closes at 4 pm. This inconvenience has left me frustrated and concerned about retrieving my iPad, especially since I will be returning to Helsinki on December 27th, arriving at night. The thought of not being able to reclaim my iPad is troubling. If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to involve the authorities upon my return to Australia. Hello, I shipped my parcel on December 13th. The buyer messaged me a few days ago, stating they have not received their item. Upon tracking, it shows a delay with an assurance of delivery within 24 hours, as of December 16th. However, it has not arrived yet. Checking today, the status still displays the same message. It is now December 23rd, well over the promised time frame. The buyer needed the parcel for Christmas and unfortunately decided to cancel their order due to this issue.

For the last three days, the courier has held my parcel and promised delivery attempts without following through. I've reached out to H&M, the retailer, and they mentioned the courier had trouble accessing or locating the property, though this hasn't been a problem in the past given it's a standard residential street. We are expecting the parcel by tomorrow, but there are concerns the situation might repeat itself.

I need assistance with a customer delivery issue. The recipient missed the delivery 3 times, but claims to have been home during 2 of the tries and never heard a knock, receiving only a missed parcel slip. The item is now returning to me. Holliday 53 Lincoln Road Ruskington Lincolnshire NG34 9AR On Monday, 23rd December, at 15:52, I received a text message claiming that Hermes had delivered my parcel from Jacamo. However, despite three people being at home, nothing was delivered. The text mentioned that the parcel was placed through the letterbox, which seemed improbable given the contents - 2 pairs of jeans, 2 t-shirts, and a pair of trainers. The photo provided was unclear and did not show the actual delivery. I have reached out to Jacamo, and they are reportedly in contact with Hermes regarding this issue. I was informed that the driver would retrieve the parcel and deliver it to me today. I seek confirmation on this matter promptly as the items were intended as Christmas gifts, and I refuse to pay for undelivered goods. I ordered an item on eBay expecting it to be delivered by Hermes on December 6th. After realizing it was returned to the seller due to delivery issues, the seller sent it again. However, when I checked the tracking information, I saw it was marked as delivered to a safe place/letterbox, which isn't possible in my terraced house with a small letterbox. I never received any notification about where it was left. The item was a Christmas gift, and I'm really disappointed. I won't get it in time for Christmas now. I received an email yesterday notifying me that my ASOS parcel with reference number [redacted] was delivered at 3:02 PM. I have not received this package, and no delivery card was left at my residence. I received automated messages last December stating that my parcel would be delivered, but no attempt was made. The tracking system inaccurately claimed that delivery was attempted while I was away on holiday, but there was no such attempt. The website directed me to contact for re-delivery options in a nonexistent FAQs section, adding to the frustration. The misleading information has caused distress.

I received texts on Saturday, December 21, and Monday, December 23, [redacted], regarding the delivery of parcel ID [redacted][redacted] on those days. Despite no delivery attempt being made, the online tracking stated otherwise, claiming no one was home. Subsequently, upon checking the tracking on the website, I was informed that delivery was attempted while I was away on holiday. The instructions to discuss redelivery options in the FAQs section were misleading, as no such section exists. This misinformation has caused me distress, and I am concerned about the dishonesty displayed by the company.

According to the tracking information, an attempt was made to deliver my parcel, but nobody was home, and there was no safe place for the delivery. However, no delivery driver has actually shown up at my hotel. There is always someone present in the living room overlooking the front door, and we even have a doorbell. No delivery card has been left, and there are options like putting the package in the garden or using neighboring businesses for collection. I urgently need this parcel as it's a Christmas gift, and I paid for expedited shipping to ensure its arrival today.

I ordered a package from Pretty Little Thing and paid for next-day delivery. I've been at my address all day, which is where the item was supposed to be delivered according to Pretty Little Thing and Hermes. However, Hermes sent me an email stating that the parcel was delivered to my address with a signature screenshot that does not match mine. No driver came to deliver the package or asked for my signature.

Hello, I was at home yesterday when I received a notification stating that my parcel had been delivered, but I did not find it anywhere near my letterbox. Despite waiting all day today, the package hasn't shown up. Upon closer inspection of the photo that was sent, I can see the delivery being made through a different door that is not mine. The footwear in the image clearly does not belong to me. I've spoken to my neighbors on the same floor, and none of them received the package either.
