I purchased an item on eBay, and the tracking information indicates it was delivered on December 19th at 2:19 PM. However, when I originally paid for the item, I mistakenly entered my home address (37 Asplins Road) instead of Argos Tottenham Hale. After contacting the seller, they changed the delivery address to Argos. Strangely, the tracking shows it was delivered to 37 Asplins Road and signed for by a business, even though I was at work and did not sign for it. Argos is unaware of the delivery, and I do not have the correct tracking code starting with FM to locate it. I am hoping to find out where the item was actually delivered. I recently made a purchase from Bakker in Holland and was informed that my order was prepared for shipping. Upon review, I realized that the address is missing the house number. I reached out to Bakker, and they advised me to reach out to you with the tracking number once I have it. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I recently received a notification that my package was delivered and signed for, but unfortunately, I did not receive it and the signature does not belong to me. I have checked with my neighbors and searched through all bins without any luck. The missing parcel is from TK Maxx and contains a gift for my husband for Christmas. The parcel number is [redacted][redacted]. I have already spent £60 on the package and £6 on the Hermes line, which did not provide any assistance. I placed an order for two items online with Debenhams on December 18, [redacted], to be shipped to my friend at 2 Burnt Hills, Cromer NR27 9LW. A notification from your company stated that one parcel was delivered at 14:46 on Friday, December 20, [redacted], to an address called Burnt Hills Wood. This address was not provided by me to Debenhams. The GPS map included in your email indicates that the delivery was not made to 2 Burnt Hills, and the photo of the door shows a different color from my friend's house. My parcel was scheduled for an early delivery, but the time got changed unexpectedly. I requested delivery to my neighbor at [redacted] Stratford Road, but the courier claimed I was not home, resulting in a missed delivery. Unfortunately, I don't understand why this happened. I urgently need the parcel before Christmas, especially now that the shop is closed. Hello, I placed an order for two parcels on December 18, [redacted], through Sports Direct with next-day delivery. It is now December 21, [redacted], and I have yet to receive anything. When tracking the parcels, the latest information I have is from yesterday at 11:06 a.m., indicating a delay and advising to wait 24 hours. However, I have not received any further updates. I am extremely disappointed with how my parcel was delivered. It was left outside my house next to the bin in an open estate without any notification or attempt to deliver it directly to me. Even though I was at home, no one knocked on the door. After checking my email today, I discovered that the delivery was not made through my letter box as expected, but placed openly next to the bin. This parcel was valuable, and I expect better service. I need this matter addressed urgently. Please respond promptly.

I purchased two weighted blankets from Kud.ley.com on December 11, [redacted]. Shortly after, I received a delay notification assuring me that the parcel would be dispatched within 24 hours. I recently received a notification from you stating that my package had been delivered and left in my porch. However, I have not received any package or note, and I do not have a porch. I reside in a garden flat with my own front door, where nothing has been placed in the letterbox. It seems the delivery was made to the incorrect address. I am eagerly awaiting a parcel delivery at the shop where I work. Our shop is open from 9am to 5pm without any lunch breaks. Unfortunately, I keep receiving notifications stating that the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available, which I find hard to believe. This situation has become frustrating, making me reconsider using Hermes for deliveries in the future. My parcel was supposedly delivered on Friday, but it was not received by me. There was no delivery card left, no package with neighbors, and the delivery photo provided was just a black square. This was a Christmas present for my daughter, and now thanks to the delivery driver's mistake, she won't get it on time. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I cannot speak to anyone directly regarding this issue. The lack of proper communication is unacceptable. I demand either the delivery of my parcel or compensation for the missing item. I feel let down and dissatisfied with the service provided by Hermes.

Hermes has attempted delivery to my address three times, but no notification or missed delivery card was left. I have not seen the delivery van in my area either. I urgently need the package, as it contains a Christmas gift for my daughter. I reached out to the seller to prevent the item from being returned to the USA. Can you assist in rescheduling the delivery with a specified date and time to ensure I can receive the package on time?

I was told to leave the package on the porch, but your delivery person decided to throw it over the fence into the back garden where our three large, very vocal dogs roam freely. There are clear signs indicating guard dogs on the property. The driver did not adhere to the "safe place" instructions, and now the package is destroyed. If a replacement isn't sent immediately, my daughter's Christmas will be ruined. I receive packages regularly, and this kind of mishap has never occurred before. I am furious and extremely stressed. I believe a package was sent to my neighbor and signed for. After speaking with the neighbor who didn't receive the item, it appears the signature on the delivery doesn't include a name, just "Mrs." This package is urgent, and the delivery note left in our mailbox didn't provide information on its whereabouts. I am requesting prompt assistance and would appreciate speaking directly with the delivery person who claimed to deliver it to clarify its location, especially because it contains a valuable item. Hello, I anticipated the delivery of my parcel today between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. I was in the kitchen waiting for the package and upon checking the tracking information, it stated that the courier tried to deliver it at 12:35 PM. However, I can confirm that there was no delivery attempt as I was present next to the front door the whole time. I kindly request for my parcel to be redelivered promptly. I am deeply frustrated by this situation and if it is not resolved today, I will escalate the issue to headquarters with an official complaint. Hello! I recently made a purchase on eBay with an expected delivery date of Tuesday, December 17th. The item was dispatched on time, but unfortunately, the delivery process is extremely delayed. It's now December 22nd, and I have yet to receive the parcel, despite it being out for delivery since Tuesday. I am very frustrated with Hermes' service as the gift for my significant other will now be delayed. I urge you to address this issue promptly, regardless of how busy you may be. Hello, I purchased some items from JD Sports with a delivery date of Thursday, December 19th. However, I discovered in my email that the courier, Hermes, stated the package was delivered to my workplace at 8:58 pm on Friday and signed for. This is impossible as my workplace is closed by 6 pm. Upon my arrival home yesterday, I discovered a note from Hermes in my letterbox stating "Behind Gate" with barcode [redacted]6. I interpreted this to mean a package was thrown over my 7ft locked garden gate, a situation that has occurred previously. To my surprise, no parcel was found. The parcel could not have been moved, as my garden is only accessible through the locked gate. Despite inquiring with my neighbors, who have accepted deliveries for me in the past, the parcel remains missing. Upon contacting the sender and referencing tracking number [redacted][redacted], the delivery information claims the package, measuring at least 30x45x7cm, was posted through the letterbox at 12:55 yesterday, which seems impossible.
