I am inquiring about tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I was anticipating the delivery on Wednesday, December 18th, but it has not arrived. Despite Amazon stating it has been delivered, I have been at home and no one has rung my doorbell. I am concerned about the item's whereabouts. I am disappointed in the company marking it as delivered when it clearly hasn't been. As the item is costly, not receiving it means I cannot even claim a refund from Amazon due to this error. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]. I dropped off my return parcel at the Parcelshop on 29th November. The tracking information shows it was collected, and since 10th December, it has been stuck at "On its way." It was intended for a refund, but the retailer hasn't received it, even after 10 days. Order number [redacted][redacted]: I am frustrated as there was another failed delivery attempt by Hermes, even though they claimed they tried. This is not the first, second, or even third time I have had issues with Hermes, especially when using JD'S services in November and December. I am not sure if they are going to the wrong address or simply not being truthful. My package is a Christmas present, and I really need it. I hope you can assist me with this matter. Thank you, B. I received a card on Monday stating there was an initial delivery attempt for a parcel requiring a signature. I left a clear instruction for the driver to leave it with a neighbor, which I placed on the door for three days. Since then, I haven't heard anything and have attempted to track the parcel on your website multiple times. However, the website doesn't recognize the number I provided. I am unaware of the sender or the contents of the parcel, so reaching out to them directly is not possible. I am growing increasingly frustrated with this situation.

When I check the tracking for my parcel, the status from Saturday, December 14th states, "We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours." Today is Friday, December 20th, and the status remains unchanged. I am disappointed in the service, especially so close to Christmas. This item is a gift, so I rely on it arriving before Christmas as promised. My Barcode Number is [redacted][redacted], and the delivery address is 21 Graham Gardens BT6 9FB, under the name MISS AMY GRAY. I would appreciate an update on my parcel as I need it before Christmas Eve. The courier left two calling cards without indicating when they will return or providing a phone number. I was in bed during both visits, and my dogs did not bark when someone knocked on the door, which is unusual. Due to my insomnia, I did not hear any knocking or barking. I have been attempting to contact Hermes for the past hour with no success. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service.

When I check the tracking status of my parcel, it still shows the message from Saturday 14th December stating that it has been delayed and will be on the move in the next 24 hours. Today is Friday 20th December, and there has been no update on the tracking status. I am disappointed with the service provided, especially during the holiday season. This parcel is a gift, and I am counting on it to arrive before Christmas as promised. Hello, I returned my parcel to the nearest parcel shop at the Hermes return point on November 25th. I noticed in the tracking list that it was collected on November 26th at 15:00. Since then, I haven't received any updates. I was occupied and didn't follow up on the delivery status. Today, I realized that I haven't received the refund from Boohoo for the returned item. I purchased 2 t-shirts from Millets, but only one arrived despite them claiming both were dispatched. The delivery supposedly did not require a signature, but someone forged mine while I was at work during the delivery time. The person at home who received the package did not sign for it. I am missing one item and a fake signature was used in my name. Millets is attributing the issue to Hermes delivery service. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. Hello, I noticed on your website that a parcel was delivered to me, but I never actually received it. The package was supposed to require a signature, yet the picture provided today shows only a finger-drawn line, not a proper signature. The parcel we received this morning was clearly tampered with. Many items were missing, envelopes torn open, and packages inside ripped apart. One package, possibly a jewelry case according to the label, was missing. We took photos of the damaged items and the excessive masking tape used to try to reseal the parcel. The delivery was attempted yesterday while we were out, and a note was left with reference number [redacted]64. Inside, there was a returns slip with reference number 95-[redacted]-72-[redacted]8-3.

I ordered a parcel from the shop warehouse that was dispatched on November 29th. Unfortunately, there have been delays with Hermes as the tracking shows it has been sitting at the local sorting office since December 6th. The estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back, and I am concerned as I need the item for Christmas, and it is now December 20th. I have been unable to find a replacement online, so I am eager to know the expected delivery date or if it's possible for me to collect it from the sorting office directly to ensure I receive it on time.

I received an email from Hermes stating that my package from Woolovers was left in my porch, but I don't have a porch. I've been home all morning, and the photo they provided is not of my house. I have no idea where my parcel is. I tried emailing Hermes through their website but couldn't find an appropriate email address. I also called the number suggested by Gethuman, but it was unavailable. I need help locating my package.

I attempted to obtain a return label from M and M Direct to return some boots, but unfortunately, I did not receive one. I had to return the item at the post office and incur a £6.50 charge today. Upon checking my bank statement, I noticed that Hermes charged me £2.99 five times on December 11, [redacted]. I am confused as to why this happened and I am requesting a full refund for the duplicate charges. There seems to be a need for improvement on your website to provide clearer instructions and information on the return process to avoid customer frustration. I am disappointed with the experience and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I received an email saying my parcel was delivered yesterday at 6:26 pm, but it hasn't arrived. Today I was told it was in my safe place, but I don't have one, and I was home all day, so I couldn't have missed the delivery. Please contact the courier to investigate where my parcel is. My package reached the depot on 13/12/19, and according to the tracking information, it was supposedly delivered yesterday at 17:17 on 19/12/19. Strangely, no one knocked on the door, and I didn't receive an email with a delivery window or any confirmation of delivery. Typically, Hermes leaves a card through the letterbox and places parcels in the nearest bin. My family and I were at home at the time of the reported delivery, so it's confusing to see the tracking still showing it at the depot. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a human representative, especially given the lack of a customer service email. Considering the contents of the package, it could have easily fit through the letterbox.

I have been charged four amounts of £2.99 each while trying to purchase a returns label from MandMdirect through Hermes on 18/12/19. After completing the form and entering my credit card details, clicking "pay now" did not work. I unsuccessfully tried two more times and then attempted again the next day with a debit card, but still no returns label was generated. I later used Parceltogo for the Hermes service, which went smoothly. However, I have noticed the unauthorized charges of three times on my credit card and once on my debit card. I am requesting a refund of these charges. Despite this issue, I have always appreciated the reliable Hermes delivery service. Thank you, Sarah T.

I received a notification that my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted] was delivered at 1:59 today. Unfortunately, the courier informed me that she mistakenly left it at the wrong address without specifying where. I had paid for next-day delivery and urgently need the item from 'Brown Bag.' Please assist in resolving this issue promptly as the package has not been delivered to me at 6 Millar Terrace, Farme Cross, Rutherglen, Glasgow G731BD as planned.

I recently received a text on my phone informing me that my delivery would be made yesterday. However, upon checking the tracking information after 9 p.m., it showed that the parcel had been delivered and signed for, which is not accurate as I did not receive any package nor did I sign for anything. The signature provided does not belong to me, and I am concerned about where my parcel could be. I live at 1 Todhill Avenue in Kilmarnock. I remember a previous incident where a delivery was mistakenly taken to a different address, 1 Thorn Terrace, and I hope this is not the case again. Can you please investigate this matter and contact me as soon as possible? I am eagerly awaiting your response, especially since this item is intended as a Christmas present.
