Dear sirs, I received an email on Dec 17 confirming the delivery of parcel [redacted][redacted], which I did not receive as I was not at home. The facsimile signature on record does not match my own. Could you please assist me in locating the delivery point? A map of the delivery location would be greatly appreciated, allowing me to retrieve the item personally. Thank you, David R.

I purchased a replacement battery for my Kindle on August 12, [redacted], and the payment was deducted from my account. After contacting the seller, I was informed that the item was in transit with Hermes. Despite tracking the parcel, the last update was on Saturday, December 12, [redacted], at 6:51 AM. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of updates. Tracking is pointless if there's no information provided. I demand to know the current location of my delivery and when I can expect it to arrive since it has already been paid for.

I recently received an email stating that a parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 12th of December. Despite a photo of my front door, the item was not received, likely because it is too thick for the letterbox. I reached out to Masterpiece by Numbers, who confirmed they have no record of delivery. The missing item was a Christmas present from my daughter, causing me concern. I would like to know if the parcel is still in transit. I was notified that my delivery was made today at 11:17, with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. However, no note was left at my door. The photo provided shows a fence and a car that are not on my street, with no parcel visible. I am concerned about my £[redacted].00 order and frustrated with the poor service. Reaching out to the company by phone has been unsuccessful. This is not the first time I have had issues with their service. I would appreciate speaking with the driver directly to ensure my parcel is delivered to the correct address. Please contact me promptly.

I received a delivery notification (barcode no. [redacted]9) stating "rear porch" as the delivery location. However, I do not have a rear porch. Despite searching my property thoroughly, I could not locate the parcel. According to the website tracker, the delivery person's name is listed as "Nasty Girl". When I bought my product, I lived in High Halstow. Unexpectedly, I had to move, but I couldn't update the delivery address with the retailer. They tried to deliver it three times, but I wasn't home. I have a tracking number since Monday, and it only shows that the item has been at my local depot since Saturday. I'm waiting for them to deliver the item, as I've arranged for it to be redirected to my neighbor now.

I have been trying to explain that I did not receive a delivery from Hermes on Tuesday. It seems they left the package in the locked garage while I was at work which is not possible as I did not find it. I checked every corner and there was no delivery card left either. I left a note on the front door instructing deliveries to be placed at the back, so I am unsure why this happened. The issue now is that my Mum may not receive her Christmas present unless this gets resolved quickly. I just want the parcel I paid extra for to arrive on time. I am frustrated that I cannot reach anyone to resolve this, and I am feeling annoyed and unhappy with the whole situation. It's Christmas soon, and I really want to have the gift for my Mum, but it seems unlikely at the moment.

Dear Sir/Madam, I applied to Hermes twice, first on 9/12/19 and then on 16/12/19, using the company application form to become a self-employed courier driver. I reside in Prestwick, Ayrshire KA8 9BZ. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my applications. Surprisingly, I continue to receive advertisements on my phone and email about becoming a Hermes courier. It's confusing why they are seeking more drivers without processing my application or offering me an interview. Your help in clarifying this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, K. I have been eagerly awaiting a parcel delivery for days. Initially, the delivery driver rescheduled my parcel twice. Yesterday, I missed the delivery at 15:07. Strangely, I received an update claiming a third delivery attempt was made at 14:45 when no one was present. This conflicts with the fact that I received a parcel from Hermes at 14:44. I am perplexed as to why I received a notification that my parcel is being returned to the sender. No actual delivery attempts have been made, despite the driver rescheduling twice. I'm concerned about the whereabouts of my parcel. According to the tracking information, it has been signed for, but I haven't received it. The signature doesn't match mine, and the name listed isn't mine either. I've been home all day, and no delivery attempts were made. I checked with my neighbors, and none of them received it. I placed an order with Footasylum for 24-hour delivery and received an email stating it would arrive on Tuesday, December 17th. I was informed it couldn't be delivered and was asked to reach out, which has proven challenging without a contact number. I altered the delivery to go to a neighbor in case I wasn't home, but the parcel hasn't shown up after three days. I'm distressed as I required the items by Friday. Yesterday, I was eagerly awaiting a delivery when the doorbell rang, and unfortunately, I was upstairs at that moment. By the time I got to the door, the delivery driver had already left. Today, I received an email stating that the delivery would arrive between 1 pm and 3 pm. However, at 3:01 pm, I received another email pushing the timeframe to between 3 pm and 5 pm. I had to pick up my children from school, but I returned by 3:15 only to discover that my parcel was missed for the second time. The package is crucial as it contains my son's outfit for his party tomorrow morning. I urgently need the parcel to be delivered today to ensure my son has his outfit on time.

One of the Hermes delivery persons claimed to deliver my parcel, but I was home both days it was supposedly delivered. Despite receiving five separate notifications, no one rang the doorbell or knocked. I am requesting that my parcel be redelivered as soon as possible. Hello, I placed an order online and it was supposed to be delivered to 18 Brent Gardens, Glasgow, Thornliebank, under the name Zahraa Butt. The tracking number for the delivery is [redacted][redacted]. When I checked the tracking information, it shows that it has been delivered to my address as specified, but I have not received anything. The status indicates that it has been signed for, although no one was present at home to sign for it. I suspect it may have been delivered to a different address since the signature is unfamiliar to me. On Friday, December 13th, Hermes claimed to have delivered my parcel addressed to E Reynolds at 9 Weston Terrace, Ynyshir, Porth RCT. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], showing a delivery and signature at 15:20 on 12/13/19. Despite a note left at our home stating it was with neighbors at no. 14, our neighbors deny ever receiving it and weren't home at that time. We were actually home and had just accepted a delivery from Iceland. I am puzzled as to why it was sent there. This parcel contained an expensive Christmas gift I cannot afford to replace. I request a prompt investigation into this matter.

My package was supposed to arrive yesterday, a birthday gift that hasn't shown up yet. I'm frustrated because I could have ordered from another place at a lower cost and received it already. I have not received my rug yet. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. It might be under the name of Aaron Grimstead at TA8 1LB. If there was an issue with delivery to this address, please send it to TA8 2EZ instead. Please respond quickly. There shouldn't have been any issues as it was meant for Flat 3, Holts House. There are many residents in this apartment building. Consider delivering it to TA8 2EZ as an alternative postcode. Thank you.

I bought an item on eBay and paid extra for delivery. The tracking number shows the item as delayed. I'm not sure how to proceed as the seller has shipped the item. Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.
