Once again, Hermes has proven to be a unreliable delivery service. I received an email yesterday informing me that my Disney parcel would be delivered, but unfortunately, it did not arrive. Another update indicated it would come the next working day, which is today, but once again, it did not show up. I fear it will suffer the same fate as my parcel from boohoo back in October. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with this level of incompetence. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted], in case someone at Hermes is able to decipher it since it seems reading is a challenging task for them.

I am extremely frustrated by the delivery driver who falsely claimed to have delivered my package. Despite my partner being home all day, the email states that it was delivered when it clearly wasn't. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service options available, making it nearly impossible to speak with an actual person instead of a frustrating automated system or live chat. This is a recurring issue, and I intend to escalate this matter further.

I am inquiring about a parcel from Matalan with tracking code [redacted][redacted]. The tracking information indicates that the parcel was delivered through my letterbox, which is not possible as it is too large. I have been home all day, and no delivery has been attempted. The GPS data from Matalan does not show the driver near my address at the time of the supposed delivery. The photo provided as proof of delivery is black and does not show anything. I suspect that my parcel has been stolen. This was a Christmas gift that I needed before my upcoming visit to family. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and have already lodged multiple complaints. I am considering taking this matter further and will possibly contact the ombudsman. - D Turner

Yesterday, I received a message from you stating that my parcel was delivered to a neighbor who did not collect it. Even though I requested the courier to leave it under 44 Broad Common Estate, it was not there either. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my parcel as it was a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the courier did not leave a note indicating where my parcel was left. I have tried to contact you numerous times with no success. Please find a quick solution to this issue. I placed an order with Cult Beauty that was dispatched on the 11th. According to the tracking details, myhermes received it on the 13th but there hasn't been any progress since then. I've attempted to contact Cult Beauty multiple times today but can't get through as the phone just rings and goes to a full voicemail. I also tried calling myhermes but struggled to speak to a real person as it's all automated and I couldn't find the live chat option. The item is a Christmas gift, and I'll be leaving early on the 23rd, so I really need it to be delivered by then. I'm starting to worry that I won't receive it on time since it hasn't even left myhermes yet. It's frustrating not being able to reach anyone for help. I paid for next-day delivery and dropped the parcel at the shop at 8:45 a.m. on Monday, December 16th. The tracking number is 39-[redacted]-92-[redacted]8-9. The parcel was not delivered the next day as I had paid for; it was delivered today. The recipient was only available on Tuesday, so they will now receive their Christmas present after Christmas. I am requesting a refund for the extra payment made for the service I didn't receive, and I do not plan to use this service again.

I am concerned that a parcel marked as delivered today at 13.12 was not received, despite being home all day. Neither I nor my neighbour received the package, and the signature provided does not match mine. I always sign with my full name (I. Beat), not with a scribble. The delivery driver's error in forging a signature and failing to deliver the package is troubling. If this issue is not resolved, I risk losing money since eBay relies on tracking information and may not provide compensation. As a pensioner, I cannot afford to be financially impacted. It has been more than two months since Hermes collected my first parcel. There has been no resolution about the whereabouts of the parcel or the insurance claim. I have not received any response in two weeks. The second parcel has also not been delivered after over two weeks, and I have not heard from Hermes about its status or why it has not been delivered. The customer service of this company is extremely poor. They really need to improve their customer relations. A little courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness go a long way in customer service.

I placed an order with "I Saw It First" and opted to return the items via Hermes pickup on December 12th. Despite leaving the parcel outside, it was not collected. I rescheduled the pickup for the 14th, placing the parcel in my designated safe spot, a bread bin on the doorstep. Assuming it had been retrieved, I later discovered through email tracking that the return had not been collected. Seeking a resolution to get my refund promptly.

Dear Hermes Customer Service, I have been experiencing issues with the delivery of my items from various merchants. Over the past few days, including last week, I have not received four parcels that were supposed to be delivered to my address at 34 SE27 9JY. The signatures on the deliveries look like scratches. Despite instructions on my door to either leave parcels with a neighbor or redeliver, the courier continues to leave them on the porch, sometimes even throwing them on the ground, risking damage to fragile items. One of the missing parcels, with tracking number [redacted][redacted], was meant to arrive on 16/12/19, but I did not receive it nor did I get any notification that it was left with a neighbor. Another parcel from a mail order company was also not delivered on the same day. Other parcels have gone missing in the past weeks as well. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. I am eagerly anticipating my Debenhams package. Unfortunately, I missed the first two delivery attempts and was surprised to receive a text claiming the package had been delivered when I was at work. Despite waiting for the third delivery window from 5 to 7, no one showed up, yet I was notified that I missed all three attempts. I need assistance with a delivery issue. The tracking number for the item is [redacted][redacted]. I was not home when it was supposed to arrive and requested it to be left in the porch. After receiving a text confirming the delivery, I did not find the parcel where I asked it to be placed. There was no delivery card left at my address. The signature on the receipt is illegible and does not belong to me. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to contact the authorities.

Hello, I wanted to report an issue with a recent delivery from your courier service (tracking number [redacted][redacted]). According to the tracking information, the parcel was delivered on the 9th of December and a photo was provided showing it was placed in the office pigeon hole. Strangely, nobody in the office has seen the parcel, and this has actually been the fourth missing parcel delivered by Hermes this month. I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered to 10 Gledhow Towers, Leeds LS8 1QJ. The driver hasn't tried buzzing our flat or leaving a calling card. They need to buzz to gain access, and the parcel has not arrived despite it saying it will be delivered today for the past 3 days. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I recently sent a parcel through NL Post to be delivered to C Derwael at Flat 2, Harris Place, Hinckley, LE10 0PS. Despite receiving confirmation of delivery on December 14th at 4:56 PM, tracking number [redacted][redacted], it was supposedly left in a secure location unknown to me. I did not find any notifications in the letterbox, and my neighbors also did not receive the parcel. The receiver attempted to contact NL Post but only reached an automated system. I am quite upset as this was a Christmas gift, and I would like to urgently locate the secure delivery location.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I placed an order for a delivery to my work address. There was a supposed delivery attempt on December 18, [redacted], at 17:19, stating that I was not available. However, our office is open until 18:00, with someone always present until 18:30. Our office is on the 2nd floor of the building, accessible by both a lift and a staircase. The delivery driver might not have noticed the entrance for Advantage Solicitors due to the shutters being down on the first floor, mistakenly marking the delivery as undeliverable. Could you please ensure that the parcel is delivered today before the end of business hours? Kindly advise your driver to take either the lift or the staircase to reach Advantage Solicitors.
