I spent two hours yesterday trying to enter my details to send a parcel. I reached out to you and attempted different Hermes telephone numbers without success. The issue arose when, after multiple attempts to enter all the required information, I couldn't complete the process by clicking the final button. I have been a customer before but encountered the added hassle of a password problem. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was expecting a delivery on Wednesday, 11th December at 3 Adelaide Close, Bulford Barracks SP4 9JH. However, the parcel was sent to 1 Rawlinson Road, Bulford Barracks instead. Despite checking with the person at that address, my parcel was not there. I am frustrated that the driver has not delivered my parcel yet. The barcode number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. Please resolve this matter promptly.

I have been waiting for almost three weeks for my parcel. I am disappointed because it was meant to be a birthday gift that I have now missed. Every time I check, it shows that my parcel has been delayed another 24 hours. Today, I received a voicemail saying it's delayed further due to damage. I was wondering if there's any possibility for me to pick up my parcel from a shop or the Hermes workshop because I can't wait any longer.

I recently contacted Hermes about an item I ordered from Amazon. After a week, they returned the item to the sender without my request or leaving a card at my property. Just now, I discovered another item sent by a different company was also returned without notice. I did not receive any calling cards or have a chance to choose a re-send before they were sent back. I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered and left in the garage. However, our garage is locked, so I am puzzled as to how it got there. We have a note on our front door asking for deliveries to be left around the back. Despite checking everywhere, including the garage, we couldn't find the parcel and there was no delivery card left with information. I have spoken to my neighbors and it seems the parcel is nowhere to be found. This situation is confusing as I specifically asked for the parcel to be left around the back. I have paid extra for a speedy delivery as it is a Christmas gift, so I am disappointed at the turn of events. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue. Thank you.

I have been waiting two days for a parcel delivery. I was initially notified it would arrive on Monday between 13:00 and 17:00. Disappointed it didn't show up, I was then informed around 20:00 that day that the delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday without a specific time. I waited all day on Tuesday, but again, the parcel did not arrive. It's now Wednesday, and there are still no updates. I am eager to receive my package. Thank you. - Carl Archer

I was at home when my item was supposedly delivered and signed for at 10.18. However, I did not sign for any parcel as I have not received anything, and the signature does not belong to me. I have been unable to speak to an advisor regarding this issue, and I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. I am still at home, and no one has attempted to deliver a parcel or ring my doorbell. Hello, I've been at home for two consecutive days waiting to receive a parcel within the specified time slot, but the delivery hasn't shown up. The tracking information states there was an attempted delivery when no one was home; however, I can confirm this did not happen as we have a security camera at the front of our property. Upon returning from my trip to Spain, I discovered a note from Hermes stating that a parcel was left in my blue bin since there was no one available to receive it. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I did not find the parcel in the bin. I inquired with my neighbor, but they did not have it either. The delivery postcode is G32 8JP and the recipient's name is either Boyce or Stein. The only information I have from the delivery note is an 8-digit number located below the barcode, which is [redacted]8. I am unsure of the sender's identity as I am expecting multiple items for the holiday season. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It appears that Hermes has been experiencing difficulties delivering parcels to our address, leading to them being returned instead of being redirected to the nearest branch. I have been eagerly awaiting my delivery since December 8th, [redacted]. Despite being home twice, I never received a knock on the door. To add to my frustration, when I checked, there was a card with no information left behind. I even requested that the parcel be delivered to my neighbor if I am not home, but this has not been attempted either. As this item is intended to be a Christmas gift, the delay is particularly disappointing. Additionally, trying to reach someone at Hermes to address this matter has proven to be challenging.

I am experiencing issues with Hermes being unable to deliver parcels to our address without notifying us. This has caused stress and may result in late Christmas gifts. Currently, there are four parcels with three tracking numbers being held by Hermes. I request these parcels be delivered to the nearest branch promptly. Dear Customer Service, A parcel was sent from The Old Rectory in Newton Flotman Norfolk NR15 1QB to Urb. Puig Rosell in Girona Spain for Mr. and Mrs. R Mann. The expected delivery date was 17th December, but the parcel has not yet been received. Unfortunately, the tracking number is not available. Could you please investigate this matter and provide an update via email? It seems the recipients are also unable to track the parcel from their end even if they had the tracking number. Hello, I recently ordered a package from JD Sports with an expected delivery date of December 19th. Yesterday, December 18th, I received a message from my Hermes while I was at work containing a link. When I clicked on the link, I saw a picture of the package on my doorstep. However, when I arrived home from work, the parcel was not there. I checked with my neighbors, and they did not pick it up. I did not provide any specific delivery instructions to my Hermes, so it appears that the parcel has been stolen. Hello, I am currently experiencing difficulties with receiving a parcel from Hermes. Every time I return home, I find a Hermes card stating they missed me for the third delivery attempt. I haven't received any warning about the delivery, no text messages, and there seems to be no way to contact the courier. I have instructed Hermes several times to leave the parcel in my shed, but it has not been done. I'm worried that the item may have been sent back to the seller at this point. I am facing problems with my courier. The parcels I send are constantly being returned to the supplier instead of being delivered. This has been happening for the past year in B69 area of Oldbury, Birmingham. The area manager named Sarah Tooth has not been able to fix this recurring issue. It's causing me a lot of stress. I kindly request for assistance in contacting the area manager to help me resolve this problem of non-delivery that keeps occurring with this courier service.

I returned home to find a photo of my parcel in the passageway, yet the parcel is missing. It's frustrating that the delivery person left it exposed instead of putting it in the outdoor toilet. My relative will be disappointed without their Christmas gift. Hermes delivered a parcel in the outdoor box, and I am upset. This present was meant for Christmas, and now I don't know what to do.
