I am writing to report a serious issue with my delivery. The tracking number associated with my package is [redacted][redacted]. The status shows that it has been delivered and signed for at my address, 18 Hutchinson Green, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG3 1NS. However, neither I nor my neighbors have received the package. I have contacted Fashion Nova, the sender, multiple times to address this, but they keep referring me back to you. I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance I have received so far. All I want is for my item to be located and delivered to me.

I posted an item on Monday, December 2nd, with tracking barcode [redacted][redacted]. The last tracking update was 8 days ago on December 8th, and my item has not been delivered. I have been trying to contact Hermes.co.uk without success. Phone calls go unanswered, the live web chat feature is non-existent, and emails are not being responded to. I received an email from Hermes on December 1st informing me that they had my parcel and it would be delivered soon. However, I have not received the parcel yet and have been unsuccessful in reaching out to them for assistance. The parcel was from Superdry, and my order number is [redacted]7 with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I am eager to know the expected delivery date as this is a Christmas gift, and I am quite disappointed with the service. I have made multiple attempts to contact Hermes without success. I received my order a day later than expected after waiting all day. The package was mistakenly left at the flat above mine with a card outside my door. The card did not have any contact information, just two black lines that might be someone's number. Unfortunately, the item was not satisfactory, so I scheduled a pick-up. Despite being given a date and time for the pick-up, I waited all day with no response.

Hello, I was expecting my parcel to be collected today. I received parcels delivered by Hermes, but the courier mentioned someone else would pick it up. Unfortunately, no one came. I have been waiting all day as I scheduled it for today. I am curious to find out when it will be collected and why there was misinformation regarding the collection date. My package was delivered to the Great Bridge Service Station in Romsey as planned. However, the item has been at the location since December 11th, and I haven't received any communication from Hermes indicating that it's ready for collection. The service station requires a barcode to release the parcel to me. Could you please send me an email with the necessary barcode so I can retrieve my package? I recently purchased a dog bed from eBay, but unfortunately, I have encountered an issue with the delivery. According to the email confirmation I received, the parcel was supposedly dropped off by Hermes on 13th December at 18:08 GMT with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. However, our security team has reviewed the CCTV footage, and there is no evidence of any courier making a delivery at that time. I placed an order with Peacocks, and my parcel was sent to Matalan in transit by Hermes. I have been tracking my parcel on the website, and on November 23rd, there was a delay promised to be resolved the next day. However, since then, I have received no further updates. I paid for next-day delivery, and the parcel contains Christmas gifts. I have made numerous attempts to contact Hermes without any success. I am frustrated and disappointed. I received a message saying the package was delivered, but I did not receive any card. When I asked the driver, he mentioned that he might have signed for me because of the numerous deliveries. Unfortunately, he couldn't recall the exact details, but I was unwell that day and did not receive anything. Due to the high volume of Christmas deliveries, I cannot remember what it was. The sender informed me that 2 large CD storage boxes were delivered, but I have not received them. Could you please investigate this matter for me?

I am eagerly awaiting a package delivery from the UK to Belgium that was scheduled to arrive by 11/12/19. The courier attempted delivery on 13/12/19, but unfortunately, I was not home at the time. I have reached out to Parcel2Go multiple times to inquire about the status and estimated delivery date of my parcel. However, I have not received any helpful information. A week ago, I tried to return a parcel but after printing the label, I haven't heard from Hermes. I reached out to Amazon, and they provided another label for the parcel two days ago. Despite this, there has been no communication regarding the return. The parcel number is 34 1[redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and it is a return from Amazon delivered by Hermes to me, Julia Foster, at Manor House in South Holme, Slingsby, York, YO624BB. I am still waiting to hear when my parcel will be collected. It was supposed to be picked up yesterday but that did not happen. I was told the courier would call me at 10 am today to arrange collection, but I have not received any call. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from your company. I have tried reaching customer services on different phone numbers without success. The online help has a 45-minute wait time, and when I finally got through, they did not provide any assistance. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Perhaps I should have chosen to use the post office instead of Hermes. Please improve your services and fulfill what I have paid for.

Tracking number: [redacted][redacted] I checked my email, and it shows my package has been marked as delivered, but it has not arrived at my doorstep. Yesterday, I monitored the tracking information eagerly, expecting the delivery between 11 am and 3 pm. To my surprise, I received an email stating that the package was delivered near 8 pm. The signature on file is not mine, and I was at home all day without any deliveries or missed attempts. I hope this situation does not repeat the standard excuses of traffic or road closure preventing delivery, as I have heard before. This has happened previously, where it seems the driver did not have the opportunity to complete the delivery but marked it as such. I am disappointed and frustrated by this experience, and I value honesty and transparency in resolving the issue.

I missed my Footasylum parcel delivered on Sunday, December 15. The note left indicated it would be re-delivered the next day, but I have not received it yet and have not been informed about the new delivery date. I am disappointed with the lack of contact information on the note to inquire about my parcel, which I've been waiting for since December 12th. I would like to file a complaint regarding this and request a full refund for the delivery charge due to the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

Today marked the third delivery attempt, and at last, I was home to receive it. Strangely, this was the third time I've been home for the delivery, and the driver still hasn’t knocked. It's frustrating since there were others in the house during all three delivery attempts, and no one heard anything. I reached out by calling three different numbers, but none were helpful. Additionally, my interaction with "Holly" was far from satisfactory and extremely unhelpful. The urgency of this delivery was a gift I needed four days ago! Tracking number: [redacted].

Hello. I made a purchase from EUmorphe, and according to their website, my package has been delivered to a pick-up point. However, I am currently out of the country and would like to change the delivery address if possible. When I try to enter the postal code [redacted], it's showing as incorrect or incomplete. A friend can receive the package at their home, so I'm wondering how I can change the address since the website is not allowing me to do so.

I sent a package on December 5, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted][redacted], which has not been delivered. According to the tracking information, the courier attempted delivery multiple times, but the recipient, M.A., claims no attempts were made. M.A. checked her CCTV but found no evidence of delivery attempts. As a seller, I am frustrated with this situation, as I cannot influence the delivery process. Can the carrier please ensure the delivery of this parcel? Recently, many of my customers have canceled orders due to issues with Hermes delivery services. Despite being a long-time Hermes customer, these problems are affecting my business. I sincerely hope that Hermes can make improvements to their services to avoid such issues in the future.
