I need some assistance with my package delivery. The address listed for my five packages is incorrect. It is different from my saved address. I am unable to update it online. I would like to change the address or have the courier call me when they arrive so I can meet them downstairs. The current address seems to be leading them astray. The system is prompting me to contact support as they are unable to deliver to this address. I have been dealing with this issue for weeks, and it is causing me additional anxiety due to my mental health challenges. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Today, I received a message stating the second delivery attempt would be between 1 and 3 pm. I arranged for someone to be home during that time. However, upon checking my phone again, I saw they had already tried and failed at 12:13 pm. Tomorrow I have plans but am flexible with the time, yet there's no way to contact the courier to reschedule. This situation is frustrating and inconvenient.

I received a notification that my parcel has been delivered and signed for under my name. However, I am currently at work, and my house is empty. I am unsure who accepted the delivery on my behalf. This marks the third time this week that a delivery has been made to the incorrect address. Over the weekend, I witnessed the delivery driver mistakenly bring a £[redacted] gaming computer to house number 64 instead of 58. I recently requested to return two parcels to Amazon, and the approval for the return was granted on December 8th. The collection address for the parcels is Unit 1, Royd Ings Avenue, Keighley, BD21 4DZ. It appears that the company name, SEBA DEVELOPMENTS, might be missing from the collection address. I experienced an issue with a package I ordered online. It was supposed to be delivered between 16:00 to 18:00, but the driver actually came at 13:00 without notifying me. Later, I received a notification for a delivery from 15:00 to 17:00, but the driver claimed an attempt was made at 14:58. I inquired about picking up the parcel from a shop, but my request was ignored. They said it would be delivered before 8:00 PM on 16/12/[redacted], but I haven't received any further updates. Unsure when the delivery will occur, I'm stuck waiting at home.

I recently received notifications via text and email stating that my parcel was delivered. Regrettably, no parcel arrived, and no one at home signed for any delivery. The courier stated that the parcel was delivered at 9:24 pm on Saturday, December 14th. Despite the householder signing for it, the parcel was not received. On Sunday, between 9 am and 11 am, the parcel was meant to be delivered to a safe place but no card was left and no photo was taken to indicate where it was left. Only when a relative came to the door did the writer receive the parcel. They are questioning why the courier emailed on the 14th claiming it was delivered, and what happened on Sunday morning. The writer is frustrated with workers not following procedures properly, especially given the support they provide in keeping them employed.

I am seeking assistance regarding an undelivered item expected on December 4th with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The seller is withholding a refund until the item is returned, but I have not received it. The package should have been brought to my workplace, where there is typically someone available to sign for it. Hermes claims no one was present, but this has not been an issue previously. On the 6th of December, the driver picked up my parcel, scanned it at the door, but now my parcel seems to be missing. I reached out to the company it was supposed to be returned to, and they have not received it. The driver did not provide me with any documentation, stating he only needed to scan it into the machine. I have screenshots on my phone from the pickup day. Can you assist me in resolving this issue?

I need assistance with a situation involving a parcel I purchased on Ebay that appears to have been stolen while in the Hermes depot. The tracking information states that it was delivered to me, but it never arrived. Hermes confirmed that the delivery status was a mis-scan, and the package is still missing. I was advised to reach out to the seller, but both the seller and Ebay are not taking any action due to the mis-scan showing successful delivery. Hi, I made a purchase from Oh Polly on Friday, expecting delivery today, but missed it since a signature was required. The leaflet left says there will be two more attempts for delivery, but I have exams at college all day on Tuesday and work on Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. I urgently need the parcel by tomorrow. Hello, I purchased a suit from Moss Bros, and they provided me with the parcel's tracking number once it was shipped. Four days ago, the parcel was handed over to a courier, according to my Hermes site, with an expected delivery date of December 13th. Unfortunately, it hasn't arrived, and there have been no further updates. I am concerned as this is an expensive Christmas gift. I have been unable to reach a live person for assistance. The estimated delivery time was within 24 to 72 hours, and it has been over 48 hours now without any new information.

This is the third time I am trying to reach a customer service representative regarding my parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The parcel was sent several weeks ago, and after contacting PayPal and the sender, they confirmed it is with you. Every time I track the parcel, it says it will arrive in two days, which has been the message for three weeks now. Yesterday, I received a notification that it was delivered and signed for at my address, but I have been away, and only a goldfish is in my residence. I'm currently awaiting a parcel from prettylittlething. The delivery date was yesterday (15th December), but the driver could not deliver it, citing "restricted access," which seems incorrect as I live on a bus route. On December 5th, I was expecting a parcel pickup, but it wasn't collected even though I left my unlocked porch accessible. It remained there until yesterday, and finally, they showed up today, over a week late. The card said three pickup attempts would be made, but this was the first one. Now, the card says I need to rebook, which I've done for tomorrow. I don't want to leave my porch open again, and there's no option to specify the location. I'm very dissatisfied with this service. I made an online purchase, but the product did not reach me. After contacting the seller, I received a tracking number indicating the parcel was delivered with a signature that was not mine. I struggled all day to reach out to Hermes for details on the actual delivery location. The service I received was extremely poor. I strongly advise against using Hermes for deliveries.

Hello, I shipped a parcel (tracking number: [redacted][redacted]) to Amazon Fulfillment Center Omega Plot 7c on 20/11/[redacted]. The parcel was delivered on 25th of November but was sent back to me the same day, claiming I requested it. However, I did not ask for it to be returned to me. Since the 27th, the tracking has not been updated, and my £[redacted] parcel is causing me to lose business due to Hermes. They have been unhelpful in providing information, saying to wait for 48 hours, then claiming it was returned to the sender, but when I asked for proof, they couldn't provide it. Good evening, I was expecting a delivery on 9/12/19 between 16:00-21:00 and stayed home the entire evening. Unfortunately, there was no delivery attempt despite the tracking indicating it was delivered to a neighbor without a door number specified. I have six neighbors in my block and none of them received the parcel or signed for it. I have reached out to all my neighbors but with no luck. I was anticipating the delivery of a parcel that needed a signature. When I was not home, I assumed it would be rescheduled or I could arrange for pick-up. However, I discovered that it was signed for and left exposed at the rear of my house. This is concerning as I live in Christchurch, Dorset, but I was in Wales at the time.
