I am expecting a delivery from My Hermes today between 2pm and 6pm, but unfortunately, I won't be available to receive it. I don't want them to take my parcel away as it contains important Christmas presents that I need. Could you please help me by ensuring that the parcel is not returned and instead taken to a nearby parcel shop for me to collect at my convenience? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am still waiting for my parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted], even though the online records show it was delivered on December 14th at 10:50 and signed for (but not by me) with an illegible signature. I made a purchase from Footasylum, and unfortunately, the Hermes courier tried to deliver my package three times without success. I found cards in my mailbox indicating the attempts, but there was no contact number provided. Due to this issue, my parcel is being sent back to the sender. I believe if the courier had made more effort to deliver to a neighbor or leave a contact number, this situation could have been avoided. I am requesting a full refund in light of these circumstances.

I am experiencing a problem with a delivery to the following address: Unit 12, The Heathrow Estate, Silver Jubilee Way Hounslow, Greater London, TW4 6NF United Kingdom. The parcel appears to be missing, and it indicates that it was signed for. However, I cannot locate the signature on the tracking information. Hello, I am Mrs. Joyce Noble. I am concerned that my parcel, containing an appliqué purple hat, gloves, and scarf ordered from Ideal World, has not been delivered to my address at Silverdale, Park Lane, Madeley TF75HL. Hermes informed me via email that the parcel was delivered on Sunday 15.12.[redacted], but my CCTV footage confirms that it was not received at my house. The tracking number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. Even though Hermes claims it was left in a safe place, I was home all day and no delivery notice was left. Hello, I wanted to share that my Mum, Ms P. Loeb, is sending parcels from Next to me. Yesterday, a delivery was attempted between 2-6pm, but I missed it. Today, another delivery is scheduled between 8am-6pm. Unfortunately, this morning before 8am, a delivery person left a note without knocking, making it hard for me to intercept. The note has a barcode number: [redacted]9. My Mum provided a tracking number as well: [redacted][redacted]. I'm unsure if these are related to the same package or different ones. I am unsure if there will be another delivery attempt today. The delivery address is 33 Minehead Avenue, Manchester, M20 1FP. Any assistance is appreciated. I purchased an item online and it is being delivered by Hermes. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. According to Hermes' website, the parcel has been out for delivery since Friday, December 6. However, when I call Hermes and enter the tracking number, the automated system is not providing any information, just a generic message.

Hello, I'm Holly Smith. I reside at 47 Priory Road, Newport, PO30 5JU. I have been receiving parcels from your company through different delivery services lately. I left a note for one delivery requesting that they leave the parcel in the shed. Instead, the delivery person did not follow the instructions and placed it over a wall onto my wet decking. I understand the side door to my garden is stiff, but it is always left unlocked for deliveries. Despite this, parcels are continuously being thrown over the wall regardless of the weather conditions. Could you please advise your drivers to avoid placing parcels over the wall and to utilize the shed in my back garden instead? The side door just needs a firm push to open. I scheduled a courier pickup online for tomorrow, but the payment process didn't complete despite multiple attempts. Surprisingly, my bank account shows multiple charges. I sent a parcel on December 5, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted][redacted] to the buyer. They have reported that it has not been delivered and no courier attempted delivery, even after verifying their CCTV footage. Could you please ensure the prompt delivery of this parcel? I prefer it not to be returned to me. I have received numerous complaints regarding the Hermes service, causing me to lose several orders due to using this courier. I had an item delivered by Hermes on Saturday, and the delivery driver parked on the grass verge, leaving deep tire tracks and mud. I tried to contact Hermes to complain but couldn't get through. The following day, another item was supposed to be delivered, but Hermes claimed they couldn't locate my house despite detailed instructions. Today, they still couldn't find us, despite clear signage and simple directions. I suspect it might be the same driver causing issues. I am frustrated and unable to reach anyone at Hermes. My parcel has yet to arrive. Initially delayed by Hermes, as mentioned in an email, the last update indicated delivery between 3-5pm five days ago, but it never arrived. The tracking information remains unchanged. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to contact or speak with anyone regarding the issue. Even their phone line redirects back to the webpage, which does not offer emailing or live chat options, only the tracking feature that shows no progress. Unable to identify the retailer who shipped my package due to multiple Christmas orders, I'm left uncertain about the next steps.

I was informed that a parcel was scheduled to be delivered on December 14, [redacted], between 4 pm and 6 pm. However, I received an email stating it had been delivered when it hadn't arrived. After speaking with Boohoo this morning, I was assured it would be delivered today. This is not the first time I've encountered delivery issues with your company as I had a similar problem last week. The signature on the email claiming I received the parcels is not mine, and I did not sign for any deliveries. I just want an update on the status of the parcel that was supposed to be delivered on December 14, [redacted].

I have been struggling to reach a customer service representative to address my delivery concerns. My parcel was scheduled for delivery last Wednesday, but a notification stated it was with a specialist driver and might be delayed up to 48 hours. Despite receiving another notification on Friday guaranteeing delivery between 4-8pm, no driver arrived. I attempted to contact the office multiple times with no success. Even after confirming the correct address with QVC, the delivery remained unresolved, and my attempts to communicate through email were left unanswered. I understand the delays during the holiday season, but the lack of communication and clarity is frustrating. I urgently require my delivery to be made today. If necessary, I will seek assistance from trading standards. My address is 41 Dinmont Drive, Edinburgh, EH165RR, easily identifiable by a brown garden waste bin with a large white sticker at the driveway gate. I attempted to purchase a return label online on Saturday, entered my card details, but nothing happened. I repeated this a few times with no success. I left it until Sunday to try again, input my details once more, and still encountered the same issue. When I went to the local Hermes drop-off, they couldn't assist me since M&M direct wasn't in their system for me to locate the retailer and print the label. After contacting M&M direct, they graciously provided me with a free return voucher with Hermes. Today, upon checking my bank account, I noticed 10 transactions for £2.99 each, with another 9 pending. I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

Hello, I recently placed an order for an item with next-day delivery. I have received two texts from your company stating that the package would arrive, but it has been a week, and it still hasn't been delivered. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I recently received a notification that my package was delivered along with a photo, but the image shows a different location that is not mine. I haven't been able to locate where my package was delivered as it seems to be an incorrect address. Despite being home and waiting for the delivery, there was no attempt made to drop it off here. I'm eager to get in touch with the driver to sort out this mix-up and retrieve my item promptly. However, I haven't been able to find any contact information to reach out to you.

I ordered a pair of trainers from Sports Direct on the 13th of December. I paid for next day delivery and it's now Monday the 16th of December, but I haven't received my parcel yet. According to the tracking information, it was at the national sorting hub on the 14th of December at 00:27 and then on its way to the courier at 07:13. However, on Saturday morning at 9:03, there was a delay mentioned on the tracker. Since then, I haven't had any tracking updates and have been unable to reach Hermes over the phone. When you pay for next day delivery, you expect to receive it the next day. I'm really hoping the parcel arrives as it's a Christmas present for my son who needed the trainers by Saturday the 14th. I found a note indicating my package was left near the bin, but it wasn't there. The rainy weather on Friday makes me concerned my parcel could be ruined. I only see one delivery attempt noted on card [redacted]7, and I haven't received any confirmation email from Amazon. It seems my parcel may not have been delivered after all. I urgently need this delivery. I can't find a helpful contact number to speak with an advisor. Is there a live chat option available?

I was anticipating a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of December, which I purchased through eBay. According to the tracking information, it was delivered on the 26th of November, but I have not received it and my neighbors don't have it either.
