My parcel from Asos was supposed to arrive today with next day delivery between 2 and 4. However, the courier couldn't deliver it as scheduled. I needed this item for a party tomorrow. This is the fifth time this has happened with our last few orders that used Hermes as the courier. For example, parcels from Wiggle with next day delivery were not delivered for a week, and now this issue with Asos. No other courier seems to have this problem.

On 13/12/[redacted], Hermes falsely declared that my package was delivered and signed for. The signature displayed on their website is a forgery, as nobody at my residence received or signed for any parcels that day. 14/12/[redacted] brought another unsuccessful delivery attempt for a different package. Hermes now claims they cannot locate my address. This issue is unique as other delivery services have found my centrally located building with 32 flats without difficulty. Anticipating a third Hermes delivery on 16/12/[redacted], I am concerned this will mark a third day of fruitless waiting for undelivered parcels. Hermes seems to hold the record for the worst delivery service I have ever encountered.

I selected next-day delivery but my package has not arrived yet. Yesterday, I received an email at 11 a.m. mentioning that Hermes was delivering the item, but it did not come. Today, it stated the delivery was scheduled, but no one rang the doorbell. I even changed the safe place to the porch, but the package was not left there. I opted for next-day delivery specifically and need the parcel today. I have attempted to contact Hermes, but their email is no longer in use, and their helpline is unhelpful. The tracking number is UK[redacted]42. It is crucial for me to receive this delivery today as I paid for next-day delivery for a reason.

I use Hermes for my busy business. I sent a parcel to a customer on 10th December. The parcel is less than a kilo and in a small box measuring 12" x 12" x 12". I just tracked it and received this update: Update on your parcel [redacted][redacted] Your parcel seems to be a bit too big! It will be delivered by a specialist Hermes courier due to its size. It will be on its way within the next 48 hours. What does this mean? My parcel is small and light. I've had 3 orders lost by Hermes this week. I hope this isn't another one. I recently found out that my parcel got delivered to the wrong address when I received an email confirmation about the delivery. Despite being home at the time, there was no delivery card left at my door. I saw the courier speaking to my neighbor, who kindly returned the package upon realizing it wasn't theirs. The package contained personal information, which is concerning given the mix-up. The parcel was visibly marked with my correct name and address.

The delivery for item number [redacted][redacted] was expected on Sunday the 8th, even though it was ordered just the day before. Unfortunately, someone signed for the parcel named P.J. Appleby, which does not match my signature. There's a possibility it was left with a neighbor. Regrettably, one neighbor has been confrontational, even threatening violence if I approach him again. I am 74 years old, and this package contains my granddaughter's Christmas gift. Regards, P.J. Appleby

My package was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, December 10th, but I haven't received it yet. I did receive another package that was due on the 13th. When I asked the delivery driver about my missing parcel, he mentioned it was at the depot, but they wouldn't let him deliver it. I am disappointed with Hermes for not providing me with any updates on the location of my Christmas presents.

I attempted to send a parcel online and completed the payment with my credit card. However, I did not receive instructions on the next steps. I took the parcel to a nearby Hermes shop only to be informed that they could not assist me with a refund. The shop attendant recommended I pay and try to obtain the refund from Hermes directly. I made a payment of £8.35 online using my credit card and paid the shop representative again. Could you please process a refund for me? Tracking number: P[redacted]

I sent an email but got no response. I also tried calling, but I couldn't get through. I was informed that my parcel was supposed to arrive on Monday, but it hasn't. The sender contacted you, saying I was not home for delivery attempts. However, no delivery notes were left, and it seems no attempt was made. I've seen complaints about this issue online. Please deliver my parcel; you can leave it by the door behind the flower pot or with any neighbor. This delivery is important to me. Sincerely, Margaret Steed.

I received an email stating that my parcel would be delivered on Thursday, December 12th. I have not received it yet, nor have I received a missed delivery card. The parcel is supposedly with the courier. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I am extremely frustrated and want my parcel promptly. This situation is unacceptable. I had a similar issue last week with a delivery that was over a week late. I will contact the retailer again, as this is the second time within one week that I have had delivery problems with your company.

I received an email stating my package was delivered and signed for at my address, but I have not been home to sign for it, and the signature does not match mine. The tracking number shows it as delivered. I contacted Hermes but was directed to live chat, which I cannot find. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I received an email from Hermes stating that they attempted to deliver two parcels on Saturday, December 7th. They mentioned they would redeliver on the next working day, but I never received any other delivery attempt or tracking update until yesterday, Friday the 13th, when they notified me that the parcels were on their way. However, I have yet to receive the parcels, and there is no further update on the tracking information. I am eager to know the whereabouts of my parcels and when they will be delivered.

I scheduled a collection through the online booking service on MyHermes.co.uk, but they missed the pickup. After contacting the online chat support, I was advised to cancel and rebook for the next available date, being promised I could book for "tomorrow." However, when I checked, the earliest slot offered was for the following week, contradicting what was promised. Additionally, I couldn't cancel the initial failed collection online, as suggested, because the site only allows cancellations until 10 pm on the day of booking. I spoke to two advisers who both repeated the same unhelpful advice, claiming their supervisors were unavailable. I requested to escalate the issue and was promised a call from the complaints department within 24 hours, which I never received. Furthermore, both paid services are wrongly marked as unpaid on my account. I am seeking a refund for the failed service, a phone apology for the misleading information given, compensation in the form of postal credit for the wasted time, anxiety, and frustration caused, and reimbursement for the delayed delivery affecting a birthday celebration, despite allowing ample time for the parcel to arrive.

I attempted to use the live chat feature to address a pressing issue, but unfortunately, I have not received the help I need. Despite being informed that the item has been delivered, I have not received it. The customer service provided a phone number to call, but it leads to an automated system, preventing me from speaking with a representative directly. I have provided the tracking number, but the confirmation of delivery does not align with the actual situation. A photo of the "safe place" where the item was supposedly left does not match my residence. This item is an expensive watch intended for a birthday celebration, and it seems something has gone terribly awry in the delivery process.

I was home all day and checked my porch, but there was no delivery from The Works as promised in the tracking email. The Hermes driver marked the package as left on the porch, but I never received it. I paid for next day delivery and have been receiving multiple emails changing the delivery date and time. I've been monitoring the emails for two days through The Works' Hermes tracking system. Normally, drivers take a photo of the parcel on the porch as proof, but there was no photo this time. The package is marked as delivered to the porch, but I didn't sign for it. I was expecting this delivery two days ago on Thursday, December 12th. The tracking number is [redacted], and the recipient is Mrs. S Steel at 25 College St, DN35 8BN.

I am disappointed with the delivery service as the driver did not ring my apartment buzzer, which has a door entry system. Instead, the driver left a card at the main entrance without details like a name or phone number, making it challenging to contact them. I am anxiously waiting for this Christmas parcel. I am experiencing issues with three online orders that Hermes courier claims to have delivered and received signatures for this week. The items were not actually received at my address and the signature is illegible. It seems like the packages are being sent elsewhere, as none of my five neighbors received them. I live in a secluded area, so it's possible the courier had trouble locating us, but having three incorrect deliveries is alarming. I have already informed the online shops, but I believe reaching out to Hermes directly can address this by contacting the courier to rectify the mistake.

I am eager to find out when my parcel, which was supposed to be delivered on December 13th, will be arriving. My son waited at home for two days, and I had to take a day off work today in case it finally arrives. I am extremely let down by the service. I tried tracking it using number [redacted][redacted], and it shows the parcel is with the courier. When I called the phone number provided, the courier claimed not to have it and abruptly hung up on me. This kind of customer service is very disappointing.

My package has been at the depot since December 10th, which was the last time the tracking was updated. I emailed about this yesterday and received an email from you saying my issue was resolved, but it's not. I still don't have my package. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Please locate my package at the depot as indicated by the tracking information and deliver it to me as soon as possible. I hope to hear from you soon.

I recently placed an order with Superdry that was supposed to come in two parts. I received the first part, but for the second part, there was an update on the 5th of December that Hermes would deliver within 24 hours. It's now the 15th of December, and there has been no further communication. Tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I've been attempting to contact Hermes without any response. I find this delay unacceptable, especially when I paid for a two-day delivery and have not received any updates on the location of my parcel.
