I am curious why other companies can successfully deliver my packages, but Hermes cannot seem to manage. An order from Amazon is delayed due to alleged front door access issues, even though multiple people were home, and no delivery attempt was made. I am also awaiting an international package facing the same problem. Living on a poorly maintained road shouldn't hinder deliveries, especially when I provided a neighbor's address as a safe drop-off location. I am concerned about future deliveries. I am currently anticipating the arrival of a package with Tracking Number [redacted][redacted]. It is supposed to be delivered to Apt 6, 69 Albion Street, New Brighton, Wallasey, CH45 9JG. The tracking information states that two delivery attempts have been made, but there has been no sign of any attempted deliveries at this address. I would appreciate it if you could verify the address with your delivery agent as I suspect there might be a mix-up with the delivery location.

I was expecting a delivery today scheduled for 8-12pm. I've been waiting at the front of my house since 8am. I just received a message claiming a delivery was attempted at 9:41am as I was not in, which is untrue as I've been here the whole time. I am confused about the status of my order from Debenhams. On Wednesday, December 11th, I received a notification from Hermes regarding the delivery, but there seems to be a discrepancy. The message mentions receiving my parcel, rescheduling the delivery, and delivering between 4pm and 6pm to me, Mrs. Pauline Whitfield at Flat 6. However, I contacted Debenhams, and according to them, only one parcel was sent.

On December 10th, I received an email with my parcel tracking details for a delivery scheduled from 4pm to 8pm that day. Despite being home during this timeframe, I got a notification stating the delivery was unsuccessful and would be attempted the next working day. As of December 14th, my parcel from ASOS hasn't arrived. Yesterday, my Hermes delivery guy brought another package, but it didn't include my ASOS parcel. This shipment contains Christmas gifts and a birthday present for my mother, whose birthday happens to be today. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. I believe there may have been an issue with the delivery status of my parcel from Hermes. The tracking information shows that the package was delivered and signed for on Friday, December 6th at 12:51. However, I was home all day and did not receive any deliveries. The signature on the tracking information does not match mine at all. I am concerned as this parcel contains a Christmas gift that I urgently need. It seems like there may have been a mix-up and the package might have been delivered to the wrong address on my street. I would appreciate any assistance in locating the parcel. I shipped a package over a week ago, but it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I've been monitoring the tracking details daily, but they keep changing. I noticed yesterday that past entries were altered. I have confirmed that someone is available to receive the parcel as I have spoken to them directly. Living in a rural area, I constantly face issues with Hermes deliveries as their GPS leads them astray, resulting in missed deliveries, forcing me to travel a great distance to retrieve my packages. Despite providing detailed directions, the problem persists, leading me to avoid retailers who rely on Hermes. Communicating with Hermes in the UK proves to be a challenge, leaving me wishing for a more efficient way to reach them, such as having a telephone service with human assistance to resolve delivery issues and improve their GPS accuracy.

I have been waiting for my parcel for nearly two weeks due to failed delivery attempts. Despite being home, the item went missing after the first unsuccessful delivery. The lost item case was filed, and they eventually located it. I provided all necessary details to assist with locating my address, but they still couldn't deliver the item successfully. There have been no phone calls regarding the failed deliveries. In the past, Hermes deliveries were smooth, but now the tracking shows repeated failed attempts. The 21kg item was booked for their heavier items service, so I wonder if that's causing issues. Trying to contact someone for help only leads to automated responses on chat, making it impossible to speak with a real person. I just need assistance from a human to ensure successful delivery and prevent further loss. The lack of options for self-collection adds to the frustration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On December 1st, I placed an order with H&M for standard delivery within 3-5 days. I have been diligently checking the tracking information every day. On December 10th, the tracking was updated, indicating that my package was with the courier and ready to be sent out. However, there have been no updates since December 20th, and I have yet to receive my package. The tracking number is 5[redacted]-8[redacted]. I received a card in the mail on December 5th. It only has the name Joe on it and the first attempt box is ticked. The back of the card is empty, and no second attempt has been made. I am confused about this parcel because there is no tracking reference. The only number on the card is the barcode which reads [redacted]6. My postcode is B71 2LH, and my house number is [redacted].

I am expecting a delivery today. I contacted JD Sports, and they said the parcel is with the courier. However, when I track the order, I am getting conflicting information. I have been at home since 8am expecting a collection. The postman just came by for a delivery, and I found a Hermes card in the postbox stating that the initial collection was missed. Unfortunately, there are no contact details provided to reach the driver. I've left a note on the glass door requesting for them to call No. 11 and wait. Typically, I would return items to stores or Hermes collection points, but it's not feasible this time. My return Number is 34-[redacted]-03-[redacted]8-2. The post code is MK63DT. I recently received an email notifying me that a parcel from M N M Direct was delivered today at 12:38 pm and signed for. However, my husband only signed for two other deliveries from Hermes, and the signature on the first one does not belong to him. The package, with Barcode No: [redacted][redacted], is missing and seems to have been signed for by someone with the initials J Bell. If it helps, a lady in a white BMW made the delivery. My address is [redacted] Tanfield Place, DL5 4QU. I am concerned about the missing package, especially since it contains Christmas items. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Hi, I recently came across 4 parcels at home that were supposed to be delivered by my son's girlfriend who worked briefly as a delivery driver at Hermes in Blackheath. She inadvertently missed these parcels among others to be delivered. I would like to return these parcels to you. I am willing to drop them off myself, although I am aware that signatures may not be obtained during delivery. The parcels relate to deliveries by Charlotte Rose, Van 91, Drop 41, C-Round [redacted]. I have received notification that two parcels from Pretty Little Thing were delivered today. However, upon reviewing the photograph taken by the courier, I am unable to identify the location where the parcels were left. The tracking numbers for the parcels are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. I currently reside at 98 Cranbrook Road, St Johns, Deptford, London SE8 4EJ. I will be away from home for the next two days and I am concerned about the parcels being left outside without proper protection. I would appreciate it if someone could examine the photograph provided by the courier and attempt to determine the drop-off location. It appears to be near an unfamiliar box. If the parcels are not located upon my return on Monday, I will need to contact Pretty Little Thing to address this issue promptly.

Today, we received our parcel, and my wife signed for it upon delivery. However, the driver mentioned it felt empty, and upon inspection, we found the package torn open with our purchased item missing. The driver attributed the issue to the depot, but we are disappointed he didn't notice the damage earlier. We feel like victims of theft and are considering involving the police in this matter.

I have two parcels that were expected to arrive yesterday and today. One was supposedly attempted for delivery yesterday, but I have cameras around my house and there was no delivery attempt, as I was home all day. This parcel is from Amazon. The other parcel, from Moss Bros, was supposed to be delivered on Friday, December 13th according to the tracking information. However, the tracking system still does not indicate it is with a local courier, even though Moss Bros assured me it would be delivered on Friday.

I am currently facing an issue with a missing parcel. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. According to online tracking, the parcel is at the shop waiting to be collected. However, the shop claims they do not have it despite checking multiple times. I did not receive any email or text notification to collect the parcel. The shop recommended contacting Hermes for assistance, but I am unable to find any working phone numbers online. I urgently need the parcel as it is a Christmas present. If the parcel is lost, I would like Hermes to arrange for Under Armour (the retailer who sent the parcel) to send me a replacement as soon as possible.
