My Hermes delivery has been delayed for more than a week now. Each day, I receive notifications stating it will be delivered, but today I received a message claiming it had been successfully delivered with a random signature. However, I have not received any package, nor have I signed for any delivery. It seems like the Hermes driver may have taken the package. Unfortunately, I cannot get through to anyone at Hermes, and the live chat just keeps repeating that my package was delivered. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My parcel was not delivered on time. I received a full refund from the supplier, and now the package has unexpectedly arrived. I instructed the delivery person to return the item. I am frustrated with the excuses given by the company and disappointed that my children are without a Christmas tree since it is already the 1st of December. I want to understand why I was misinformed about the package not fitting or being undeliverable. It is important to have a valid explanation for this inconvenience.

My package was scheduled to arrive yesterday, December 11th. On Monday, the tracking status showed "We have received it." On Tuesday, it indicated a delivery window of 3-7 pm. However, on Wednesday, it stated they couldn't deliver to my address. Today, the status reverted back to "We have received it." I am leaving Reading tomorrow, December 13th, for London for a month. I urgently need my package. If it can't be delivered now, I’d like to update the delivery address to a London one.

I have been waiting for a parcel since October 29th. The tracking number provided by the retailer, Geniemania (America), indicates the parcel was delivered through my letterbox at 15:23, which seems unlikely due to the size of the parcel. After reaching out to the retailer, they are investigating the issue further. I have been waiting for six weeks now and would appreciate a resolution.

On December 6th, I placed an order for a large item to be collected, approximately 7/8 kg, from my home address since I don't drive until December 9th. Unfortunately, no one showed up for collection on the 9th. A courier did arrive on the 10th but couldn't collect it as her car was full. She mentioned returning later but never did. In the end, I had to wait for my husband's day off on December 11th to take the item to a parcel shop. I noticed on the latest tracking update on December 12th that the item is still at the parcel shop. My customer paid for a 5/7 day delivery on December 6th. With the parcel still at the shop in Werrington, Peterborough, it's unlikely to reach its destination in Essex/Romford within the promised time frame. I am concerned about the delay impacting my customer and potentially requiring a refund. It's crucial to have an update on when the parcel will be collected and an estimate on its journey to Essex/Romford for my buyer's sake since it's been 6 days since payment was made. I am disappointed with the lack of tracking updates and communication. In such a busy season, I hope the administration can prioritize updating tracking and keeping paying customers informed. I recently shipped a parcel to Brady Harcom at 20 Henning Way, Milborne Port, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 5HN. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]. The tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered, but the recipient, Brady Harcom, claims not to have received it. He has checked with his neighbors, and no one has any information about the parcel being delivered. I am unsure of what my next course of action should be and how I can find out where exactly the parcel was delivered.

On Wednesday, I received a text stating my parcel would arrive between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Shortly after, another text informed me the delivery was unsuccessful. Today, I checked the tracking information and it claims the package was delivered to my address at 8:50 AM on Wednesday, signed by "[redacted]." Despite this, I did not get the parcel as I typically sign for my packages. I suspected it might be with my neighbor, but she confirmed she did not accept it. I am quite perplexed by the situation now.

I received an email stating a delivery attempt was made, but I was at home and no one approached. The email mentions another attempt will be made tomorrow, but if the wrong address is being visited, the same issue will arise. I will be at home tomorrow. Is there a way for the driver to verify the correct address? My previous delivery from Hermes on Monday went smoothly.

This morning, I got a notification from Hermes tracking informing me that my parcel is currently with the courier and scheduled for delivery today. The package is heavy, as it includes an 80-piece dinner service. Despite waiting all day, I have not received any additional updates. I am concerned about the delivery status and unsure how to confirm if the item will indeed be delivered today. Unfortunately, I have a hospital appointment at 10:15 am tomorrow, which means I won't be available at home. The 16-digit tracking number provided is 3[redacted]-1[redacted].

Hello, I recently purchased a Christmas gift that the delivery company claims was delivered and signed for. They provided a photo of the signature which does not resemble mine. I was present at the delivery address when they claim it was delivered. When I contacted Hermes about this issue, they did not assist me and abruptly ended the conversation. The parcel contains a Christmas gift and as I am disabled, I cannot easily go shopping or afford to repurchase the items. I am extremely upset and concerned about this situation. I'm inquiring about tracking number [redacted][redacted] for my parcel that was supposed to be delivered by myHermes. I received two texts last Friday, December 6, [redacted], one stating it would be delivered by 14:00 and then another saying by 16:00. No delivery attempt was made, no calling cards left, and our CCTV confirms no one came by. I'm frustrated by the lack of updates and failed delivery. I recently made a purchase on Amazon, with an expected delivery date of the 9th through your company. However, I have not yet received my order. Upon checking the details on Amazon, I noticed that the postcode was entered incorrectly. It should be DA12 5LD. Below is the excerpt from the email I received from the seller explaining that the item has been sent to Hermes for delivery. The tracking number provided is [redacted][redacted]. Subject: Issue with Hermes Delivery Dear Hermes Customer Support, I am writing regarding parcel Order Number [redacted][redacted]. Hermes has notified me that the delivery has been completed, but the recipient, Mr. Peter Jones from a block of flats in Flood Street, London (Post Code SW3 5QX), has not received the parcel. The supposed recipient even received an email with a signature that misspells "DOOR" in capital letters. Hello, I have a tracking number for my parcel, but it was delivered elsewhere, and someone unknown signed for it. I wasn't home during the delivery. I made an order with Debenhams, but I mistakenly provided the wrong flat number in the address. I reached out to them yesterday, and they assured me they would contact Hermes to correct the flat number. Today, I received an email from Hermes confirming they have my parcel, but the flat number is still incorrect. This parcel is one of two items being delivered. The first item was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address yesterday, and the neighbor denies receiving it, leading to its loss. Please update the flat number on this current parcel. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and it should be delivered to number 15, not 5.

It seems that Go Outdoors attempted to deliver my parcel today with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. My delivery address is at a easily accessed major Medical Centre on the A650 near Morley base and is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. I contacted Go Outdoors, and they tried to reach out to you as well. According to them, the driver was 10km away from my address at the time of the delivery attempt, which is quite far. I'm confused why the delivery was marked as attempted when the driver was not in the vicinity. Can you please clarify what happened?

I discovered a delivery slip stating my package was left in a porch, but I do not have one. The delivery person left it on the doorstep, not in a secure spot, contrary to the instructions. The package was supposed to arrive between 6pm and 10pm, but it was delivered at 13:24. This negligence has caused my package, valued at over £60 and intended as a gift, to go missing. I scheduled and paid for parcel collection and delivery, with collection originally set for December 9th. Despite receiving a confirmation email with order number [redacted]6, my parcel with the tracking number [redacted][redacted] has not been collected after 4 days. I have attempted to contact Hermes via email and phone at 0[redacted] but have not received any responses, and the line disconnects after a voice message. I am unable to request a refund or cancel the collection online. I am seeking information on whether the collection has been rescheduled or what the current status is. In the past, I've had positive experiences with courier Dave, but the service in the Kempston area has declined since his departure. My grandson got an email featuring a photo of a parcel supposedly delivered by Hermes, but the parcel is nowhere to be found. He keeps questioning if they will actually deliver it as promised. Now we are looking at a picture where the parcel is partially sticking out of the letterbox. How can we be certain that the delivery person truly dropped it off? What if someone else noticed and took it? It seems reckless to leave a parcel hanging out of a letterbox in this day and age.
