Both my orders have not arrived yet, and they were supposed to be here yesterday because I paid for next day delivery for both. I was advised to wait until 9 pm today, but they still haven't arrived. Now I'm being informed that they will be delivered by 9 pm tomorrow, which is not satisfactory considering I paid for next day delivery on both orders. I need my order first thing tomorrow as I required the items today. I'm extremely disappointed with this service.

When I placed my JD order, the cashier mistakenly typed in the wrong door number, which belonged to my neighbor. I received a message from Hermes stating that my parcel would be delivered between 1-3 PM. I kept a lookout, but unfortunately missed the delivery driver. The driver went to my neighbor's house, but as they didn't place an order, they refused the parcel. The status showed delivered and signed for at 3:14 PM, but my neighbor denied receiving anything. I spoke to them, and they mentioned the driver took the parcel back. I am concerned about my parcel, as it contains my boys' Christmas presents. I would like to know if you still have it and if it can be delivered to me instead.

I received a text yesterday indicating my parcel would be delivered between 5 pm and 7 pm. Later, an email stated a delivery attempt was made at 6:20 pm, but no one was home. I want to clarify that I was at home and no one approached my door. I am concerned about the correct address for the delivery. How can I be certain they will come to the correct address today, since I will be home to receive the parcel? Can you provide an estimated time for the delivery today?

Yesterday, a delivery man brought a parcel and addressed me as Sonia. I accepted it, thinking it was for me. Later, I saw it was actually for my daughter Jazzmin Brindley Blake. I suspect the mix-up occurred because the man had my parcel and mistakenly handed me the wrong one. Upon checking my Amazon account, it confirmed the delivery was made yesterday. I am concerned that the driver might have inadvertently kept my parcel and just handed me my daughter's package instead. The parcel was incorrectly signed for as Miss S J Brindley at 40 Barnwood Road, Quinton, Birmingham, B32 1LY.

I received an email stating that my delivery was unsuccessful due to no one being present. Unfortunately, no card was left, so I am unable to reschedule a new delivery time. This has occurred twice in the last two weeks, which is very unsatisfactory. How am I supposed to provide the numbers on a card that was not left? Do I need to wait in all day every day now? In the future, I will make sure to check the courier used and try to avoid these issues. This situation is unacceptable. I would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

I recently got an email claiming I had signed for a parcel, even though I was home and did not receive it. Attempted to reach out to Hermes multiple times over the past two days without success! The tracking number for the missing parcel is [redacted][redacted]. To make matters worse, the same thing happened to my daughter when we were both out, making it impossible for us to sign for any delivery. The service from Hermes has been appalling, and I am eager to find out the status of my package and what actions Hermes plans to take to fix this issue. Thank you, Deborah B.

My parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] has not been delivered, despite receiving an email stating it was delivered and signed for. I am requesting to see the signature to determine who signed for it. No delivery card was left at my address, 48 Guildford Avenue, Swindon Wiltshire SN3 1JE, and the parcel was not left with any neighbors. Should I also contact the supplier, Gym King, regarding this issue, or is it best to leave it with the delivery service? I am eagerly awaiting a prompt response on this urgent matter. Hello, I recently ordered 4 items - 2 from H&M, 2 from Sports Direct, and 1 from Isabel London. The parcels were supposed to be delivered by Hermes, but I received a text from Hermes saying they were sending the parcels back to the sender. When I got a notification that Hermes was going to deliver my parcels, I made sure to be on the lookout, but the parcels never arrived. Instead, I keep getting texts saying delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. I am extremely disappointed with Hermes as I have never had any successful deliveries from them. I kindly request that my parcels be delivered again. Looking forward to your prompt response.

I recently checked the tracking site and it showed that two parcels were delivered to my home on 10th December. Despite someone being home all day, no one rang the bell or knocked. The tracking site indicated the parcels were signed for, but that's not accurate. Instead, a "Sorry I Missed You" card was left in the letterbox, claiming the package was in the recycling bin. While one package was found there, the other one, which was supposed to be delivered, never arrived. The site declared it was delivered and signed for, which is incorrect. I will provide both tracking numbers as I'm unsure which parcel is missing. These parcels were from Create and Craft. Any help looking into this issue would be appreciated.

I was waiting for a big order from M&M. I got the first part on Saturday, December 7th. On Sunday, December 8th, I received a calling card from Hermes saying they attempted delivery but no one was available. The card didn't have a signature or contact number to rearrange. Then, I received an email saying the parcel was delivered with a vague signature. However, the parcel was not received by me, and according to the card, it's still with the courier. The note number is [redacted]9. I can't find any information on its whereabouts. I haven't signed for anything. I'm concerned about possible fraud if someone else has the parcel. I'm considering involving the police. I need to know the courier's name and the status of my paid goods. The courier who delivered on Saturday simply handed me the goods and left. My Tire Air Pump has yet to be delivered to my residence at 63 Peterstone Road, Abbey Wood, London SE2 9XX. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]. I'm Judy Davey from 4 Ashcroft Close, Harpenden, AL5 1JJ. I arranged a collection with Hermes on November 25. I had trouble making the payment initially. Surprisingly, my bank statement shows SEVEN charges for collections instead of one. The package was meant for delivery to Damart. Please advise if you can correct this error. I made an error printing a label and now need to cancel it. The tracking number is [redacted]. The parcel is at my home and has not been processed yet. I have attempted to cancel it twice through Hermes' automated chat but have not been able to get confirmation. I cannot access live chat as well. The website is not helpful and seems to lead me in circles. I need assurance that a refund will be issued.

On 11/12/19, I received an email confirming the delivery of my package to a neighbour. However, upon checking with the neighbour, they denied receiving it and mentioned that the signature did not belong to anyone in their household. Even after consulting other neighbours, none of them had received the package on my behalf. I am concerned as I have paid for the item but have not received it. It is also worth noting that I did not find any delivery card left at my door.

I attempted to pay £2.70 for a parcel return to Land's End Ltd using my MBNA card ending in [redacted] on December 2nd. Despite trying three times, the payment was unsuccessful. I then tried twice using my Royal Bank of Scotland Visa Debit ending in [redacted]. Since I didn't have the Hermes return label, I had to post the item with Royal Mail for over £5. On Mrs. Doherty's MBNA statement, there are three charges of £2.70 each, and on the RBS statement, there are two charges of £2.70 each. We did not receive assistance, so we are requesting a refund of £8.10 to the MBNA card and £5.40 to the RBS card. Kindly contact me via email.

I received a message from the seller regarding my order mentioning a delivery issue and requiring me to collect it myself. After reviewing the tracking details on the Hermes website, I noticed that a delivery attempt was made on Sunday, December 7th, without a card left. I encountered difficulties paying for and obtaining a label from Hermes to send a parcel to QVC. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to complete the transaction online. I reached out through email after facing delays with the chat line. Eventually, I managed to proceed with the label purchase. To my surprise, my credit card statement shows I was charged 14 times for one parcel. I promptly provided all details on Sunday after receiving an email response. The system seems to be inquiring about the delivered parcel. I am seeking assistance to resolve the multiple charges on my account. I hope to speak with a representative and have 13 of the 14 payments refunded.

Hello, I purchased an item from eBay and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I have been in contact with Nicole from the resolution department, and she advised me to reach out to your team to determine the whereabouts of the item. Hermes claims they attempted delivery three times, but as the garage is accessible until 6 pm on weekdays and 2 pm on Saturdays, they haven't made any delivery attempts.
