Yesterday, a delivery was made to my home at 53 Rangoon Road, B92 9DD from Direct Pharmacy with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. However, the package was taken away. I urgently need the item by Friday the 13th. I might not be available to receive it unless it arrives soon. Please consider leaving it at my address, you can simply throw it over the gate as it's a safe option. I wasn't provided with any contact information or details on how to reach you or where you are currently located.

I used Hermes to return a parcel for The White Company, but they did not pick it up on the scheduled day, 10th December. I have not received any communication from Hermes, such as a calling card, and have been unable to reach a live person through automated messages or live chat. I even tried emailing, but I am unsure when I will receive a response. I have decided to contact The White Company directly to arrange the return. This experience has been disappointing, especially since I already paid for the service. I would like a refund, please.

I placed an order for a parcel on the 1st, and it's been in the courier's possession since the 2nd. I was notified yesterday that it would be delivered between 11-1, but it did not arrive. Hello, I'm inquiring about my recent order. The tracking information shows that it was delivered, but I haven't received it. A note was left mentioning it was left "next door." As I'm new to the area, I asked my neighbors at 90a Marlborough Road, but they haven't received anything. I'll be home tomorrow, December 12th, so I hope to receive my items then. Thank you.

Yesterday, I was expecting a Smyths delivery from Hermes. I received relevant emails indicating delivery times between 12-4 and then 1-5. When I checked around 6 pm and saw an email stating the parcel was delivered with a signature, I contacted the toy store. They informed me that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone unknown. The missing parcel details are: Tracking number: [redacted][redacted], recipient: Mrs. Alison Jane Baqleh, 51 Sioux Close, Highwoods, Colchester, CO4 9RP.

I requested a parcel collection from my address on Saturday, December 8th. When I tried to make the payment, I clicked on the "pay now" button twice as nothing happened, only to find out later that £2.59 was charged to my account twice. However, my parcel was not collected, and I did not receive any confirmation email or tracking number. I've been unsuccessful in contacting Hermes through various channels. Dear Hermes, I am disappointed with the local courier's consistent failure to deliver my parcels promptly. Receiving an email stating that I missed the delivery while waiting at home has become a common occurrence. Despite understanding that the couriers are self-employed, their lack of dedication to their job is disheartening. This marks the fourth time I have had to file a complaint due to delivery issues. The courier's third attempt today means my parcel will be returned to Asos. Additionally, given my absence on Saturday, my brother will now go without his Christmas gift. This situation has left me frustrated and questioning the purpose of ordering through your service.

I wanted to report a tracking number issue. Tracking number [redacted][redacted] was sent to the wrong address. Instead of going to Pontardulais Road Retail Park, it should have been sent to 5 Plas Cadwgan, Penllergaer, Swansea SA49AZ. I tried to change the address but could only select Argos Unit 7 as an alternative. The sender informed me they can't assist since the item is already in transit. However, the incorrect address entry was not my fault. I'm worried the parcel may be lost. I am currently in Spain, but my wife is at home. If it's not possible to redirect the package, please return it to the sender. Hopefully, we can arrange a new delivery. Thank you, Clive Wynne-Hughes. I was expecting a parcel today, but I have received multiple emails about rescheduling the delivery. Despite being notified that my parcel has arrived, it is not in my neighbor's possession or my mailbox. This is not an isolated incident, as there have been previous problems with deliveries. Parcels have been thrown over the fence instead of being properly delivered. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my parcel and the lack of accurate delivery information. Two parcels scheduled for pick up on Tuesday have not been collected yet from our address at Royston Road, Wendens Ambo, near Saffron Walden in Essex. The charges for the pick up have already been deducted from our account. We live in a pale green house located after the Cricket Pitch, next to the Village Hall. Our driveway has two houses, and the driver may see the name Thorntons. Could you please provide an update on the status of the pick up? This is Pat Arnold.

I haven't received any updates on my parcel since Monday. The tracking information indicated it would be on the move within 24 hours, but now it's Wednesday with no sign of it. I, Annette McGowan-Doe from 9 Holmsley Street, Burnley, BB10 4DY, am inquiring about the delivery with tracking number [redacted][redacted] addressed to Yasir. I received an email stating that my parcel was left at number 7, a delivery I did not request, and I didn't receive a confirmation card upon its delivery. Despite visiting number 7 and neighbors, the parcel was not found. Despite my efforts to contact Hermes and Morphe, I haven't been able to resolve the issue as I can't reach a human representative. The driver claims to have left the parcel at number 7, which has not been found. I even checked with my neighbors, but to no avail. I received a notification stating that my Hermes parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] was delivered by Philip at 14:39 to my address, 34 Longdale Lane, NG15 9AD, and signed for by me. However, this information is incorrect as there was no delivery, no signature, and the parcel was left by the front door getting wet. The contents of the parcel were soggy. Hello, I am Adrian Iancu. I was expecting a delivery on December 11, [redacted], at 10 Church Lane, E11 1HG. The Hermes delivery driver assigned to my package is Leonard. Unfortunately, I have not received any messages or calls from him. According to the online tracking information, it shows that the delivery was made to Percy Ingle bakery beneath my flat. I spoke with the ladies there, and they confirmed they did not receive my parcel. The online signature for collection is also not mine. I am unsure of the next steps to take in this situation. I was expecting a delivery today, and I received a notification that it was delivered, stating that no one was home to accept it. However, this information is inaccurate as there was someone present at the address all day. There have been previous instances where two parcels were mistakenly delivered to the wrong address before. I ordered 2 suitcases as a Christmas gift, but Hermes claims they were delivered and signed for, which isn't accurate. Despite someone being home, no one received the delivery matching the signature provided, which doesn't resemble any of our signatures. The suitcases are missing despite being paid for, and this issue requires immediate resolution. We have been unsuccessful in reaching Hermes by phone for over 5 hours.

Hello, I dropped off a parcel at my local shop on November 11th addressed to 25 Phoenix Way, Southwick, BN424HP. My sender address is [redacted] Warren Hill Rd, Birmingham, B448ES. The receipt number for this transaction is P[redacted], but unfortunately, I do not have the long barcode number. When I track the parcel using the receipt number, it only shows as "on its way." My parcel was delivered on Monday, December 9, [redacted], around 3:33 pm. Unfortunately, I only found out today, December 11, [redacted], through the tracking information that the parcel was left in the shed in front of my flat. I'm concerned if it was placed inside the shed, which is meant for rubbish collection on Mondays. I haven't received the item yet and I would like to confirm with the delivery person if it was indeed placed inside the shed and if the shed was empty of bins. I believe the seller should take responsibility for this issue.
