Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I recently received a parcel from your delivery driver; however, I was at home all day and did not hear the doorbell. To my surprise, this morning I found my parcel hanging out of my letterbox. It appears the driver tried to force the package through the letterbox from the outside. Luckily, it didn't attract unwanted attention. I have concerns about the delivery process. Why didn't the driver ring the bell, leave the parcel with a neighbor, or return it to the depot? I've attached photos to illustrate how the parcel was left. As an online shopper, I rely on reliable delivery services, so I hope we can address this issue for future deliveries.

Hello. I am inquiring about a recent order I placed with MandM Direct for a pair of Sketchers women's trainers in size 8 black/white. According to a notification from Hermes, the package should have been delivered within 5 to 7 days. However, I have yet to receive it, and it is needed urgently for a birthday gift. My delivery number [redacted][redacted] shows it was delivered at 09:37 this morning (Wednesday, November 11) to the 'letterbox' at my office address. However, the office was staffed at that time, and the package is missing. The size of the package also indicates it wouldn't fit in a letterbox, which is currently empty without a calling card. I have checked with our neighbors, but the package is not with them either. Can you kindly provide a photo and map showing the precise location where it was delivered?

Hello, a few weeks ago, I had a conversation about a delivery mistakenly sent to my address. I was assured someone would pick it up. The parcel is labeled for Garett Ray and was delivered from 17 Egremont Crescent, BD6 2SJ to my address at 10 Hoopersmead, Basingstoke, RG25 2JJ. The card left with the parcel had the number [redacted]7 on it. I tried reaching out to 17 Egremont Crescent via mail, but I have not received any response yet. On 07/12/19, I was informed that my studio order was received and scheduled for delivery. An email on 8/12/19 mentioned a delivery window of 3-7pm, but the order did not arrive. Subsequent emails on the 8th and 9th provided new delivery times, yet the order has not been delivered. Today, there is no update indicating that the delivery is en route. If the order does not arrive today, I am considering escalating the matter to Hermes head office along with the emails and paperwork received.

I have been trying to reach Hermes by phone without success to address my concerns. I received a card from the courier stating the parcel was delivered "over gate" even though there were two adults in the house during the delivery time, our door knocker was not used, and our dog did not bark at the time. The parcel, a fragile-looking bubble-wrapped box, was left over gates that are 7 feet high, indicating it may not have been handled with care. I am eager to receive my package and have been monitoring the tracking information closely. Initially, it indicated that the parcel was en route with the courier and even provided an estimated arrival time. Unfortunately, there was a subsequent update stating that the package was too large and would be delayed for two more days. I am awaiting a delivery from Debenhams through Hermes. Despite receiving daily emails until Monday, there have been no updates since then. This is causing me great disappointment, especially since the parcel was a belated birthday gift. I will be reaching out to Debenhams regarding this issue and reconsidering future online orders with them. I would appreciate an immediate update on the current status of my parcel.

Hello, I placed an order on Saturday from Isawitfirst.co.uk with next day delivery through Hermes. The tracking information shows that Hermes received the parcel, but there hasn't been any updates since then. Good afternoon, I am frustrated with your website and Hermes delivery service. I received a delivery card stating a final attempt on Sunday, even though it was the first time they had come as I was home on Saturday and Friday with no prior notice. The 8-digit barcode provided does not work on your website or app on any device I've tried. I am unsure about the package's origin, as it lacks a tracking ID from eBay. I have reached out to sellers with no response. I am unable to call the provided number or access Hermes live chat. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I visited the Hermes website yesterday to request a £2.99 return label for MandM Direct. After entering my credit card details and clicking on payment, nothing happened. The payment box lit up momentarily and then stopped without any response or message regarding the label. Assuming there was an issue with the site and not receiving any confirmation that the payment was successful, I attempted the process again, with the same result. Today, I discovered that there were three £2.99 charges on my credit card. Additionally, I still have not received the return label. Kindly refund the overcharged amounts and provide guidance on obtaining the return label, as I am hesitant to use your website again.

Hi, I am in receipt of the parcel at 3 Broadway, BL4 0HQ, which has unfortunately gone missing again. This is not the first time this has happened, and I suspect it might have been incorrectly delivered to 3 Grange, just 40 yards away. Despite going to the neighboring house to inquire, the parcels were not found. I have been in touch with the eBay seller who conveyed that the item was dispatched on the 28th of November through HERMES. The seller is in the process of providing the tracking reference number and receipt to assist in locating the parcel. It seems the courier has a habit of leaving parcels with neighbors, which has caused this issue. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter. Kate

I've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of a dress tailored for one of my bridesmaids for over two months now. The tracking number for the package is [redacted][redacted]. According to the tracking information, the dress has been delivered and signed for by someone with the initials CB. However, we have not received the parcel at our address on Dee Avenue. Unfortunately, as it is past the refund date, we are unable to get a refund for the undelivered dress. I suspect the package may have been mistakenly delivered to another location on Dee Avenue. I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered today, mentioning it was left in my letterbox. However, I don't have a letterbox; I have a postbox that is currently empty. Despite Hermes being in the area (confirmed by a neighbor's delivery), I couldn't find the parcel in my porch or anywhere outside my property. I've been waiting for my order from Pretty Little Thing for six days now. I paid for next day delivery and have stayed in on two separate days, Friday, December 6, [redacted], and today, Wednesday, December 11, [redacted]. Despite waiting during the specified hours, no one has attempted to deliver my items. The Hermes app claims delivery attempts were made, but this is not true. I received confirmation from Hermes that my parcel was delivered on Monday, December 9th, at 2:35 pm with a signature that is not mine. Despite me being at work during that time, the delivery was marked as completed. I am frustrated because I was looking forward to receiving my dress for an upcoming awards night on Friday. Trying to reach them has been unsuccessful as their automated system keeps insisting the parcel was delivered and signed for, which is inaccurate.

I made a purchase yesterday and paid for next day delivery. I have been waiting all morning as instructed in the text message which said the delivery would be between 2-4. Strangely, I found a courier card saying there was no answer, even though I was at home waiting. I am frustrated as I urgently need the items for tomorrow, hence why I paid for expedited delivery. Could someone please reach out to the courier to arrange re-delivery today? I need to receive the package today, not tomorrow.

I had a delivery on November 20th, but the driver wouldn't leave it with a neighbor. He left a card indicating it was in my recycling bin at the back of my house. The neighbor saw him drive off without verifying the delivery. The only number on the card is under a barcode labeled [redacted]7. I've tried contacting customer service by email but only receive generic responses telling me to contact the seller. Unfortunately, I don't know who the seller is as I've been buying multiple Christmas presents online.

I received a notification that my package was out for delivery, but now the tracking shows it's back at the depot. I've been waiting at home all day, and I need to know when it will be delivered as I will likely be working when it arrives. It's frustrating that there's no way to contact Hermes directly to talk to a real person about this problem. The automated service just directs me to a live chat that I can't locate. The service provided is quite disappointing in my opinion.

I received an email from "[redacted]" on December 10, [redacted], at 21:56:06 GMT, addressed to Karen A. The message stated that our JD Sports Parcel was delivered at 21:55 by the local courier and left in our porch. However, we didn't receive it as we don't have a porch. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I have spent a total of 60 minutes trying to contact customer service and searching online for help but couldn't speak to a human.
