Hello, I scheduled a return with Missguide to be picked up today. I did not receive any confirmation and when I checked the tracking number, it said my package was no longer needed. I am puzzled as I was at home waiting for the driver. I live in a student accommodation where they do not handle returns, so I made sure to be present for the collection today.

Hello, I'm Mr. Phillip Palmer. I have been at home waiting for my delivery for two days now. The tracking information shows that the delivery person attempted to deliver twice, but as I have been home all day waiting, I have not missed any deliveries. No delivery card was left. I made a mistake by ordering twice from Sports Direct because I mistakenly thought my first order was cancelled. Sports Direct instructed me to return one parcel to receive a refund. When the delivery driver came to drop off the items, I attempted to return the more expensive package with the extra shorts. However, after a week, I realized the driver didn't provide a receipt for the return. I contacted Sports Direct, but they have no record of the returned parcel.

I placed an order with JD Sports on December 4th. I got an email on the 7th confirming my parcel was on its way, but haven't received any further updates. According to your notification, my order was delivered on the 10th at 19:28 through the letterbox, but it's not there. The parcel couldn't fit in the letterbox at my workplace either. I'm very disappointed and concerned about the whereabouts of my delivery. Thank you.

I received a notification that my parcel was with Hermes Courier for delivery between 6pm and 8pm. However, the courier never arrived, and the tracking now shows it as delivered to my letterbox with a black delivery photo. I have checked all around my house and there is no sign of the package anywhere. The parcel originated from 4PX in China and was passed to Hermes in the UK. I only have the 4PX tracking number: [redacted]38. It seems like a common issue with our local courier. Please contact them to investigate and arrange a redelivery of my missing package.

I received an email indicating my parcel was delivered on the 9th of December at 9 pm to my address, 37 Beatrice Lodge Canterbury Road. However, I was at home, and the parcel was not delivered. It seems it may have gone to a similar address and been signed for by someone unknown. I suspect it might have gone to 36 Beatrice Lodge based on the second email I received with a similar message and signature stating the same. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. My request is simple: deliver my parcel. It is clear there are discrepancies, including a false signature, and I feel misled. I am concerned if this is a standard practice for your deliveries.

My parcel was originally scheduled for delivery on December 4th. It was then rescheduled to the 5th, and today it was rescheduled again without being delivered. Additionally, I have two other parcels that have not been delivered for the second time. The lack of communication and multiple delivery delays have left me feeling extremely frustrated. I expect my parcels to be delivered promptly as they should have been already.

I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered on Tuesday, the 10th, and signed for, but the signature is not mine. I wasn't home until 6:30, and the delivery was supposedly signed for in the afternoon. No neighbors have confirmed receiving the parcel, and I didn't find any delivery notification card. I only requested one return label, but I have been charged for 16. I did not receive the label I needed, and now I have lost £47.89 in the process. This situation has caused me financial strain, leading to overdue bills. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this experience and am considering seeking legal counsel to address this issue. I plan to take legal action through the small claims court and share my negative experience with Hermes publicly to shed light on how customers are being treated. This disappointing encounter has resulted in my decision to never utilize this service again.

I was overcharged for 16 return labels when I only wanted one. This mistake cost me £47.89. I found the staff at Hermes to be rude and unhelpful. I am struggling with overdraft charges due to this error. I am seeking a refund and assistance to resolve my financial situation. The contact number provided does not work, adding to my frustration with Hermes. This experience has disappointed me, and I will consider using Royal Mail in the future.

Yesterday at 5:12 PM, I received an email stating that a parcel was delivered and signed for. Assuming a neighbor might have accepted it, I didn't worry. However, upon returning home at 7:00 PM, I found no card or parcel with any neighbor. Upon reviewing my emails, it indicated that I had signed for the package, which is impossible as I wasn't home. I'm unsure what steps to take next, but I'm now without the parcel and at a loss financially. The item was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter.

I recently got two emails informing me that my parcels were delivered, but upon checking, there are no parcels at my address. When I called and tracked one of the parcels, it indicated that it's being held by the company. How can I retrieve it? The second parcel supposedly delivered cannot be found anywhere. These are Christmas gifts, and it's frustrating that I can't speak to a person as everything seems automated. I am dissatisfied with the service and would appreciate some assistance.

I waited all day yesterday for a delivery scheduled between 12 and 2pm. Surprisingly, I only received notification at 12:47. I was at home and witnessed your driver pull up outside, stay in the car, smoke a cigarette, and drive off without delivering the package. Shortly after, I received notification about a supposed issue with the delivery address, even though all the details are accurate. This is highly disappointing, especially since this delivery is a Christmas present for our daughter who is visiting home for the first time in 3 years. If the package isn't delivered today, I will be lodging a complaint with the appropriate regulatory body regarding your poor customer service. As a delivery driver myself, I prioritize excellent service for my customers, a quality my well-known company is known for. I am dissatisfied with the current delivery person in Sevenoaks. He tends to throw packages over our fence without attempting to deliver them to our door. There have been instances where my husband's parcel was left on the doorstep without his signature, and someone else signed for it under the initials "M.G". This seems unethical and potentially against the law. Previous delivery personnel like Julie provided better service by leaving messages on our phones and notes at our door. Hello, I am currently waiting for four parcels from various suppliers, and all have been marked as out for delivery but have experienced delays since Friday. I am concerned if there might be a problem in the Glasgow delivery area. These packages are Xmas gifts, and I am unsure when to anticipate their arrival. I am contemplating requesting a refund and shopping elsewhere due to this consistent issue with this particular company. I have ordered from 4 different suppliers who use your company for delivery. There seems to be an issue in the Glasgow area. I keep tracking these orders, and it shows as out for delivery, but then something happens, and it says rescheduling. Could you please inform me when the parcels will be delivered? If not, can you inform me ASAP? I seem to only have problems with this company, and it is not just me. Thanks.

While at home, I heard a loud thump, indicating the arrival of an expected parcel. However, the driver did not knock and just dropped it through the letterbox. Unfortunately, the heavy item damaged my wood flooring. When I went outside, I noticed the driver at the end of the road. Upon checking the tracking information, it indicated that the parcel was signed for, although I was inside with my family at the time, and the signature is not mine. This is concerning as the item was meant to be handed over through a tracked recorded delivery method from the seller due to its delicate nature. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone at Hermes for assistance.

I was expecting a delivery on December 6th, but no one showed up at my property despite my partner being home all day. The notice stated that the driver couldn't access the property, however, we have an intercom system that allows entry by pressing the correct flat number and bell. The parcel was rescheduled for the next day, but it's now the 11th and it hasn't arrived. I'm frustrated as out of 5 orders with Hermes, only 2 have been delivered. These items were ordered from different companies on November 29th, and I'm eager to receive all my parcels promptly. Can someone please update me on when the delivery will take place?
