I recently received a "sorry I missed you" card left at my door with very minimal information provided. The only details on the card are "1x over the side," without mentioning the courier's name or contact information. The card indicates that the parcel might have been placed over our locked side gate, but upon checking, there was no parcel in sight. Our property shows no signs of the package, and it's impossible for anyone to have taken it without access. This handling of the delivery is unacceptable. There shouldn't be items placed over a 7ft gate due to potential damage. Moreover, it seems the parcel wasn't even left there as claimed by the courier. I've never instructed for packages to be left anywhere specific. The card mentions three delivery attempts, but why, on the supposed initial try, is the courier alleging they tossed it over a gate that has no package? The barcode on the card is [redacted]8. I'm eager to get some clarification on this matter as I'm utterly dismayed by this poor service.

Order Reference: HRM[redacted]8 My parcels were not collected on 7/12 as scheduled after I waited all day. The collection was rescheduled for today, 9/12, and yet again, there has been no collection. The system claims a courier attempted to collect on both days, but we have been home waiting and no one showed up. I have already paid for these collections. This is unacceptable service, and I cannot find a way to contact anyone at Hermes to address this issue. I am running out of time and need assistance with this matter urgently.

I previously mentioned my issue with not receiving my M and M Direct parcel which Hermes confirmed receiving last week. However, the phone number provided by GetHuman is inactive, and live chat is unavailable. I am finding it impossible to contact the company after trying for four days. Additionally, their tracking system is not functioning. It's disappointing to see their reputation validated in this way. It appears they have indeed severed all communication channels and are neglecting their customers.

Hello, I received a package at my home today and it was left on my doorstep. According to the tracking information, the courier left it at my doorstep and took a picture. However, I had specified on the delivery tracker to leave it in the outbuilding. When I got home, it wasn't there. Can you please explain why it was left on the doorstep instead? I recently received a notification regarding my Hermes package delivery being made to an incorrect address due to my error. After the email indicated the package was signed for at the wrong address, indicating a mistake, I decided to stop by and collect it there. Upon arrival, the individual mentioned that the Hermes driver had returned to retrieve the package, believing it was misplaced. According to the homeowner, the driver intended to deliver it to the same number on the adjacent street. Surprisingly, I did not receive any follow-up communication from Hermes regarding the status of the parcel. Despite attempting to inquire at the adjacent street address, they reported not having received the package either. This situation leaves me perplexed as Hermes failed to notify me about the package's new location despite providing them with my contact number.

Hello, my name is Natalie Shaw. I recently made orders from three different companies that use your delivery service. I received an email notifying me that one parcel was delivered and signed for by a person named Mel Smith at 47 Palace Avenue, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 3EN on Sunday, December 8, [redacted]. I did not authorize any of my parcels to be left with a neighbor and am unsure of this individual's identity. Despite receiving three calling cards, I have not received any of my parcels at 45 Palace Avenue, Paignton, TQ3 3EN where they were supposed to be delivered. I am particularly concerned about missing parcels from Pretty Little Thing and I Saw It First. I have also reached out to the companies from which I ordered these items for assistance.

I recently sold an item on eBay, the STOGA S2 Waterproof Bluetooth 5.0 Earphones, and shipped it using Hermes tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The eBay item number was [redacted]23. Unfortunately, the parcel did not reach the buyer and was allegedly sent back to me, though I have not received it. I refunded the buyer and reported the issue to Packlink eBay team, but the problem remains unresolved. I have attempted to reach out to Hermes through their website and by visiting a Parcel shop, but to no avail. I am seeking compensation for this situation. Kind regards, Nereida.

I placed an order with you for multiple items. One of the items was shipped last Tuesday, but the other item was scheduled to arrive the same day and hasn't shown up yet. I'm feeling quite frustrated since I've been at home waiting for the delivery. I've received messages with delivery time slots that haven't been met. Can you please provide me with an update on the delivery status and an estimated delivery date for the outstanding item?

Today, I paid for a parcel collection at my son's home in Blackheath. I waited the whole day for the courier but they never showed up. I tried calling multiple numbers without any luck, and online support was not helpful either. I needed this parcel to reach N Ireland soon, and since we are flying back tomorrow, I have to carry the 9-kilo parcel to Gatwick airport and take it with me on the flight. I used Hermes and added insurance. After checking the tracking, I was upset to see that the courier didn't even attempt to collect the parcel. This experience has been frustrating, and I expect a refund and compensation for the inconvenience. I've sent multiple messages with no response, making me doubtful of hearing back promptly.

I recently ordered a pair of black knee-high boots from I Saw It First to be delivered to my home at [postal code]. I requested for the parcel to be left in the outbuilding, but unfortunately, the delivery service could not find a suitable place and returned the package. Now, I urgently need these boots for an event in Cheltenham tomorrow. I would like to update the delivery address to have the boots sent to me in Cheltenham so I can receive them in time for the show.

I dropped off a package at a local Hermes self-post location last Saturday to send to my friend in Chigwell, while I am in Norwich. It has been 10 days, and the parcel has not arrived yet. I have used this service many times without any problems. However, this time, when I sent some items of value, they seem to have gone missing, and I cannot locate my receipt. The email linked to the parcel, my postcode NR79HR, and the date of sending on 1-12-19 after 6 pm may help track it. I trust there is a way to trace parcels even without receipts. Sincerely, M. Hello, I opted for next day delivery and was informed my package would arrive on December 9th. Unfortunately, my order has not been handed over to the courier for delivery yet. I've had to take time off work to receive it. Each time I use Hermes' automated service to track my parcel, it consistently states it will be delivered in 2 days, regardless of how many times I've checked on different days. I urgently need confirmation of the accurate delivery date for this high-value parcel that I require promptly. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my delivery process. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The system last updated on November 28th, stating a delivery attempt at 15:56, which did not happen as I was present at home and didn't hear anyone knocking or ringing. Is there a depot in Basildon where I can collect the package? Alternatively, could the delivery address be changed to [redacted] South Crockerford, Basildon, Essex SS16 4JD? I ran out of calling cards. I was home the whole day yesterday (9/12), but apparently, a delivery attempt was made at 1 pm according to the tracking information. No one buzzed at my door. Interestingly, I received another package from DPD, and they managed to deliver it to my door. I'm finding it challenging to follow your automated instructions to contact the retailer as this could be any of the multiple Christmas gifts I've ordered. It's frustrating that locating the parcel seems impossible without a tracking number or calling card. Unfortunately, I don't have either of them.

I need assistance with tracking my parcel with number [redacted][redacted]. It was supposedly delivered to a neighbor at number 67, but I live at 3 Canter Close, L9 9JE. I waited for it to be delivered to me between 2 pm and 4 pm yesterday. I received an email stating it was delivered to someone named Toner at number 67, but I don't know who that is. I live in a small neighborhood with only 7 houses, so I'm unsure where my parcel could have been mistakenly delivered. Please provide me with more information as soon as possible. Thank you, Diane C.

I received a tracking number for a product I purchased on Amazon from Electrical Emporium. However, the tracking number I was given corresponds to a product from RZK Textiles, which was delivered on 7/12, not the cooker I ordered from Electrical Emporium. I also got a message from Amazon informing me of a delay in my item. I'm puzzled as to how my Electrical Emporium purchase got mixed up with RZK Textiles and where my cooker is located.

I have experienced repeated issues with parcels being delivered to the wrong address over the last four months. Approximately five parcels have been left at the wrong location and signed for by the delivery driver. Despite providing clear directions, this situation has been costly and time-consuming. I was informed that my parcel would arrive yesterday, so I stayed home all day eagerly waiting for its delivery. However, no one showed up at my door. This morning, when I checked the tracking information, it claimed that an attempt was made to deliver the package yesterday, stating that I was not available, which is untrue. This has caused me quite an inconvenience as now I am required to be home all day today for the delivery.
