Hello, I've received a few emails mentioning that my package was on its way, and later, one indicated it was delivered. I was at home all day, but no package arrived. Strangely, a random person messaged me, claiming they received an email saying they signed for a parcel for me. This person did not receive any package nor sign for anything but somehow got enough details to contact me. This situation has left me furious - not only for the missing package but also because someone gained enough of my information from your email to reach out. Hi, I received my parcel on Friday, December 6, [redacted], but unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. My order number with Asda is [redacted]0. The parcel was supposed to be sent to 21A High Street, Welford, Northants NN6 6HT. However, it was delivered to 21A High Street, Northampton, which is not my address. When I contacted Hermes on Saturday, they mentioned it could take up to 48 hours to resolve the issue, but I have not received any updates yet. My name is Judith Hamilton-Sayer. I recently received a notification that a parcel was delivered to my house, which was incorrect as the photograph showed a different location. Despite the clear labeling on both the parcel and my house, I had to search around the neighborhood to find it at a different address on the same street. It seems like the courier may have ignored the house numbers, resulting in the mis-delivery. I have observed numerous complaints on social media about Hermes' mis-deliveries in the area over the past six months, and I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Hello Hermes team, On December 7th, in accordance with the retailer's instructions, I declined a parcel as the item was no longer needed. The parcel was collected by your delivery personnel. However, I recently received a notification from Hermes stating that the item was delivered and signed for, which is inaccurate. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter regarding my parcel with the barcode number [redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

I missed the delivery of my package, and the driver took it back without leaving a tracking number. However, he did provide his phone number, which is [redacted]1. Upon contacting him, I learned that the package has been returned to Hermes. The number listed on the delivery note is [redacted]4, but unfortunately, there was no tracking number included. If anyone can offer guidance on this matter, I would greatly appreciate it. The package was intended for delivery at 9 Beech Court, Southcliffe Drive, BD17 5QN.

I arrived around 12 pm and found a Hermes delivery note stating that my parcel was left at my front door. However, upon entering my house, I could not locate the parcel on the doorstep or in the garden. Unfortunately, the delivery note did not include any details about the sender, leaving me unaware of the origin of the parcel. When attempting to track the parcel using the note number [redacted]6, it indicates that the parcel is in an outbuilding, but there is no outbuilding in my front garden where it could have been left.

I received a notification that my package has been delivered, including a photo of the package partly inside the letterbox. However, I did not find the package there as claimed, even though I was home at the time and didn't hear anyone at the door. I checked with my neighbors, but they also didn't have the package. This discrepancy is concerning, and I urge you to look into this promptly since the system shows the package as delivered when I clearly do not have it. Can you confirm whether the delivery person indeed left it sticking out of the letterbox as shown in the image?

Could you please assist me in tracking my parcel? It was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday or Thursday but there has been no progress. I received a message on Saturday indicating it would arrive that day, but alas, nothing happened. I have been home waiting for six days now. I called the [redacted] number three times today, followed the prompts, entered the tracking number 5[redacted] 9[redacted], but the call ends with a buzzing sound and a message saying, "Hope this helped," which it did not. The 48-hour delivery promise has not been kept, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I plan to file a complaint with the Ombudsman for the poor treatment I have received. I believe this will also reflect poorly on the seller and eBay.

I encountered an issue with a delivery driver recently. Although the driver claimed to have delivered a parcel, it was missing. I contacted the company I made the purchase from to investigate. However, since then, the driver has been leaving cards for attempted deliveries when I was home and the parcel did not require a signature. Today, when another delivery was expected, I observed the driver walking past my window without attempting to knock on the door. She quietly tried to leave an attempted delivery card without notifying me. After I caught her in the act and called out to her, she ignored me, smiled, and drove away.

I had an upsetting experience with the Hermes delivery service. On Saturday morning, the delivery person rang the doorbell when my husband was getting ready to take a bath. By the time he reached the door, the delivery person had left a card claiming to have left the packages in our non-existent porch. When my husband confronted him about leaving the parcels in plain sight, the delivery person dismissively insisted he left them in the porch. After being told we didn't have one, he rudely replied to just answer the door and drove off. The value of the parcels is not the main issue, but this careless delivery method is unacceptable. I am frustrated with the delivery service. They did not knock or ring the doorbell, just left a card claiming I wasn't home when I was. The package arrived the next day, luckily someone was able to receive it. Sadly, the package was torn open and the box was damaged, looking like someone had rummaged through it. It was a valuable item worth over £[redacted] and was intended as a Christmas gift. I'm unsure what the driver was searching for inside. Additionally, the email notification stated the delivery window was between 12 and 4, but the delivery was attempted at 11 am, causing confusion.

I sold an item on eBay and shipped it with Hermes. The expected delivery date was Saturday, December 7th, but the buyer claims it hasn't been received. I've attempted to contact them through online chat, but it only confirms they have the package. When trying to track it by phone, the only response I've received is that due to uncontrollable circumstances, delivery was not possible. I am struggling to find a functioning email address or a phone number that connects me to a person for further assistance.

I have a return order with Amazon, and the items were scheduled for collection by your couriers. When I checked the tracking number on your website, it showed that the courier attempted to collect the package three times. However, I was home during all three attempts and didn't receive any contact from the courier. Since our apartment building lacks a reception or a safe area for package drop-offs, the only way for them to collect is to ring the intercom and hand it to me directly. I scheduled a parcel collection online for Saturday, December 7th using Hermes. Despite receiving confirmation and a posting label, the parcel was not picked up as promised between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. I have attempted to reach out via email without any response. This is the second time I've encountered this issue with Hermes and the lack of live customer support has added to my frustration. The tracking number provided is 34-[redacted]-03-[redacted]9 with Reference T[redacted], yet when I check online, via chat, or over the phone, it just shows "awaiting delivery." I have been in touch with you regarding a parcel that the driver claims was delivered to my secure porch. However, I have already explained and even provided pictures of my home, showing that I do not have a secure porch. Following your advice, I contacted kitbag, the company I ordered from, who informed me they are waiting to hear from the driver about this issue. Despite these efforts, I have not received any updates from you. Kitbag has also confirmed they have not received any information from you. In order to escalate this situation, PayPal has requested the tracking number and any additional details about where the parcel was left. Please provide me with this information so I can proceed accordingly. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Alfiya. I purchased an item from eBay, and the seller shipped it using HERMES with tracking number [redacted]. The tracking information indicates that the package was delivered on November 21st at 9:55 am. However, I have not received the package, and the signature does not belong to me. I have evidence to support this. eBay was unable to assist me, and my attempts to contact HERMES have been unsuccessful.

I've been eagerly waiting for my package since December 4th. Last Saturday, I got an email saying there was a delay and the delivery was rescheduled for Saturday. However, it's now Monday, and I haven't received any updates or the package. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, but with no success. I scheduled a parcel pick-up for delivery to Damart on 03/12/[redacted]. Unfortunately, no one came to collect the parcel on Tuesday. My attempts to contact Hermes have been unsuccessful. Phone calls lead to automated messages, and the live chat is unhelpful. It seems I will need to make a trip to the post office to return the parcel to Damart. Today, I received a text notifying me of the delivery time frame for my parcel, set between 1 and 3 pm. Assuming it would be left at the back door if I wasn't home, I returned to find no package.
