Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.

Ref a parcel that I was told it was on its way, then an update that it had been delayed and the usual it will be on the move in ** hrs. Well that’s passed and gone. Can you tell me if I am going to get it soon. My postcode is GU** *ES. It’s not a small item but a winter coat so quite bulky. Looking forward to hearing from you Thankyou ( Merry Christmas!)
