I used P2G and Hermes to send a package to Spain. The tracking number is P2G[redacted]7, and there seems to be an issue with the delivery address. The parcel was addressed to Mr. G Hewitson at Buenavista Apts No4, Calle Norte, Rojales [redacted], Alicante, Spain. The apartment complex is near the Aqua Park, Ciudad Quesada, on Calle Norte. Please, can you organize a redelivery of the parcel?

Based on the tracking number ([redacted][redacted]), there appears to have been an issue with the package during transit. After contacting the seller, I was directed to reach out to you. I was informed about a failed delivery on either the 2nd or 5th of December, which is confusing. I urgently need to know the current status of my parcel and when I can expect it to be delivered. This item is a Christmas gift, so it's important for me to stay updated on its whereabouts.

Two weeks ago, I reached out to address a concerning issue regarding your courier's delivery practices. Unfortunately, parcels were being left in our porch without proper notification, signatures were being forged, and recipients were not provided with collection addresses. Despite assurances from a customer service agent to contact the depot in Fareham, this problematic behavior persists. As a recipient, I am frustrated by these ongoing delivery issues and feel it is not my responsibility to ensure proper delivery when your courier fails to do so. Kindly request urgent action to rectify this situation. Rest assured, we will not accept responsibility for any missing parcels due to these delivery issues.

I need help with a delivery issue. Yesterday, my package from Studio was supposedly delivered to my address, but I was not home as I stayed at my daughter's place. Despite the delivery app confirming the delivery at 18 Boswell Road S637JL, nobody at my home received the package, and I have already checked with my neighbors. I suspect that part of my order, worth £60, might be missing considering I had one delayed item that was already delivered a few days ago. The signature on the delivery shows "signed for: hamded" at 17:19, which is puzzling because nobody by that name lives at my house. Given similar complaints from other customers on Twitter, I am concerned about this recurring issue. Could you please clarify who "hamded" is and how my package was signed for when I was not present to receive it? I have encountered an issue with being charged multiple times for a return parcel to Lands End Returns Department. The problem occurred when the payment tab did not progress to the returns label, causing me to inadvertently submit multiple payments. On December 4th, there were 5 charges of £2.70 each on my Santander card and 3 charges of £2.70 each on my Barclaycard, totaling to an overpayment of £18.90. My parcel was received by Hermes on Monday, December 2nd, but it has not yet been delivered to my address. The website indicates that my parcel has been received with no further information available. Despite attempting to contact them via phone, I only received a pre-recorded message prompting me for a reference number and was unable to speak with a representative. The time between arriving at Hermes and reaching me seems unusually long. Can you please check on the whereabouts of my parcel for me? A package was delivered to my elderly mother on the 5th in the evening. The delivery person left it at the back door without waiting for a response, despite delivering it to the wrong address. Unfortunately, the package, which turned out to be a set of drawers, was too heavy for my mother to move, and she had to ask a neighbor to assist in relocating it to the correct recipient. I am upset as I had advised my mother not to open the door at night. It is crucial for the delivery driver to be informed to read addresses accurately to avoid such situations. Today, my parcel was delivered, and the courier left it with a neighbor. However, as I am unaware of the neighbor's signature, I am unable to trace my parcel. The notification email mentioned it was left with the neighbor and noted "xx" for the door number. I kindly request the courier to specify the exact door number where my parcel was left. Hello, I recently made a purchase from John Lewis, and according to tracking information, my parcel was delivered yesterday. However, when I got home, I did not find any package, even though the tracking shows that the driver left it in the post box. I am unsure if the parcel was actually delivered or left hanging in the letter box. I would like someone to assist me with this matter promptly. Two parcels have been tossed over our side gate, one today with tracking number [redacted]4, and another some days ago with tracking number [redacted]8. We have an open-sided porch where parcels could be safely kept dry. Despite providing evidence such as photos, screenshots of the delivery card, and a formal statement, Hermes has been unresponsive. Today, another package had the same treatment. I have tried to contact them via phone but was only directed back to their website, which offers no solutions and mentions technical issues. The lack of accessible customer service is disappointing. I have attempted to engage with their website to no avail. I am frustrated and disappointed. My order was due yesterday, but my parcel did not arrive. Using the tracking system, I discovered that the delivery was rescheduled for today between 3 and 5. Despite someone being available at the office front desk until 5, nobody attempted delivery. The tracking system now shows an attempted delivery at 16:22, contradicting the information provided by the automatic voice over the phone. I have an event tomorrow and without my dress, I will not be able to attend. Redirecting the parcel through the automatic questions on your website seems uncertain and comes with an additional fee, even though the missed delivery was not my fault. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I was expecting a delivery from ASOS through Hermes between 3pm and 6pm. Despite being home the whole time, I received an email at 4:45pm saying my parcel was delivered. No knock, no note, and my safe places were empty. I even checked with my neighbors. The delivery photo was just a black screen. Hermes claims it was posted through the letterbox, but I found nothing. I need to know where my parcel is or receive compensation. The ASOS order is a Christmas gift ordered on Black Friday at a discount. I shouldn't have to pay more because Hermes failed to deliver correctly.

I am currently awaiting the delivery of a parcel, but I was not home when the delivery was attempted, and I do not have a safe place for it to be left. I attempted to divert the delivery to a neighbor on the second day, but was unsuccessful. No further notice has been left regarding attempted deliveries, and I am struggling to contact anyone to resolve this issue. When I called the provided number, I was directed to look at the Q&A section or use the live chat, then the call abruptly ended. All I want is to receive my parcel, but it has been very difficult trying to get in touch with anyone at the delivery company.

On the 4th of December [redacted], I was expecting a parcel. I received an email stating it was delivered at 9:24 am to a neighbor, Craig Alliot, at number 17. However, I was home at that time and no one knocked or left a note. When I used the tracking number provided, it showed it was delivered to someone I am not familiar with. I have spoken to my neighbors, and no one knows this person. It's not just my parcel; others in our village, Llanfyllin SY22 5DP, are facing similar issues. Since the regular delivery person was replaced with a new driver, described as Asian, many have not received their parcels. I urge the company to investigate this matter promptly and ensure that my package is delivered to me correctly.

Hello, I recently received an email confirming the delivery of my parcel, including a signature, but I have not physically received the package yet. I was expecting the delivery this evening between the adjusted time frame of 7 and 9 pm. However, the email I received at 8 pm states it has been delivered and signed for, despite the signature being just a line on the screen with no real validity. I am writing to address an issue with my recent order from boohoo.com, for which I paid for next day delivery. However, my order has not arrived. Despite placing my order before the required cut-off time, the status still shows "on its way" since 2:53 am this morning. I have been diligently waiting since 6:30 am, ensuring I did not miss the delivery. I expect next day delivery to fulfill its promise of arriving promptly the next day. On December 5th, the courier approached my house with a parcel, but before I could reach the door, he took the package back to his car and drove off. Later, I received a message stating there was no one home and no safe place for the delivery, promising to attempt redelivery the next working day. I was also expecting another parcel scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4 PM on the 6th. I had left instructions to leave it at 42 Whaddon Avenue if I wasn't available, and the tenants at that address were present. Surprisingly, I received the same message as the day before claiming nobody was home for delivery. Typically, I have no issues with this courier service. I purchased your service through Parcel2Go. Regrettably, the package seems to have gone missing. The investigation outcomes reported by Hermes to Parcel2Go are disappointing. Their response merely indicated that the last tracking update was on Nov. 12th, and due to the time elapsed, they presume the item is lost; this lacks transparency. Upon digging deeper, a Parcel2Go representative mentioned that Hermes interviewed the driver and performed a full warehouse scan. However, when I requested documentation and evidence of the interview, she was unable to provide it and suggested reaching out to you directly. I attempted to pay £3.95 for a MyHermes courier to collect a parcel, but the payment button would not process the payment. I tried multiple times over three days, and even my son attempted on his computer without success. I usually receive labels and payment confirmation emails, but in this case, none were received. Eventually, I had to post the parcel at the Post Office. Despite no courier showing up, MyHermes then deducted multiple failed payments of £3.95, totaling £[redacted] from my bank account. This is a significant amount for me as I am on a basic state pension. I urgently need this money refunded as I only paid for one parcel which was not collected.
