I recently received notification that £[redacted] worth of parcels were delivered and signed for, but I did not receive them. These parcels contain Christmas gifts for my 13-year-old. Despite trying to track the parcels again this morning, the status still shows as delivered. Attempts to contact Hermes have been extremely frustrating due to poor customer service. Plan to visit the depot to address this issue and consider involving the police once I have the driver's details. Unfortunately, contacting the depot by phone is automated and unhelpful. This situation has been a disheartening and disappointing experience. Unsure how to explain the absence of presents under the Christmas tree to our son on Christmas day.

I missed the delivery on Wednesday, and my package is now back with the courier. Despite updating the delivery instructions to leave the parcel in the porch, no delivery attempt was made the next day. I am unable to contact anyone to determine the new delivery schedule. I have received 4 parcels addressed to different individuals that do not belong to me. I kindly request your driver to collect these parcels promptly so that they can be delivered to the correct recipients. The parcels are currently located at Van 78, Drop 22C. Despite reaching out on live chat for assistance, no resolution was provided. I refuse to deliver the parcels myself as they were likely mistakenly left at my address. These parcels will remain on my doorstep until they are picked up for delivery. Please arrange for collection as soon as possible, as I will be away for the next 2 weeks starting today.

The initial address provided for Ryan J MacKenzie at Haremai Cuninghill Road, INVERURIE, AB51 3QN, contained an incorrect postal code. The corrected postal code for the address is AB51 3TS. The parcel in transit is from www.size.uk.com. They have been informed of the correct postal code and have notified us regarding this change. I was away from home for about thirty days. I'm wondering where my parcel is and when the courier will attempt delivery again. The previous courier would leave my parcel next door if I wasn't in, but this time no contact number was left for me. There was no text message or any information provided about the new delivery attempt. I am not happy about this. My contact telephone number is [redacted]7.

Dear Sirs, I have been waiting for the collection of a parcel addressed to Andrew White, ME12 3AA, which I received a notification email about. The courier tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and the item in question is a single book. The scheduled collection was supposed to take place three days ago, and I have not encountered any issues with collections in the past. Three weeks ago, I placed an order online and awaited delivery. Upon checking with the seller, I was informed that the service attempted delivery but returned it due to my absence. Unfortunately, no card or instructions were left to contact the delivery service. Tracking Barcode: [redacted][redacted] This issue repeated this week. I tracked my parcel and was informed it would arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 on 5/12/19. However, no delivery was attempted, and I received a message claiming an unsuccessful delivery at 20:58, which is inaccurate as I was at home and no note was left. I am concerned about the delivery drivers' efforts and seek a resolution to these delivery problems.

I had a collection scheduled for 05/12 between 8am and 8pm with Hermes, Order reference number HRM [redacted]5. Despite waiting the whole day, the driver did not arrive to pick up my parcel as stated in the tracking that a call was made at 13:05. I live on the ground floor of a block of flats with a clear view of the entrance where the driver would have to come. I was home all day awaiting both the Hermes pickup and a delivery from Currys, being vigilant by the window and noting no visits except for the postman at 09:39 and Currys at 15:43. The intercom is currently out of order, but the open door would have allowed the driver entry to knock, yet no one came. Due to a disability, I cannot take parcels to a drop-off point. Now, I am facing a delay in receiving the parcel, crucial as it's a gift for my newborn granddaughter. I am frustrated by the service failure and concerned about resolving the issue of getting the parcel to a drop-off location, especially as I am back at work until Wednesday.

I received an email confirming my parcel was delivered to my address and left in my garage. However, I did not receive the parcel, as I was home at the specified time and don't have a garage. This is urgent as the parcel contains Christmas presents that I cannot afford to replace. Sadly, I don't have credit on my phone to call customer service. I would appreciate help in resolving this issue promptly.

Dear Hermes, I received an email from Hermes on 12th March at 6:54 PM stating that my parcel with reference number [redacted][redacted] was delivered to me, Theresa M., at my address and reportedly signed for by me. At the time specified, my partner and I were at home, and no one came to deliver a package. I have confirmed with my neighbors that they did not receive anything on my behalf. Tracking information indicates the parcel was delivered and signed for, but the signature does not match mine or my partner's. I received a delivery from Sports Direct .com, but the package arrived open with an item missing, a football. The delivery person took it back to the depot, but when it was redelivered in a Hermes bag without an invoice or proof of purchase, the football was still missing. I believe this is fraud and theft. I need to be reimbursed for the lost football, which was meant as a Christmas gift for my grandson. Please advise on how to proceed.

Dear Team, I am reaching out for the last time regarding the delivery of my parcel through your preferred courier service. I have been anticipating this delivery for the past three days. Unfortunately, as I was not at home, they were unable to deliver on the 3rd of December. Despite my attempts to redirect the parcel to a secure location, this has not been successful. I have tried contacting myHermes, but I have not received any response. When I reached out to them, I was redirected back to you as there seems to be no customer service available for me to communicate with. I kindly request that my parcel be delivered either on Saturday at any time or tomorrow after 6:30 PM. The ongoing process of following up has been quite challenging and inconvenient for me. Your urgent assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I made a purchase from Pretty Little Thing on Monday, December 2nd, with next day delivery. However, it is now Friday, December 6th, and my package has not been delivered. After checking the tracking information, it shows that the order has not even been handed over to the courier. This has been a recurring issue with my orders, and I am quite disappointed. I got a delivery notification from Hermes mentioning an attempted delivery on December 5th at 40 King Street, Lindley, Huddersfield HD3 3EZ. I missed the delivery, and they left a card saying they would re-deliver today. Unfortunately, there are no additional details on the card except for the barcode number [redacted]7. I dropped off a parcel on Tuesday, December 3rd at 10:19 a.m. It was collected later that day at 3:36 p.m. and arrived at my local depot by 5:31 p.m. However, there have been no updates to the tracking information since then. Typically, my packages are delivered or in transit by now, but according to your website, it's still in Cornwall. The barcode for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. I recently received multiple emails from Hermes regarding delivery attempts for my parcel. Despite waiting for the driver on three separate occasions after receiving notifications, the package was not delivered. Surprisingly, I later received an email stating that my parcel had been delivered and signed for. However, upon checking with my concierge, they confirmed that they did not receive my parcel. I am now confused and eager to know the whereabouts of my package and who signed for it.

I am extremely frustrated with the experience I had with Hermes delivery service. I received an email this morning notifying me of a parcel, but by the time I returned home from work, a delivery attempt had already been made. This has completely ruined my plans to present the item as a gift tonight. I am very disappointed with the service provided and will be reaching out to TM Lewin about this matter. Yesterday, I attempted multiple times to schedule a £2.70 collection to return an item to Lands End. However, each time I reached the payment page, it would not proceed when I clicked. I made 5 attempts, but was unable to print the label. To my surprise, this morning I discovered that Hermes had charged me £2.70 5 times. I have already resolved the return using Royal Mail after informing Lands End of the issue. I kindly request a prompt refund of the £13.50 that was mistakenly charged to my credit card. Thank you.

Hermes has not been able to deliver my parcel since Monday. Each day the delivery gets postponed to the next day. Yesterday, the parcel was scheduled to arrive between 17:00-19:00. I reside in an apartment building with a broken doorbell in the lobby. I'm concerned I will miss the delivery if I can't hear them. I suggest leaving the parcel at the reception, but without someone letting the courier in, they can't access the building. As the doorbell doesn't work, I can't notify them of my presence. The parcel is set to arrive today between 17:00 and 19:00, but the current situation leaves me unsure of how to receive it.
