Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.

Hi there,*I'm a little miffed that everytime I order something and it's sent by Hermes it either disappears completely and I have to get my money back or it's really late. I was supposed to get an item yesterday that I have been waiting for and again it didn't arrive. I have checked the tracking number and it's not even in transit. I waited in all day yesterday.
