I am unable to locate my parcel, which has been signed for with a very unclear signature. Despite inquiring with my neighbors and searching extensively around my property, including the bins and gates, the parcel is nowhere to be found. It seems someone signed for the package using my name, and I am unsure who that might be. Additionally, I did not receive the typical notification from Hermes indicating delivery. This is frustrating, especially since the package contains items from Gymshark. Could you please assist in identifying the individual who received my parcel and inquire about its whereabouts? My package was delivered to my work address at 9:45 pm last night. I work full-time, so home delivery doesn't work for me. It's not ideal for anyone to receive a package that late at home. I realize couriers are busy, but delivering so late may suggest they have too many deliveries. I really need this order because it's a birthday gift. I just ask that it gets delivered at a more reasonable hour.

I received a notification that my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted] has been delivered. However, the image on the website shows it was delivered to a different address, not mine. Despite attempting to contact customer service, I was unsuccessful in reaching a representative to address this issue. I am seeking assistance in locating my parcel and ensuring it is delivered to the correct address.

I am inquiring about a delivery issue we experienced with a parcel from Debenhams. The delivery person rang the doorbell once on Sunday afternoon, but we did not hear it. Luckily, our Ring doorbell motion detector captured her leaving. She did not use the doorbell for contact as instructed. The delivery card indicated the package would be delivered the next day, but it has not arrived. I have already informed Debenhams about the situation and have the reference number [redacted]5. Please provide me with an update on the delivery status as soon as possible. Thank you.

On Monday the 25th of November, I scheduled a parcel for collection on Tuesday the 26th, but it was not picked up. I contacted myhermes via chat on Saturday the 30th of November and was informed of a system error. They assured me the parcel would be picked up on either Sunday or Monday, which did not happen. After submitting a survey and sharing my feedback, I received a call from the head office on Tuesday the 3rd of December. They promised again that the parcel would be picked up that day and that I would receive a future-use discount via email. However, I did not receive the email and the parcel was not collected. Today, Wednesday the 4th of December, when I tried to cancel and get a refund, the system indicated that the booking did not exist. I am extremely frustrated and request a refund promptly.

Hello, My name is Wildney Scarabelli, and on Saturday 30th, I was expecting a parcel from Hermes. The driver attempted a delivery, but I was not home to receive it. I reside above a pub, where all my deliveries are typically accepted. I find it hard to believe the driver tried to deliver as the pub is open long hours with staff always available. After a second delivery attempt, the parcel was supposedly left in a "safe place." I do not have a Hermes account and I did not request any safe location for my delivery. Since I lack a designated safe spot, I am unsure where my parcel might be. I am eager to locate my package, but I did not receive any notification about its whereabouts. Hello, I'm frustrated with Hermes delivery services. Every time I order something sent by them, it either disappears, causing me to request a refund, or it arrives very late. I was expecting an item yesterday that I have eagerly awaited, but to my disappointment, it did not show up. After checking the tracking number, I noticed that the item is not even in transit. Order number from Regatta [redacted] Tracking number [redacted][redacted] Hello, I received an email indicating that a package from Regatta with two coats and a pair of shoes was delivered on November 30th at 13:09. The instructions stated for the parcel to be left with a neighbor or by the bins. The email mentioned a signature from HTC was received, but upon returning home on December 3rd, neither the neighbor nor the bin had the package, and we do not know anyone with the initials HTC. No delivery card was left to indicate the parcel's whereabouts. Kindly look into this with the local courier to find out where they left the package. The specific instructions on where to leave it in case we're not home were not followed in this instance. I visited the Samar local stores in The Spinney, Bedford, where I usually return parcels via Hermes, but they do not have it either. Best regards, Dorothy Whiteley

Hi, I recently made a purchase on Facebook Marketplace. The seller provided me with a photo of a parcel sticker attached to a package with my address. They also sent me a tracking number printed on what seems to be a Hermes slip with their logo. I've attempted to track the parcel using the number provided, but I haven't been successful. The tracking number is either "p" followed by "0" or "o," then [redacted]. I believe it might be a zero, so the full number would be "p[redacted]." Could someone please verify if this tracking number is legitimate?

I placed an order on eBay, and it was shipped through Hermes. The expected delivery date was the 28th of November. Unfortunately, the parcel hasn't arrived, and the tracking information indicates a delay due to access issues. I visited the Hermes website to track the parcel, and it advised me to contact them. Hello, I recently began delivering for myHermes. Unfortunately, the lady who assigned me the deliveries didn't provide much information about payment details. Feeling uncertain, I decided to stop working today. After contacting the lady about payment for the parcels I delivered, she mentioned payment may be processed in January on the next page. However, another person at the office informed me that new starters receive weekly payments. I am now confused about when and how I will be paid.

I've received three parcels from Hermes in the past few months, and each time, the parcels and the delivery notification were left inside our gate on the path without any attempt to check if we were home. Despite providing a safe place for delivery when we are out, they have not utilized it. These parcels, including electrical items, have been left exposed to the rain, making them visible and vulnerable to theft.

Order number [redacted] appears to have been tampered with and only a portion of the items were received. The Arden Grange large breed dog biscuits, 12kg, are missing. My interaction with the courier did not yield any results. The person denied any knowledge of the missing item and suggested it might belong to someone else. No communication concerning this discrepancy has been sent to me. I am suspicious of the courier's behavior and lack of cooperation during our conversation. The order was made on Fetch and the partial delivery of the Arden Grange biscuits was received today at 13:08.

Hello, I am anticipating a package from an eBay seller. I am a retired pensioner and have been home all day. However, upon checking the delivery status, it shows that the parcel was delivered today at 11:23 and signed for. I have reviewed the signature, and I want to clarify that it was not signed by me. This occurrence is out of the ordinary since I have a consistent driver who visits me weekly for parcel collections and deliveries.

I have order number [redacted][redacted]. I reside in a private gated community and was out of town in the lake district on November 30th. After returning, I was surprised to receive an email indicating my parcel had been delivered and signed for at 10:19 PM on November 30th. However, the signature provided is just a straight line, which I find suspicious. No one was home to receive any parcels during that time, and I have evidence to support this claim. Yesterday, December 3rd, around 4:30 pm, I received a message indicating that my boohoo delivery had been dropped off. When I inspected my porch, no package was present, and there was no doorbell ring. After reviewing the delivery photo from Hermes, I realized it wasn't of my porch. I checked neighboring porches and confirmed it wasn't in the vicinity. Despite having ordered from boohoo without incident in the past, this time my £70 package is missing. It seems the delivery person left it at the incorrect address.

My package shows as delivered and signed for, but I did not receive or sign for it. Someone fraudulently signed my name. I have involved the police, but they require the address where the parcel was signed for. It wasn't received at [redacted], and if left with a neighbor, a notification should have been left. I want to know the address where the package was signed for.

I needed to return a parcel, so I followed the proper procedure with Hermes. I provided the collection details, but a week later, the parcel hasn't been picked up. Hermes claimed nobody was at the address, but there is always someone present. Now, I need assistance with the collection, and I'm hoping for a refund from Dunelm. Additionally, I found the Hermes website to be really frustrating as I have spent hours trying to sort out this matter.

For over a week, you've been leaving calling cards saying you left a parcel outside by the dustbin. You sent me a picture of a bin with a parcel next to it. I never authorized you or anyone to leave a parcel outside next to the bin. I've asked at least three times for the name of the sender and the intended recipient. I've been transferred to a resolution team who provided me with your number. When I called, I was told to email, and now you are asking me to download something called "Get Human."

Hello. My parcel has supposedly failed delivery three times and is now being returned to the sender. However, the first attempt was made two hours prior to the scheduled time. During the second attempt, I was at home but no delivery was made at the specified time. For the third attempt, I arranged for the package to be left at the building, but it was still not delivered. I did not receive any calling cards. Can you please provide me with the contact information for the York delivery person? I am willing to pick up the parcel from them, though I doubt they have genuinely tried to deliver it or have been attempting delivery at the wrong apartment.
