I have been waiting for a delivery since Saturday Saturday they said I missed it although I was in. Today again the have said I missed it again I was in and no card left either apparent time’s. I even received another parcel from Hermes this morning so I don’t understand how I can be in for one but at exact Same time miss another. I was told to wait til *pm but it’s almost * so I doubt it will be arriving today. I’d like to know where my parcel is and why the delivery driver had lied twice about failed delivery attempts but not been once.
