I made a purchase from Debenhams, expecting delivery on 1/12/19. Unfortunately, the parcel did not arrive as scheduled. The tracking information indicates that it is currently at the local depot in Leeds. I have been unable to get in touch with them. My address is 26 Blackmoor Road, Leeds LS17 5NA. The tracking number is available, but clicking the link in the Debenhams email leads to the Hermes tracker, which only shows that the parcel is at the local depot.

Hello, my parcel was supposedly delivered today at 2:01 PM, but when I arrived home at 3:30 PM, the parcel was missing. An email was sent at 2:27 PM stating the delivery window was between 11 AM and 3 PM. I waited until noon for the delivery, then assumed it wasn't coming and left as there was no further confirmation. The parcel is valued at £50. I am disappointed with this situation and intend to reach out to the seller. I have attempted to contact various numbers listed online, including the head office, but they are closed despite advertised operating hours until 6 PM.

A courier attempted to collect our parcel on Saturday but was unable to take it due to a full car. He mentioned returning between 2 and 3 pm but hasn't come back. Many delivery drivers arrive without a proper pen for parcel signatures, resulting in receivers having to sign with a finger nail. When I searched online, I couldn't find an image that resembles my signature. This issue seems to be due to the driver not having the necessary equipment. While I don't question receiving the parcel, I believe your otherwise great service could be improved by ensuring the drivers have the appropriate tools.

I received a delivery notice left at my address, [redacted] Archer Road, Stevenage, even though I have an Amazon Prime order. Unfortunately, my package is missing, there is no driver's name or contact number on the card, which seems suspicious. The note claims the parcel is left on the porch, but I don't have one. This has caused me distress before Christmas as these are gifts. I would appreciate a prompt response via email or a call at [redacted]9. I need to share a photo of the card for reference, as well as a picture of my house without a porch to clarify the situation. I value your service but this experience has shaken my trust in your company due to the incomplete delivery information provided by the driver.

I have been at home all day waiting for my parcel, and I just received an email stating a delivery attempt was made when it was not. My name is Sue B. from 67 Newlife Apartments, Crispin St, NN1 2JH. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The designated delivery time was between 11:00 to 15:00, but the email notification came at 17:40, which is far past the time frame. Despite being home, a delivery was allegedly attempted. It is frustrating for this to recur, and I request improved reliability with your couriers. I have been patiently awaiting a delivery since Saturday, as they claimed two failed attempts despite me being home. Surprisingly, I received another package from Hermes earlier today. The inconsistency is puzzling, making me question the accuracy of the missed delivery notifications. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted] On Saturday, I missed a delivery and received an email notification about it. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach anyone to reschedule the delivery. I have not received my parcel. I was at home during the scheduled delivery time but did not receive a card or any notification. According to the tracking information, a delivery was attempted at 4:43 PM, which I dispute as there was someone at home watching for the delivery. I recently received an email from your company stating that my parcel was delivered and signed for today. However, I did not receive any package. Upon checking the signature on your tracking page, I noticed it was a squiggle that does not belong to me or anyone in my household. I have inquired with my neighbors, and no one received a parcel for me. Additionally, I have been home all day today. I am unsure what steps to take next.

I'm frustrated that yet again this Christmas, a gift was marked as delivered without me receiving it. I was home all day, yet no one knocked, left a card, or package. The tracking claims it was delivered and signed for, but the signature doesn't resemble mine in the slightest. This is the second year in a row this has happened, with last year's missing trainers. I'm really unhappy about not receiving the package I paid for. Where could it be?

Every time I receive a parcel from Hermes, the delivery woman leaves it in a place where it could be easily stolen by anyone passing by. Despite leaving a note instructing delivery to either number 56 or 77 West Way in Stafford (our correct address is 79 West Way, Stafford, ST17 9XR), the parcel is consistently left insecure. I assume she may have trouble reading the instructions. We would switch to a different courier if possible. I have sent multiple emails to complain, but unfortunately, there has been no improvement. The items being delivered are valuable and irreplaceable, yet there seems to be no consideration for their safety. The latest order number for today, Tuesday, 3rd December [redacted], is [redacted][redacted].

Hello, I received an email notification about a parcel delivery. I was away when the delivery supposedly happened, but there was no delivery card left as usual. The email indicated it was delivered and even had a signature that doesn't resemble mine at all. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I've checked with all my neighbors, and none of them have it. No delivery card was left either. My regular delivery driver is usually very reliable and professional, so this is quite unusual. I recently received a message confirming that my package was delivered. However, the information states that it was received and signed for by me, which is inaccurate as I have not received the package. I checked with my neighbors, but they also did not receive it. Upon inspecting the signature, it appears to be poorly written, resembling "JS." I believe the driver might not have attempted to deliver to a neighbor or reschedule the delivery. Yesterday, a delivery driver left a parcel intended for a neighbor, Amala Anthony at a different address from mine. The parcel is for Flat 9 Thurnham House on Law Street SE1 4XJ, whilst I reside at 12 Wrotham House on Law Street SE1 4XG. I received a Hermes card on Friday, November 29th, stating that my item would be delivered on Saturday, the 30th. I waited in anticipation but received nothing. On Sunday, December 1st, after tracking my parcel, I was surprised to see that it had been marked as delivered. I quickly checked the signature and realized it was not mine. Hello, I received a notification that my parcel was out for delivery on November 30th (Saturday). I waited for it, but nothing arrived. When I checked the tracking, it stated that the courier was unable to deliver and would try again the next working day, which was Monday. Unfortunately, I still haven't received anything. I purchased an item on Ebay, and according to the tracking information, it has been stuck at the Hermes depot since November 25th. The scheduled delivery date was November 27th. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to Hermes customer service as their chat is automated, and the phone line does not connect to a live representative despite claiming to assist with complaints. I have tried contacting the seller multiple times, and after the third attempt, they issued a refund. This is not the first time I have had issues with Hermes; a previous package I ordered was also lost.
