I have already reported an issue with my Hermes delivery. A parcel was scheduled for delivery last Thursday, but I received an email stating it was delivered and left in my porch, which is locked. No delivery card was left. Despite contacting the Bradford department of my Hermes over 20 times, they have not answered the phone. Sadly, this seems to be a common occurrence with my Hermes. I am now out of pocket by £20 due to the lost parcel, and I would like a refund for the stolen items.

I received an email stating that my parcels were delivered to my home address and signed for by someone I don't recognize. However, I was at work when the delivery was made, and no one was home. I have checked with all my neighbors, but they haven't collected the parcels. I haven't received any cards indicating where the parcels might be. These items are crucial, and I am worried. Hello, I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered today. Tracking shows it was delivered and a calling card was left, but the parcel was left outside my home instead of being handed to me. The calling card states it was left at the back gate, but when I arrived home around 6pm, the parcel was missing. The parcel belongs to Amy Arthur, and the reference number is [redacted]7. I placed an order with Boo Hoo for next day delivery on Thursday. I received a text on Friday stating the parcel would be delivered between 1 and 3. I made sure to be home all day on Friday and Saturday, but the parcel has not arrived. The tracking still shows it is with the local courier. It's frustrating not being able to speak to anyone directly to get more information or assistance.

I would like to understand why my packages were left at my door yesterday. My husband was home, and no one knocked on the door. Although my husband may have some hearing difficulties, we have 6 dogs that bark at any noise, so they would have alerted him to the delivery. As it is now December and close to Christmas, there are concerns about packages being left unattended. This has occurred multiple times, and this time I am requesting compensation. I prefer to speak with someone directly instead of communicating via email.

Hello, I have been waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered on Friday. However, the tracking states that I wasn't available to receive the parcel. The same issue occurred on Saturday despite me being at home both days. I did not receive any notification or a delivery attempt. The tracking now shows only one more delivery attempt left, but the previous two attempts were not made as the parcel was not left with my neighbor or in my designated safe spot. I am concerned and eager to know the status and location of my package.

I was informed about a delivery attempt at 11:35 PM last night, which is well outside of the usual delivery hours, and there was no notification left. I need confirmation that the package will be delivered today. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Additionally, I want to report that your website is difficult to navigate. I thought this was a live chat feature, which further emphasizes the challenges in navigating your website.

Hello, I ordered a LED clock with a wireless phone charger from Living Social. The tracking information shows that the item was delivered and signed for by the customer, but I haven't received it. I received my package notification that it was delivered, but I cannot find it anywhere. The photo of the delivery was unclear, and the "sorry I missed you" card left was blank with no details. The package was supposedly left in a safe place without my consent. Since I was not home to receive it, I expected it to be retained for the next day, not left elsewhere. It seems like the parcel might have been stolen due to the unsecure location it was left in without my authorization. The lack of information on the card makes it challenging to identify the responsible delivery person. I initially scheduled for next day delivery, which did not occur as expected on Saturday. I anticipate a prompt response from your end regarding a refund for the missing contents of my package, given that the negligence of your employee likely caused this issue.

Hello, I am struggling to understand why I have not received a call about the refund for a pickup package that was never completed. I have been charged for this package since the 29th of last month and have been attempting to reach out for assistance to no avail. I have repeatedly requested a call but all I receive is a voicemail with no human interaction available. I am frustrated with the lack of response and plan to file a formal complaint about this issue.

I recently returned from my vacation and found a delivery receipt in my letterbox indicating a parcel was left in the red bin. Unfortunately, upon checking, I did not find any parcel there. I had specifically requested deliveries to be made to number 2, but Hermes didn't leave it there either. I am now without my item and confused as to why the parcel was left at the red bin instead of the designated address. I was away until Monday, and this situation has left me unsure of what to do next.

Hermes was supposed to deliver two packages to my university accommodation. Unfortunately, I never received them, and after checking the tracking details, I saw that both packages had been signed for by an unknown person. This situation has left me unsure of where my parcels are and how to return them. I used Klarna for the purchase, which means I have a limited number of days to either send the items back or pay for them.

On November 25th, [redacted], I dispatched two parcels from the Co-op Post Shop in Runcorn. The parcels were sent by Pamela J. from 41 Irwell Lane, Runcorn, WA7 1RP. The receipt numbers are P[redacted] and P[redacted]. Unfortunately, the parcels have not reached their destination, causing dissatisfaction among my eBay customers. These were my first shipments entrusted to Hermes, and I am dismayed by the lack of tracking information and the inability to communicate with a company representative. I seek guidance on how to proceed with this issue.

I received an unexpected parcel from a company I am in a financial dispute with. I suspect it could be related to the issue. I went to the local Coop to use the Hermes postal self-service machine. I paid £6.49, entered all the details, but the machine failed to print the label. The Coop staff could not assist, and I am now out of pocket without a label for my parcel, despite paying £6.49. The staff advised me to contact Hermes myself, but I have been unable to speak with anyone. I need help with this issue. I am extremely frustrated with the delivery service. The driver claims to have attempted delivery multiple times, but we have been at home every time. I am disabled, and my partner even waited on the doorstep during the specified delivery hours on the last occasions. I had a parcel scheduled for pickup today (02/12/19) with order reference [redacted]4 through Hermes, for which I paid £10. During the booking, I specified the parcel's weight as between 2-10kg, with no option to provide its size. A staff member arrived at about 14:30 but shook his head when I greeted him, claiming he was too busy to collect my parcel. Despite my explanation that I had paid for and scheduled the pickup for that date, mentioning the parcel's weight, he refused rudely. He stated he had too many parcels and mine wasn't a priority. After some discussion, he finally accepted the parcel, feeling its weight and agreeing to take it this once, although he was extremely busy. This being my first time using Hermes for a paid pickup, the experience was disappointing due to the staff member's rude behavior. I would like a full refund for this poor service and the disrespect I encountered.

Retailer Mango has been refusing to refund my return for 7 weeks. They claim the collection was canceled, but this is not true. Burtie from Hermes collected the item on 25.10.[redacted], providing me with a collection note with the reference number: [redacted]20 and tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I did not cancel this collection, as evidenced by the collection note I received. Despite my efforts to communicate with Mango over this issue, they continue to insist otherwise. I am now escalating this matter by filing a complaint against Hermes and Mango with the ombudsman and reaching out to WHICH magazine for assistance.

Tracking number: [redacted][redacted] Hermes confirmed receiving our instructions to leave the package on the porch. However, no delivery attempt was made, and no notification was left in the postbox. There was someone available at the address at all times. Please contact us at [redacted] regarding any updates on rescheduling the delivery. If we do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 12 hours, we will assume that the package has been stolen by either Hermes or a Hermes driver.

I have been trying to contact you since Friday evening through all your phone numbers and email but have been encountering issues. The message mentions that I should call between 8 am and 6 pm, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. I had an incident with one of your delivery men on Friday, November 28th, around 4:35 pm when he came to deliver a parcel from Amazon. Unfortunately, when my dog and my neighbor's dog barked, he became aggressive and verbally abusive, kicking them and even hitting the gate. Despite my requests, he refused to provide his name and threatened to report me. This behavior has left me deeply upset and unable to sleep.
