I sent a message yesterday but made no progress. After calling, I was advised to contact the seller as my parcel supposedly delivered by Hermes was not received. Hermes claims it was signed for at my address, but this is untrue. I waited for the delivery which was late, and I didn't see anything pass my house since my street is one-way. When I contacted the seller, they suggested that a family member or neighbor could have signed, but that's impossible unless I have a double or a ghost in my house. They even joked about Santa and his reindeer flying over me, which didn't happen as my chimney is blocked. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and my address is 42 Holbeck Street, L4 2UT. Hermes needs to locate the delivery person, investigate where the package was actually delivered, and take appropriate action against them.

I received an email today notifying me of the parcel delivery. This is the second delivery from your company this week. The first was left on my doorstep while I was home. However, today upon returning in the evening, I searched for the parcel outside using a torch but could not find it. There was no delivery card left to indicate its location. The email claims I signed for the parcel, but the signature provided does not match mine, and I have been out all day. Falsifying a signature is illegal, and this amounts to fraud. I am extremely upset by this recurring issue with your service. It is concerning that paying for this service does not guarantee the safety of the parcels. Please address this issue promptly. I received an email stating that my Gaynor Sports order was delivered and signed for today, but I was out, and no one was at my address. After returning from the doctor's, the package was not there. I have searched my entire garden and asked neighbors, but no luck. I fear someone may have taken it as there is no safe place to leave it, only my front door near a bin wall. I tried calling Hermes, but it directed me to email or chat online. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I am also waiting for another parcel from the same company with no updates. This concerns me because it could lead the courier to deliver the package to my neighbor, Owen Oil Tools, who shares my location. Due to the possibility of confusion with the satnav system, my neighbor might receive the package in error. Given my secluded location without direct access, I rely on a cordless phone for communication, and I keep watch for approaching vehicles at two key points. While I understand that for lower-value items, a signature might not be necessary, I believe that for this particular high-value item, a signature should be required. In case the driver has trouble reaching me, I will leave a copy of my signature at the end of my drive. I have provided detailed instructions for the courier to reach my home accurately without satellite navigation errors. I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge the receipt of this message. Earlier today, I received my packet with tracking number es/20TaJeZ only to discover that the item inside was broken. This item is essential for a job I have scheduled for Monday. I have contacted the seller, who has arranged for a replacement, but I've been informed that it may not arrive before Monday and could potentially arrive late in the day. This situation is quite concerning as the item is part of an outdoor pipe, and darkness falls early in my area. These pipes are manufactured using very durable materials specifically for outdoor use. I am questioning whether the damage occurred due to mishandling by the delivery driver out of frustration or if it was caused by impact against a hard surface. I operate a business that relies on courier services, but if this is the standard of service provided, I will have to reconsider using your services in the future. The delay may result in a loss of wages for an additional day and an extra cost for the supplier.

I've received multiple messages from Hermes regarding my delivery, first scheduled for yesterday. I instructed them to deliver to my neighbor when they couldn't make it, but they apologized and rescheduled for today. Then, another message came saying the delivery was not possible today. Finally, I received an email stating the package was delivered at 2:03 PM and left on the porch, even though I don't see it upon arriving home. The photo of the delivery provided was blank, adding to the confusion.

I need assistance regarding missing orders and deliveries that were supposed to be signed for: Hermes Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] Habitat Order Number: #[redacted]33 I purchased 3 Habitat picture frames last weekend. Yesterday, a Hermes delivery person informed me that out of 2 packages, both were damaged and he would return them & arrange a redelivery. However, I stressed that there should have been 3 packages as I ordered 3 identical frames. Today, despite updating the delivery details on the app for it to be left on my porch, there was no delivery. The tracking information shows the package(s) as signed for with a squiggly 'O' signature. Neither neighbor has the package, and no one was present to sign for it. I have been unable to contact anyone at Hermes customer support. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue with my missing items.

I received a delivery today, and I am disappointed with how it was handled. Even though my husband and I were home, the delivery driver did not knock or ring the bell. They placed the item over a gate without our consent. This has happened before, and if it occurs again resulting in damages, we will expect a replacement. It's important to communicate to your drivers that "drop and run" is unacceptable, especially during the holidays. If we aren't available, leaving the package with a neighbor is preferable, or at the very least, ringing the doorbell. Thank you. Mrs. S Morrissey

I have been patiently waiting for a parcel since Wednesday. Despite being promised daily deliveries by your company, my experience has been frustrating. The delivery has been rescheduled multiple times and claimed to be attempted three times already, which I find hard to believe as my door buzzer is very noticeable. Tracking the parcel revealed these false attempts, leaving me disappointed and now facing the return of the package. The situation is unacceptable as I have been home waiting with no delivery attempts. I reside in Gardeners Cottage, Straloch, Aberdeenshire, and am eagerly awaiting a parcel delivery from Monsoon with the barcode number [redacted][redacted]. The courier originally scheduled to deliver the package on Saturday, November 30th, between 7 pm and 9 pm. Despite being home all day, no one showed up, and upon checking the tracking, it misleadingly stated that an attempted delivery was made when I was present. I had left a note for them to leave the parcel in the garden shed, which they claimed was not a secure location. With a wedding to attend on Saturday, November 7th, I am concerned about not receiving the shipment as I work until after 6 pm every day next week. Hello, I recently purchased an expensive rug, which is quite a large parcel. I received text notifications stating that the parcel was out for delivery and then apparently successfully delivered. Despite informing the delivery driver that my buzzer was not working and to call me upon arrival, no one reached out. After contacting my neighbor, who was initially unavailable, they confirmed not receiving the package. I checked with another adjacent block as our addresses are similar, but found nothing there either. According to the tracking information, it indicates the item was left in the outer building. I live on a busy main road and am concerned about the rug being left outside. I did not see anyone sign for it and there was no signature required, raising more uncertainties. I made an error with the address of my parcel from Austria. I mistakenly wrote 5EB instead of NW2 6EB. Can the address be corrected, or will the parcel be returned? Yesterday, I received an email stating that my parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] was delivered and signed for. I was out all day, and when I returned home, I couldn't locate the parcel. Both my neighbors and the downstairs restaurant mentioned they did not receive it. I'm looking for my parcel tracking number, [redacted]. It was supposed to be delivered by now. Last Thursday, they mentioned a delay of 24 hours, but I still haven't received it. It has been over a week since the company dispatched it through Hermes. I did receive another item, but I had to search for it in a neighbor's garden. It wasn't even delivered here yesterday even though I waited for it all day. I hope this parcel hasn't been misplaced as well.

Hello, I placed an order with the order number [redacted][redacted]. The delivery was supposed to arrive today between 12 and 2 pm. I have been sitting on my sofa all afternoon waiting for it. However, I received an email stating that there was nobody home, which is not true as I have been home all afternoon with my face at the window. I don't think the driver even attempted to come as he did not enter the garden and just left. Tomorrow I will be at work all day, and this will be the case for the rest of the week. If you mentioned delivery on Sunday, you should ensure that your delivery people do their job correctly. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided.

We purchased a large toolkit as a Christmas gift, scheduled for delivery today. However, we just received an email from a Hermes 'no-reply' address saying the package was delivered at 14:07. Despite being home, no one came to our door. Even more frustrating, the signature provided is unreadable. Our neighbor did not receive the parcel either.
