Hi,**My issue is that you have delivered a parcel to the incorrect address thinking it was the correct address.**The parcel details are ******************My delivery address is ** Greenways, Wrexham LL** *JL**What I think has happened is that on the housing estate, the road braeside leads to greenways, and the parcel has been delivered to ** braeside by your driver thinking he was delivering to ** greenways, therefore you have now got a proof of delivery with signature thinking the parcel has been delivered to the correct address - however this is not the case**I need this issue resolved asap as there has obviously been some deception at the address your driver has delivered to, they have obviously taken delivery of the parcel under false pretences.**The parcel was addressed to my Son - Rhys Griffiths, and the signature you have on the proof of delivery is not one of anybody in ** greenways.**Regards,**Matt Griffiths
