I’ve been waiting all day for my parcel, I’ve received a text message at **.** this morning saying my parcels will arrive between *-*, I’ve been in the house all day... bearing in mind I’ve Got a lot of things to do. I’ve been waiting all day for my parcel to arrive and then at *.** I receive a message to say it’s now going to be delivered between *-*. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from your courier as I’ve wasted my time waiting for my parcel. Then * minutes before it should of been here it’s now saying I should receive it in another * hours. I’m absolutely fuming at your service. I paid extra to have it sent the next day aswell!!! *I have Christmas presents in there that I do not want my mom to see and now she’s going to see them as I can’t wait in the house now for an additional * hours!! I’ve purposely booked half a day off work aswell just so I could be here for my delivery! *I would like answers straight away
