I am concerned about the repeated issues with parcel delivery to my address. Over the past six weeks, I have not received five parcels, beginning with a delivery by Hermes. The delivery person was rude, banging on my kitchen window while we were eating. This confrontation seems to have led to a halt in all parcel deliveries, including from companies like My Wallpaper, eBay, Pretty Little Thing, JD, and Today I Saw It First. Despite being at home on these occasions, no drivers have attempted delivery, and we only receive emails stating that the parcels were refused or sent back. I am frustrated with having to constantly contact these companies to rearrange deliveries. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue and look forward to hearing from you soon. I accidentally provided a slightly incorrect postcode that is very close to the correct one. The courier delivered the parcel without a house number, and it was signed for, but I'm unsure who signed for it. Another item with tracking number [redacted][redacted] is scheduled for delivery, but I need to change the address for this one too. I attempted to redirect it, but it seems it cannot be done. I'm worried about potentially losing this package as well. I attempted to resolve this through live chat, but unfortunately, it was not successful. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I want to report that I bought an item from Mr. MP Butler in Ireland who used your courier services to send the package to Mr. S de Meuter at 1 Hillside, Marlow Road, Lane End, London, Buckinghamshire HP143JW. I tracked the parcel using tracking number [redacted][redacted], and according to your records, it was delivered and signed for at 11:17 on October 28, [redacted]. However, Mr. De Meuter claims no one at his address signed for it. I am in Cape Town, South Africa, and Mr. De Meuter is visiting Cape Town next week. I urgently need to know where on Marlow Road the package was delivered as no notification was left at Mr. De Meuter's address. I accidentally pressed continue before completing my previous message. I encountered an issue with paying £3.95 for a return but was unable to print the return label. After trying to reach out without success, I attempted to process it again by filling out the details and paying another £3.95. However, this time I did not receive the option to print the label. I did not receive the parcel from QVC on Sunday as the delivery driver did not knock on my door despite having six people in the house. A photo was taken of the package on my porch with the door open, but upon checking, the parcel was not there. This has happened in the past with another delivery service and the missing parcels were eventually located. I have reported this to QVC and am awaiting a response from them. It seems likely that the driver either took the parcel themselves or left it in plain sight for someone else to take.

My item was delivered, and a card was left through the door. However, I strongly disagree with it being left outside. Living in a challenging area with constant neighbor disputes makes me wary. The item could have easily been taken by anyone. Thankfully, it remained in place, but I am displeased with the careless delivery. I have tried calling to speak with a person, but it seems impossible. Every time I call, I am directed to use the live chat service. I insist on speaking with a human now. I am truly frustrated with this delivery service's incompetence and will inform others through social media. Both my brother and my partner have also faced issues with this service, including parcels being left in the bin on collection day. It is unacceptable. Are all employees so incompetent that I cannot even reach them by phone?

I am located at WV14 6PR, residing at number 36. I arranged a return with Damart and paid for it. Despite being home all day on Monday, November 18th, around 1[redacted] hrs, I received a missed delivery card without the doorbell being rung. Our doorbell is loud for my husband's benefit, who is profoundly deaf. On Tuesday, we missed the courier again, even though we were indoors all day. A second missed delivery note was found in our porch on Wednesday. We were in the dining room overlooking the front gate and did not see the courier. We feel that using our doorbell would be a simple courtesy. Other delivery services have not had issues like this, but the Hermes courier's behavior is disappointing. We hope to hear your thoughts on this matter.

Dear Team, I am writing to report an issue with the delivery of my parcel. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted], and the delivery card number is [redacted]6 by John. Usually, our regular delivery person, Elaine, leaves packages inside our kitchen as I notify her when the parcel is handed to the local courier. Unfortunately, today, the parcel was left on my front doorstep instead of in the porch, which we don't have. I immediately contacted my neighbor after 10 minutes of the delivery, but the parcel was nowhere in sight. My husband, who was in the sitting room, only saw a man in dark clothing arriving in a car, presumably the delivery driver. Our house is detached in a quiet estate without fences or hedges. I have already informed QVC about the missing parcel and am quite upset that it was left in such an insecure location. Hello, my name is Miss TOPAZIO. I discovered a Hermes calling card outside my apartment building without any specific details. After entering the 8-digit number online, it indicated that the package had been delivered and left on the porch. Unfortunately, the picture provided by Hermes was not helpful. The calling card number is [redacted], and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I have been expecting this delivery since November 6th, but it did not arrive on that date. Despite my efforts to contact Hermes regarding the missing parcel, no one could provide any information. The package was supposedly left on the porch of my accessible apartment building and has now gone missing, leading me to believe it was stolen. I am disappointed to have lost £23.95 with nothing to show for it. This recurring issue of Hermes leaving parcels in unsecured locations has caused me problems in the past as well.

I've waited all day for my parcel. At 11:51 this morning, I was told it would come between 2-4. I rearranged my day for this, only to get a message at 3:56 that it would now be 4-6. This delay is unacceptable; now I'll have to wait even longer. Then, moments before it should've been here, I'm told to expect another 2 hours. I'm upset as I paid extra for next-day delivery. I have Christmas gifts inside that I don't want my mother to see, and now she might. I can't stay home for another 2 hours. I took time off work for this. I need a prompt response.

I received text messages yesterday informing me that my parcel would be delivered between 6pm-8pm. No one reached out, but later the tracking indicated that the delivery could not be made and was rescheduled for the next day. The same situation occurred today with a similar message. I am upset because I waited at home for the delivery. Tomorrow I have a hospital appointment. I never received any calling cards. I even tried to request delivery to the shed for the driver's convenience. Last week, a fireplace was delivered, and the driver falsely signed my name. I am unwell and appalled by the conduct of your drivers. Now, I am anticipating the arrival of two parcels as I received another email stating that another parcel has been dispatched through Hermes. I am eagerly expecting a prompt email response.

I placed an order that was supposed to arrive on Nov 15, but it hasn't arrived yet as of Nov 23. I've had issues with Hermes in the past, such as delivering to the wrong address and being uncooperative in rectifying the situation. I believe this company's service is subpar and unreliable. I send parcels frequently, but I will avoid using Hermes in the future. This has been the worst experience I've had with a delivery company. I could have easily picked up my parcel from where it was originally posted. I am extremely disappointed with Hermes. Feel free to verify this with tracking number [redacted][redacted].

A delivery was left outside my front door yesterday at 11:30 AM. I instructed the courier to leave it in the mailbox, which is large enough for the parcel. However, they left it in the porch instead. The building across the street has CCTV, and I've requested them to check if anyone entered my building and took the parcel. I have a photo of the parcel against my door, but it doesn't guarantee it wasn't taken. I live upstairs in a flat with a security door that locks at 12 PM. After 12 PM, no one can enter the building without being let in. It's hard to believe the parcel went missing in just half an hour. I've never had this issue before. Please ask the Hermes representative to reach out to me.

I have been awake since 4:45 am, and the only person who has been to my door was the Postman around 11:15. Could you kindly explain why your tracking system indicates that I wasn't home when my QVC item, No 8[redacted] 8[redacted], was due for delivery? This is a distressing continuation of last year's issues when goods from various companies, including QVC, worth hundreds of pounds got misplaced, disappointing not only myself but also the recipients of the gifts, including my grandnieces. I provided detailed directions for the delivery that should have been communicated to you by QVC. Please make sure to follow these instructions for future deliveries to avoid further issues. My parcel was scheduled to arrive on Friday, November 22nd. I waited all day, keeping an eye on the front door and window, but no delivery arrived. When I checked the tracker, it showed that the parcel was with you at 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 16th. However, today the tracker system seems to be down, and despite trying to call the numbers listed on the website, I couldn't reach a human to assist me. This situation is causing me a great deal of concern, especially as I worry that my autistic son may not receive his Christmas present. It's challenging to explain to him that Father Christmas might not bring him the one thing he asked for, especially when it was a struggle for me to afford it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with information on the whereabouts of the parcel, its expected delivery time, and a phone number where I can speak to a person, as sometimes a human touch is reassuring. I am disappointed with the lack of delivery updates for my parcel. I have been tracking it since November 13th, expecting it today on November 23rd. However, there have been no signs of the package. Dealing with Hermes has been frustrating - the live chat was unhelpful and after waiting for 35 minutes, I was left with no solution. The phone numbers provided were all incorrect, and even when reaching someone, they redirected me back to the website, resulting in disconnection. This experience with Hermes has been a complete disappointment, and I strongly believe they need to improve their services significantly to avoid inconveniencing customers in the future.

I am disappointed with the recent delivery experience I had. I paid for next-day delivery, expecting it on a Sunday, but due to an address error, the package was delivered to my work. Despite waiting outside in freezing weather for two hours during the scheduled delivery slot, the driver did not attempt to deliver the package. I received a text message yesterday stating that my parcel would be delivered between 7 and 9 pm on the 24th of November. I was out for dinner, left my phone at home, and when I returned, I saw another message saying there was a delay, and delivery would be between 3 and 5 pm. When I checked online, it showed they tried to deliver but were unsuccessful. This morning, I checked again, and it said my parcel was on its way at 5 pm yesterday. However, this conflicts with my previous check around 4:30 pm, which stated an unsuccessful attempt at 4:07 pm. I am uncertain about the status of my parcel and the expected delivery time. This has been a recurring issue with your delivery service, and it's disappointing. Please improve your services to provide accurate information to customers waiting for their parcels.

Hello, today we were supposed to receive a delivery of eleven parcels (tracking number P2G[redacted]4). The driver delivered only three of them and mentioned he would return with the rest. However, he left without any further explanation or having us sign for the items. When checking the tracking number on the Parcel2Go website, we noticed discrepancies with the parcel numbers listed. I am encountering continuous issues with the delivery services to my address. On [redacted] Alan Moss Road, Loughborough, Leics, LE114NA, there have been repeated problems with deliveries from your courier. Despite tracking the deliveries, there have been four unsuccessful attempts due to delivery issues. The situation escalated when I noticed inaccurate tracking messages claiming deliveries were completed and signed for by the customer when they were not. I have reported these incidents to an eBay supplier as one of the deliveries was damaged due to mishandling by the courier. This has resulted in additional costs for returns and refunds. It seems that the problem occurs on weekdays, as I have successfully received deliveries on weekends. Companies like Handlestore, Dunelm, and The Works have been affected by this issue as well.
