I have been trying since yesterday morning to contact herme,I want my parcel delivering to my address,only problem is your contact for me is missing my house number,now when you emailed me on the email was my full complete address.I called The Works last night who confermed you had been given the full address and I receive an item from herme every week,now my wife had seen the courier outside our house yesterday and drove off without getting out of the van after *mins,now again the * x emails you have sent me *day still has my house number no* missing.do you think you could possibly deliver it TODAY pls Regards Mr A.Bell

I contacted The Works,who updated the courior **mins before he got to me.*The **** I had to go through to find a contact number last night was Maddening,*hrs I was on the HERPES SITE,and when I found it at **.**hrs I wrote down number and rang today and Guess What,it was a robot and got no further,so rang the Works who msg'd courior who Delivered.
