Hermes,*I have received * deliveries via Hermes over the last * months.*On * occasions my parcels have been left just inside the front door of my building. I live on the *rd floor and not once has the courier rang my bell * intercom system to inform me of their presence. One of the parcels contained a £***. coat. My building is very busy ,with trades people plus residents going in and out...leaving my parcels open to theft. Can you please advise your couriers of the need to carry out the simple procedure of ringing a bell.*Thanks.*Michael Sheils
