Hello, I am anticipating a delivery from Sports Direct that was scheduled to arrive yesterday between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Despite checking the tracking information repeatedly, nothing arrived. The tracking was last updated at 11:03 PM with an apology promising delivery today, but no specific time was given. As of now, the tracking indicates that my items are still at the depot. It is now 2:25 PM, I have been home all day, but there is no estimated delivery time provided. Any helpful updates would be welcomed. Regards, Tony.

I received an email and a text notification that my parcel had been delivered. However, I was home all day and knew no delivery had been attempted. A photo was provided as proof of delivery, but it was clear the parcel was not left at the correct address or house number. Thankfully, a kind individual found it and brought it to me, explaining that Hermes had tossed it over his fence and falsely documented it as delivered in his garden. This is not an isolated incident; previously, parcels were left by the bin in the street with a fake signature from my son. These actions by Hermes are unacceptable, and I urge the company to address this issue promptly. I am eager to learn what measures will be taken to ensure their staff complies with proper delivery procedures.

I was expecting to receive two parcels with the tracking order [redacted][redacted]. The delivery driver informed me that one of the parcels was damaged and sent back to the depot, possibly in Southampton, to be resealed. I have not received any confirmation about the redelivery of this package containing items valued at about £[redacted]. I'm worried since it seems to have been misplaced, and I need to know its current location. Could you kindly update me on the status of this parcel? I'm reaching out for assistance regarding my undelivered parcel. I placed an order through Facebook, and it was supposedly delivered on November 11th to my work address at Saltaire Medical Practice on Richmond Road in Shipley, postcode BD18 4RX. The package was signed for, but upon checking my email and consulting with my coworkers, none of us recognizes the signature. This parcel is a Christmas gift for my grandson, making this situation very disappointing. Deliveries should require a full name along with the signature, which was not the case here. I have already contacted the retailer, who suggested reaching out to you about the delivery issue. I have not received my parcel. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by HERMES. My parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] went missing after I dropped it off on Saturday, November 9, [redacted]. Despite paying for 24-hour delivery and purchasing £[redacted] insurance for the Samsung Galaxy S7 valued at £[redacted], my parcel was lost. I tried contacting customer service four times today, only to have the calls abruptly disconnected each time. HERMES dismissed my claim for a refund despite the evidence of the missing parcel. I contacted E.bay, who advised me to refund the buyer out of my own pocket due to HERMES' failure to acknowledge the lost parcel. I am left without my phone, out of pocket, and utterly disappointed with HERMES' unethical conduct. I am now pursuing legal action through an ombudsman to reclaim my money from HERMES.

I was expecting a delivery on Saturday between 7 and 9. However, I received a text at 5:11 PM saying the package was delivered and signed for, which isn't true. I suspect fraud and have involved the police. I have been trying to contact customer service without success. This situation is unacceptable, and I demand immediate resolution. I am eagerly awaiting a parcel from Hermes for my autistic son. The driver claimed we were not home and couldn't locate our address, which puzzles me as a Hermes driver named Mr. GARY Furlong successfully delivered a package last week. I believe the missing parcel might be in the Hermes system, possibly in Wrexham. I just want my stressed autistic son to receive his parcel at 15 Caithness Gardens, Prenton Hall Road, Prenton, Wirral CH43 3DN. The name on the parcel is Thomas Francom, and I am his father, D. Francom. Any assistance in expediting the delivery would be greatly appreciated.

I am having an issue with Hermes regarding the delivery of my parcel. According to the tracking information, it was supposedly delivered to me on Tuesday, 5th November [redacted] at 13:03 by my local courier. However, I received a text saying it was left in my porch, which I don't have. The courier also sent a photo showing the parcel outside a front door that is not mine or my neighbors'. I have been trying since yesterday morning to contact Hermes. I want my parcel delivered to my address. The issue is that your contact info is missing my house number. When you emailed me, my full address was included. I spoke to The Works last night, and they confirmed that they provided you with the complete address. I get deliveries from Hermes weekly. Yesterday, my wife saw the courier outside our house, but they drove off after waiting for 4 minutes without getting out of the van. On September 11, [redacted], I placed an order with Urban Outfitters for 3 items. I received a shipping confirmation stating that the items would arrive in two separate packages on November 12, [redacted]. One package arrived, but the other has not. When I track my order online, it says the undelivered package has been delivered and signed for, which is incorrect. Similarly, the tracking information for the delivered package states it has not been delivered, which is also incorrect. I believe there has been a mix-up between the two packages. Hello, I am inquiring about my parcel with reference number [redacted][redacted]. Yesterday, I was notified that the delivery would be made between 4 pm and 8 pm, but it did not arrive. We had 2 attempted deliveries for our parcel while we were away. The first attempt was on 01/11/[redacted] with barcode reference [redacted]1, and the second was on 02/11/[redacted] with barcode reference [redacted]8, both under the contact name of John with the phone number [redacted]. Despite our efforts to contact John and resolve the issue, he has not responded. The tracking information states there were 3 delivery attempts, including one on 05/11/[redacted], even though only 2 were made. This is the third time Hermes has falsely claimed delivery attempts, causing us inconvenience and frustration. Dealing with retailers to rectify these errors is not ideal, especially considering similar complaints about Hermes delivery services in online reviews. Trustworthy staff are needed to handle deliveries correctly, so customers don't have to deal with these issues independently.

Hello, I need assistance with a recent delivery issue. The delivery number is [redacted][redacted], and it was delivered on Thursday, 14/11/[redacted]. The customer informed me that the guitar they received was damaged and even sent a photo showing the damage. When I asked them to check the box for any signs of damage, they claimed they could not see it. I explained to them that as per our website policy, they must keep the box for photo evidence of any damage. Surprisingly, within 10 minutes, the customer mentioned they had already disposed of the box. Without the original box, we cannot accept any claim for damage. Despite my advice, the customer remains unable or unwilling to provide the box. I encountered difficulties finding the correct contact information to address this issue. Personally, I suspect that the customer may have inspected the guitar outside immediately after delivery. The damage, while not affecting playability, is quite noticeable and should have been easily observed. The customer’s swift disposal of the box seems suspicious, especially after being informed about the necessity of keeping it for damage documentation. I recently got an email notifying me that my package was delivered to my address, but I wasn't home to receive it. Someone signed for it, but I only recognize the first name and not the surname. I'm not familiar with anyone by that name in my neighborhood. No delivery slip was left. I tried calling the company, but they were already closed when I called at 4pm. While on holiday for the weekend, I left a note for the Hermes delivery person requesting the item to be delivered on Wednesday. Despite this, I received a notification that the package was left in an outbuilding, which I don't have. Upon seeing a photo suggesting it was placed beside my house, I asked my neighbor to check, but the parcel was not found. My neighbor even checked with other neighbors without success. The photo provided by the delivery person does not show the package where it was supposedly left. With tracking number [redacted][redacted], I am concerned about the misplaced delivery especially since I am away and unable to address the issue directly. It's frustrating after leaving clear instructions on my door.
