Dear Customer Service, I am having trouble obtaining my proof of postage-drop off from Hermes. In June [redacted], I utilized Hermes to return a product and now the recipient is requesting proof of the return, which I have misplaced. Despite having an email confirmation-invoice, they require further evidence. They are withholding my refund until I provide the necessary documentation. The parcel number for the shipment was [redacted][redacted], with an order reference number of [redacted]1, and it was destined for NG9 2BW. Efforts to track the shipment using the number have been futile, and I have a receipt from Hermes, although the barcode number does not match. I have been attempting to resolve this with Hermes for a month without success. Although this incident occurred three years ago, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter. Hello. I shipped a parcel on October 30th to Sean M. at 1 Albemarle Close, Moreton-in-Marsh GL56 0NQ. The correct address should have been number 10. The courier attempted to return the parcel to my address at 8 Chevin Gardens, Bramhall, SK7 2LW. However, there was a mix-up as my partner informed the courier that Sean M. does not reside at our address. Subsequently, I have been unsuccessful in tracking the parcel. The tracking number provided is P[redacted], which indicates the parcel was returned to the sender. Another parcel I have is numbered [redacted][redacted], but it appears as unrecognized when I track it. I kindly request a phone call to assist in resolving this matter. Thank you, Steven B.

I handed my package over at the shop on 31st October, and by 1st November, it was in the Hermes network. However, it hasn't moved beyond that point, and now the buyer is requesting a refund. I'm unsure of the current location of my parcel, and I kindly request either delivery to the recipient or return to me. It appears that Hermes has informed my customer that the tracking number resembles a high street shop number, which is causing confusion. The lack of progress and miscommunication are frustrating, especially considering the low prices typically associated with low-quality service.

I have been waiting for 2 items to be collected since November 6th. The Hermes website initially did not provide return/collection tracking numbers and redirected me to your old site, where the scripts are not functioning correctly. After some effort, I managed to track the items and a collection was scheduled for today. However, the status now shows that a collection is no longer needed, which is incorrect. Despite waiting for 2 days, I have not received any contact from the courier even though my number was shared with them for any issues. Additionally, no calling card was left in my postbox. Dear MyHermes, I recently placed an order with Cos for a coat and with John Lewis for a cushion. Unfortunately, the coat from Cos, which was due a week ago, has not been delivered by MyHermes despite missing two delivery dates. Additionally, the item from John Lewis was not delivered as expected yesterday or today. This contrasts greatly with the reliable service I had received from the previous MyHermes courier who has retired. The current service by the new courier has been extremely disappointing and does not align with the reputation suggested by the MyHermes logo. John Lewis has suggested I reorder, but I am hesitant as it would again be dependent on your delivery service. I am considering changing to a different courier for future deliveries. I will also provide negative feedback online regarding my experience with MyHermes. It is unfortunate that one individual's poor service reflects on your company, potentially causing loss of orders for the businesses I purchased from.

I received a notification that my package was delivered and signed for by me, but I was not home to accept it, and the signature does not match mine, indicating it was forged. I suspect the courier has taken my package. Please assist in locating my parcel promptly. I received a text and email confirming my parcel delivery scheduled for Wednesday, November 6th, between 19:00 and 21:00. Despite continuous tracking, the status has not progressed since Wednesday night, stating the delivery was unsuccessful. I have contacted both your company and the supplier, who indicated the package is with the courier. Hermes' online tracking affirms the parcel is out for delivery today, yet it has not arrived. This service is distressing; I intend to file a complaint. The unchanged status since Wednesday is unacceptable; the parcel should have been delivered by Thursday at the latest. It's now Saturday, and my son's birthday is tomorrow, leaving me without his gifts. If there's no update by midday, I will escalate this matter. This delivery service is profoundly unprofessional, and I demand to receive my parcel promptly as it's supposedly with the local courier who services my area at [redacted] Castlemilk Drive, G45 9JU. I am extremely frustrated and hope for a resolution today.

I was expecting my electronic weed killer to arrive yesterday, but it didn't show up. I've been unable to contact Hermes because their offices are closed, which means I can't provide a tracking number. I was at home the whole day yesterday. Interestingly, another delivery from Parkers was made, and even though the driver claimed to leave it in the back porch without a signature, I personally received it from him. How can I resolve the issue with my undelivered order?

Dear Hermes, I received a text from you today stating that my parcel from Proswimwear would be delivered between 9-11, with bar code [redacted][redacted]. Subsequently, I received another text at 10:06 confirming the delivery was successful, signed for by me. However, the parcel was not actually delivered to me. I was at home all morning and no deliveries were made to me. The signature on the delivery note does not match mine, as my signature starts with an A and the one on the note starts with a V. It seems likely that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and now someone else has received the child’s swimming goggles that were meant for my grandson. Thank you.

Hello, I received a parcel delivery yesterday around 1:50 pm. Unfortunately, the item inside was damaged. Although I signed for the delivery, I managed to stop the driver before he left and requested for the item to be returned. The driver took back the damaged item, but I did not receive a receipt for it. The address where the parcel was delivered and returned from is 68 Chapel Lane, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7JW. I've already informed the company about the situation, and they agreed to replace the damaged item but need the original item returned first. I'm reaching out to confirm that the damaged item is on its way back to the supplier in Scotland. If there are no details available, please contact the delivery driver for this area to inquire about the status of the damaged item. The item in question is a can of penetrating oil with a breached top that leaked its contents into the packaging. Thank you for your help. M.R. Walters

I have not received my delivery, but I got an email saying it was signed for. My items keep being delivered to a different address each time. Instead of my road, it goes to a bungalow where an 82-year-old lady receives it. I pay for delivery so I don't have to pick it up from there. I'm upset with your driver for this recurring issue, and it's frustrating.

I am following up regarding the delivery of my parcel from the Couture Club. The tracking status shows it was delivered yesterday evening at 19.25 pm and 19.54 pm, supposedly signed for at my address. However, I can confirm that I was at home all day and did not receive any delivery or sign for any parcel. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly. This is the second incident within a month where I have encountered issues with Hermes, the first being a lost parcel. I am very concerned and would like to be contacted as soon as possible to resolve this.

I received an email stating my delivery was scheduled for yesterday between 5pm and 9pm. Despite being home all evening, the online tracking showed that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to no one being in, which is inaccurate. In the past, Hermes usually leaves a calling card if no one is available, but no card was left this time. Initially rescheduled for Thursday, the delivery has now been canceled. My package number is [redacted] and the delivery address is 4 Hope Road, Sale, m333ab. I've left a note for the delivery person on my front door. Thank you, John Appleby.

I'm having issues with another parcel that's marked as delivered but hasn't arrived. This is my second email today. I'm confused about why this keeps happening. Where are my items? The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. It shows two different delivery times. One of the items is medical food, so it's important. Can you please reach out to the driver? It seems like he delivered it to the wrong address as my CCTV footage doesn't show any delivery here. The signature on the first tracking information doesn't belong to me; it's just a line. I am the store manager at Spar, and I am dealing with an issue regarding a customer's parcel. The parcel was delivered to our store on October 14th. On October 16th, a Yodel driver collected the parcel for return, scanned it, and then returned it to the Yodel depot. I have visited the depot, but they informed me that the parcel was sent to their sorting office and can't provide further assistance. Despite having all the details, Yodel has not been cooperative in resolving this matter.

I recently got an email stating my package was delivered, but it wasn't. I was actually at home when it was supposedly delivered, and no delivery vehicle came by. The status shows it was signed for, but the signature is not mine; it looks like a random scribble done by the driver. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The sender may not be of much assistance since the item shows as signed for. I need to know the whereabouts of my missing parcel.

A few days ago, I mistakenly received a package at my address, and it was meant for 1 The Chestnuts, St Johns Lye, GU21 7SQ. I took the parcel to the correct address and left it on the doorstep there. Today, I received a card from Hermes stating they would collect the misdelivered package on Monday 11/11. Since I have already delivered the package to the correct address, there is no need for them to pick it up from me. The information provided on the Hermes card is [redacted]7.

I arrived home at 8 p.m. today and received a message from you stating a parcel was placed in my letterbox. Upon checking, I found no parcel in the box or anywhere else. The parcel I was expecting from River Island through Hermes has not arrived during any of the scheduled delivery times provided in the last 7 days. Due to this, I canceled the order with River Island at 4 p.m. today, as they should have informed you. I believe it is necessary to confirm with River Island the status and whereabouts of this missing parcel.

On Saturday, 9/11/[redacted], I've been waiting for a parcel scheduled for delivery between 5-9 pm with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The delivery was delayed, and I was instructed to check back in the morning. This is the fourth parcel in four weeks with issues. I've encountered problems such as false signatures on previous deliveries. It seems more like a delivery issue than a retail one, causing me anxiety. A neighbor who works as a Hermes delivery driver mentioned that new drivers in our area have led to many complaints. I'm also expecting another parcel from HERMES but have yet to receive the tracking number. It's frustrating not being able to reach anyone to get information on the whereabouts of my parcels.
