Hello, I would like to report that I have not received my package despite being notified via email that my Pretty Little Thing items have been delivered. I was home at the recorded delivery time and no one came by. I have already checked thoroughly but cannot locate the parcel anywhere. I suspect it might have been lost in transit. I am experiencing an issue with the delivery of my parcel. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Despite being notified that the parcel has been delivered, it was sent to the wrong address. I reside at [redacted] Eltham Road, SE9 5LN in Eltham, not at [redacted] Eltham Palace Road, SE9. Previous incidents with Hermes delivery suggest it might have been delivered to the wrong address. I kindly request assistance in redirecting the parcel to the correct address. It could be beneficial for the delivery driver to be more attentive to the accuracy of the postcode.

I was expecting my parcel to be delivered yesterday as I had selected next day delivery. I was vigilant about receiving it, even providing the option for the delivery to be left at my office below my apartment. However, the delivery did not arrive as planned. According to the online tracker, no attempt was made to deliver the parcel, and no calling card was left. My parcel is from the Fragrance Shop at 373A Fore Street, N9 0NR. I would appreciate it if my parcel could be delivered to me promptly.

I made a purchase from Boohoo last Friday with next day delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery was unsuccessful, and despite being assured of re-delivery within 24 hours, I received a message at 6:35 this evening claiming my parcel was delivered, which it was not as I was home all day waiting. I am concerned as I have paid for an undelivered item and would like to locate my parcel promptly. This issue needs to be resolved as it is frustrating to have paid for something I have not received. I ordered an item from Amazon on 24/9/19 with a delivery window between 11-21/10/19. Despite this timeframe passing, the item wasn't delivered. When I contacted Amazon, they reached out to the supplier, Miss Bling, who claimed Hermes attempted delivery without leaving a card. Miss Bling mentioned the parcel was at our local Post Office, but both the Post Office and Royal Mail depot have no knowledge of it. I've tried calling various Hermes numbers, but the tracking number provided seems incorrect. The tracking number given is [redacted][redacted], and the waybill number is YT[redacted][redacted]. Can someone please assist in locating the parcel for collection?

I was waiting for my parcel at home. Due to my hearing impairment, I selected the option for it to be left in the porch even though I wasn't planning to go out. I received a text stating the parcel was delivered, but when I checked the porch, it was not there. I tried to contact the company immediately but was unable to do so. My attempts on Facebook were ignored. I have reviewed my security camera footage and nobody delivered anything. Thankfully, I have evidence to support this. The barcode I have is [redacted][redacted], which I assume is the tracking number. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]0. If I do not receive a response today, I will report this as theft. My husband, a policeman, has advised me to take this action.

I attempted to return a parcel to Damart and visited your website to request a return label earlier today. Upon completing all the necessary details and providing my card information, instead of receiving a label, the website restarted the process. After contacting Damart, they advised me to call your company at 0[redacted]. I explained the issue to your representative, who then directed me to contact another unknown company. Damart provided me with an email address to reach your company, which turned out to be incorrect as the message bounced back. Following numerous unsuccessful attempts and wasted time, Damart is arranging a free pickup for the parcel, and I kindly ask for a refund of the £2.99 payment. Despite a previous negative experience, I had given your company another chance, but I will not be doing so again. Thank you, Sandra Herbert.

I attempted to return a parcel to Damart and tried to arrange a return label on your website. Unfortunately, after providing all the necessary details and payment information, the website looped back to the beginning without providing the label. I contacted Damart, and they advised me to call your company at 0[redacted]. Upon explaining the situation to your employee, I was directed to another unfamiliar company unrelated to my issue. Damart then provided me with an incorrect email address for your company, resulting in a bounced message. After spending an hour and a half navigating this process, Damart is now handling the parcel's pickup, and I kindly request a refund of £2.99 for the label. Despite a prior negative experience with your company, I had given it a second chance, but I do not plan to do so again. Sandra H.

I have three QVC packages waiting for collection from Hermes, and this is the second week without any progress. It is unusual as my previous experiences with Hermes have been positive. Hello, I missed today's delivery and won't be available for the redelivery as I have another parcel coming. Both items are needed for a Halloween party on the 2nd, so I have to cancel both orders and buy one last minute. I've tried contacting customer service, but it led to recordings and cost me around £6 in call charges to various numbers. The first parcel's Tracking ID is A[redacted]3 with a letter and 11 digits, causing issues with the automated system. The "sorry I missed you..." card number ([redacted]7) isn't recognized either. The second parcel has the Tracking ID [redacted][redacted]. Please assist me in resolving this for tomorrow's deliveries. Thank you, Andrew J

I recently placed an order on eBay for a pair of shoes. The tracking number is ([redacted][redacted]). The website is showing an issue with the delivery address. I've contacted Hermes at ([redacted]6), but the automated service directed me to the seller. Since the package is at the warehouse, I believe the responsibility now lies with the delivery service to resolve this matter promptly. The address for delivery is 60 Dennis Close, LE3 6DQ, Leicester, Leicestershire. I expect a swift resolution on this issue and a refund if the package cannot be delivered as expected.

I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered without my signature as requested from the seller. The tracking information showed it was left in a safe place, apparently a bin, which I did not authorize. I am extremely disappointed as the parcel contained a Gucci wallet, and I would never choose to have it placed in a bin. eBay instructed me to obtain a form from the courier with all the tracking details, specifically mentioning the unusual safe place. This was a gift for a birthday, and now I have to find a replacement. I sent an email earlier today but have not received a response. I used the email address [redacted] I hope to hear back promptly. I made a purchase on eBay and selected a shop for delivery. However, there was an issue with the shop accepting the package. After contacting them, they advised me the item would be sent to another location for pickup on Saturday, but I never received confirmation. When I went to collect the item on Saturday, it wasn't there. I have been trying to reach out but can't get past entering my tracking number. I would appreciate a prompt response to arrange for the collection of my item.

I received an email stating my parcel would arrive on Friday, November 1st. Anticipating that I wouldn't be home, I opted for the parcel to be left in a safe place, specifically my porch. However, a subsequent email informed me it was delivered to a neighbor, the 'Bargain Booze' shop nearby. Upon visiting the shop the next day, they only had one Hermes parcel, not mine. The tracking page indicates it was signed for, but Bargain Booze denies receiving it. This mix-up caused disappointment as the parcel, worth over £30 - including a birthday gift for my mother, remains undelivered. Urgent action from Hermes is necessary to locate or compensate for the missing parcel.

I sent a shipment to Momox UK on Sunday, October 6th, containing new and used DVDs and CDs. I used the Hermes freepost label and dropped off the box at a Parcelshop on Monday, October 7th. By Tuesday, October 8th, the package was at Hermes Rugby Hub, its designated destination. However, on October 9th, the tracking status suddenly changed to 'on its way back to the sender,' and it has not moved since. Despite my efforts over the past three weeks, I have been unable to resolve the issue. The automated system has been unhelpful, directing me to contact the sender, which is myself. Momox is now following up with me due to not receiving the package. The tracking number for this shipment is [redacted][redacted].

Regarding tracking number [redacted][redacted], the parcel was not received on Monday as expected. After taking time off work for the delivery window between 11am and 1pm, no explanation was provided for the delay. An email was only sent at around 4.45pm stating the parcel would not arrive that day. Taking another day off work today, the parcel was still not delivered without any notification. Two days of work have been lost and compensation is expected. The contact numbers for Hermes have been unresponsive with messages indicating closure or technical issues. Both the original poster and a neighbor are facing similar issues. Urgent assistance is requested to ensure the parcel is delivered promptly. Thank you for your help, Sue Forster.

I have been at home all day awaiting a Hermes delivery from my usual courier who typically arrives between 1.30pm-2.30pm. Today, the delivery was rescheduled for 6-8pm. Despite being home the whole time, I received an email at 6.43pm stating that my parcel had been delivered. I did not hear a knock and upon checking, I could not find the parcel anywhere on my property at [redacted] Darwin Road. The signature on the tracking did not match mine, which is unusual as I regularly receive deliveries from Hermes. The missing parcel is a set of four mugs from Wayfair. I am concerned that it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I have been eagerly anticipating a delivery from Hermes all day. Typically, my parcels arrive between 1-3pm, brought by a pleasant Polish delivery man who is now familiar with my routine. However, today I received a notification that the delivery had been rescheduled to between 6-8pm. Remaining home all day, I received an email at 6:43pm indicating that the parcel had been delivered, which is inaccurate. I have thoroughly searched around my property, including the front, behind the recycling bins, and under the hedge, but the parcel is nowhere to be found. The signature on the tracking information does not match mine, and I have a consistent history of Hermes deliveries, so I can confirm it is not my signature. I am concerned that my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone other than me. The missing item is a set of four mugs from Wayfair. Hello, I waited at home all day yesterday for my delivery, which I had been tracking. Unfortunately, your company faced issues once again and could not complete the delivery as promised. Previously, the driver ran out of time, and despite this, I still did not receive my items until after 7 p.m. I have two delivery numbers: [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] for items that were scheduled for delivery yesterday. I am now informed that the new delivery dates are between 6th to 7th November, meaning I need to be available for delivery until late evening for two more days. The depot in Penybont is nearby, so I would be willing to pick up the items, but unfortunately, this option is not available, and I cannot find a contact phone number for the depot. I am understanding of one-time issues, but this is now the second occurrence in a month. With DPD, I have never faced such problems; they even provide a one-hour delivery slot and have never failed to deliver on time. URGENT REF: [redacted][redacted] My scheduled delivery today from 6:00 to 8:00 PM did not occur as expected. After checking online, I noticed the item was marked as delivered with a customer signature noting 'porch'. However, our property does not have a porch near the gate, which is located at the end of a [redacted]-meter driveway. No one attempted to access the gate by buzzing, and there is only a small letterbox, not a porch. I am concerned that the item might have been mistakenly delivered elsewhere, possibly to a location with a porch. I hope the driver did not throw the item over the gate, as I believe this would violate company policy. I have examined the area around the gate, and there is no sign of the delivery. Please urgently contact the driver to clarify the delivery location and provide me with an update.
