Every time I check, it just says it will be delivered the next day, but it has not changed since October 23rd. I have tried contacting customer service through emails, but have not received any response. The retailer informed me that Hermes has the parcel and advised me to reach out to you directly. I urgently need this matter resolved as I have had to buy additional outfits for a family wedding that I was planning to wear the undelivered items to. Online instructions suggest going to "Actions" and selecting "Cancel," but when I followed these steps, only "Review" and "Print" options appeared. Hello, I am experiencing issues with receiving responses to emails I have sent regarding postage labels I purchased. I have paid for the labels multiple times as it kept indicating they were not paid, though the amount was deducted from my PayPal account. Despite this, the system still shows them as unpaid. I have raised a case with PayPal to seek a refund, but I urgently need the labels as there are people waiting for their parcels. I am struggling to find a way to speak to a representative to resolve this matter, as the only option given is a premium number which I am not willing to use. I had a frustrating experience with Hermes delivery recently. On October 25th, I was given a scheduled delivery time via email, which changed multiple times without the parcel arriving. The next day, despite being told it was delivered and signed for, no one in my cul-de-sac saw any delivery van. This isn't the first time I've had delivery issues with Hermes, as I previously had a package mistakenly delivered to a neighbor two days away. I am disappointed with the service provided by Hermes. Despite paying for collection from my house, I had to then take my parcel to the local Hermes drop-off after waiting for the courier for 5 days. Subsequently, I had to personally drive 5 miles to Standon, Hertfordshire, due to issues with their collection service. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I received no response and had to seek assistance elsewhere. After a contentious interaction at the Hermes drop-off, I was informed by the destination, Tesco-Outlet, that my return had been damaged in transit with the box opened, rendering the TV/Combi irreparable. I had purchased insurance for damage during transit for this £[redacted] item. I have attached photos provided by the recipient for your reference. Given the 14-day return window with Tesco-Outlet, I urgently request a swift resolution to this matter. Regarding the HERMES delivery on Saturday, October 26, [redacted], with Reference No: 38-[redacted]-64-[redacted]8-6, the delivery was made to 30 Browning Court, Exeter EX2 9FG. The parcel was left in the building's foyer instead of at the specific apartment. Other parcels for residents at numbers 33 and 42 were also left there. This type of delivery is concerning as the recipients were present at home during the delivery. The open area where the parcels were left poses a risk of them being taken by anyone passing by. This situation raises doubts about using HERMES for future deliveries, especially for valuable items. Urgent clarification and resolution from HERMES are requested. - R.B.

I am disappointed to report that my parcel, a sea green double duvet set from eBay, was not delivered to my address at Ledwell Cottage, Ledwell, Oxon OX77AN as scheduled on Saturday, October 26th at 16:38. I urgently require this item as it is intended as a gift. Can you confirm if the parcel was delivered to a different address within the village, so I can arrange to collect it promptly? I have a parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] that Hermes attempted to deliver on Saturday, October 26th between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and again on Sunday, October 27th between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Despite being home both times, my CCTV footage does not show any delivery attempts, nor were there any calling cards left. I even checked one hour before and after the specified times, and no one entered my property. According to the Hermes website, the second driver's name was Justin. It seems there might be an issue with the drivers that needs to be addressed.

I found a card in my letterbox last Saturday without anyone knocking. I am expecting several deliveries from various places and need to track them. The card had an 8-digit number, but I couldn't reach Hermes using the provided contact number. I tried calling and live chatting, but I haven't had any luck getting a response. I am still waiting for assistance regarding why the delivery card was left without a knock and the whereabouts of my package that was supposedly left in my porch. Regarding tracking number [redacted][redacted], I received an automated message from Hermes stating that my Lakeland parcel has been delivered with a photo, but the photo shows a location that is not on my property. At the time of delivery, I had a clear view of my open gates and driveway, but no one showed up. The photo does not match my property with a visible wooden plaque stating the property's name. I kindly request for the driver to collect the parcel from the incorrect location and deliver it to the right one. If this is not feasible, I will contact Lakeland to cancel the order due to this mishap. I am eager to know how this issue will be rectified promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I need assistance regarding the delivery of parcel tracking number [redacted][redacted]. According to your website, the package was delivered to my porch, but I have not received it. After multiple phone calls, I eventually reached the delivery driver, Debbie, at phone number 07[redacted]80. She mentioned leaving the parcel outside my house, but it's nowhere to be found. Several issues arise: 1. There was someone at home when the delivery allegedly took place. 2. Today's heavy rain means the package would have been soaked if left outside. 3. My porch was open, providing a dry option for leaving the delivery. I have checked with my neighbors, but the parcel is missing. I am contacting Amazon for guidance. I placed an order for a parcel and selected next day delivery but it didn't arrive due to a road closure. I'm currently away in Leeds with my family until Sunday, and the parcel couldn't be delivered today as we had already left. I was expecting a parcel yesterday without a scheduled time slot. I had to step out for a couple of hours and upon my return, I found a Hermes delivery card indicating they would try again today. Unfortunately, there was no estimated time or contact information on the card. I need the item for tomorrow, and I have to leave this morning. I attempted to contact the Bridgend number without success as no one answered. Is this the standard service Hermes provides? If so, it is quite disappointing.

I was informed by the seller that my parcel was delivered, but I have not received it. I have checked with the post office and neighbors without success. I have attempted to contact Hermes multiple times, as they have my parcel, but have been unsuccessful. I am frustrated as I have neither the parcel nor received a refund and contacting Hermes has been very challenging. I am dissatisfied with my recent delivery experience. I received an email on 31/10/[redacted] at 11am, although it stated the delivery would be made between 9am and 1pm on the same day. When I returned home upon seeing the email, I found a card indicating another delivery attempt would be made the next working day. The late notification was unacceptable. I need my parcel delivered today, 31/10/[redacted]. Additionally, the contact number provided on the card for the delivery driver is not working; I receive a message stating the phone is unavailable. Despite requesting the items to be left in my garage, the driver claimed there was no safe place to leave them. My reference number is [redacted]2.

I checked the Hermes website, and it shows that my parcel was delivered an hour ago to my indicated secure location. However, no one has knocked on my door or left a note about where the parcel might be. Even after searching everywhere, I could not locate it. I received an email stating the item was delivered in my letterbox on the 26th, but it was not. The location in the proof of delivery photo is unfamiliar to me, definitely not my house. I have been trying to reach a representative to file a complaint, but the automated system states the head office is closed until Monday-Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. It's currently Thursday at 2 pm, so why am I unable to speak with someone now? I was advised my tracking number is with the retailer, but the issue lies with Hermes. Talking to the retailer seems pointless. I am seeking a refund for the missing item.

It seems that three delivery attempts were made, two of which I was at home waiting for. Unfortunately, my doorbell was not rung to notify me of the delivery attempts. I even left instructions to leave the parcel on the porch, but that didn't happen either. The last delivery attempt claimed it was sent to a different address. I'm starting to doubt if the correct address is being used or if the driver is providing truthful information. I am eager to receive my parcel and am willing to pick it up from the depot if necessary.

Ref no: [redacted]0 (2nd attempt) [redacted]9 (1st attempt) I am extremely dissatisfied with the courier who delivers to my address. Due to my work schedule, I am not home when he attempts delivery. He is rude and fails to provide adequate notice or communication when delivering packages. I have experienced instances where he did not leave a note or notify me when a neighbor accepted the delivery. Unlike other couriers, he does not make an effort to find alternative ways to deliver my packages, such as using the recycling box. I expect better service as I have paid for these goods. Could a different courier service be assigned to my deliveries? My husband and I work for Royal Mail, and we know the standard of service that is expected. I simply want to receive the items I have purchased without these issues.
