I received a card through my letter box on Saturday there was no knock on the door I have * dogs and they never miss the door !!! It was ticked left in porch but there was nothing there I have no tracking number but I an outstanding a lot of things I've ordered from different places and I dont know who will be delivering them. All I have is the * digit number on the card. I have tried to ring Hermes on the number I keep getting to use the *oo******* but says it's not working number dont exist. I've done live chat too but no reply. So no I haven't resolved this issue and I do still need help please. I'd like to know why a card was put through my letter box without knocking and where is my parcel that you have said you left in my porch please???
