I am so angry as I have had bad delivery experiences with Hermes in the past which I have complained about.*On the **th of October I received an email stating my parcel will be delivered at a scheduled time, then I received several email after changing times, the parcel did not show up that day.*On the **th I received an email of a delivery time for that day, I waited in all day and checked my emails for an update I was shocked when it showed my parcel had been delivered and signed for.*I live on a little cul de sac and know my neighbour so I went and asked them to not one of them saw any delivery van and one of my neighbors was working outside on his car around the alleged delivery time.*I have previously logged a complaint with Resolver regarding another incident where my parcel was delivered to a neighbour two days away from me, despite me waiting in my house for the delivery. The courier told her it was her parcel and she signed for it only to realise the mistake and she was honest enough to bring it to my house.*Yesterday’s incident left me so angry, I sent myhermes and the seller emails, I also left an review on trust pilots.*I want to know where my parcel is Barcode ****************..Who the driver was? Whose signature was obtained because I don’t recognise it, and do Hermes employ drivers that can actually read.*I’m so angry as trying to speak to someone from Hermes customer service centre is horrendous..This needs to be investigated
