The person that delivered my parcel today, battered my front door, which is glass that hard I thought that she was going to break the glass, I told her that she doesn't have to bang the door as hard because she nearly put the window in, her attitude was diabolical, she started to dictate to me that I should have put my flat number on the parcel, it is not my fault that the company didn't use my flat number, then she continued to tell me that I have to be nice if I want my parcel then she started to walk down the stairs, as I went to close the door I told her to f off and she replied the same back to me, the delivery details are, *Van ***Drop ***C * Round ****.*I would appreciate if you could have a word with her as the attitude and customer service is deplorable. *Regards *Andrea
