I arranged next day collection which should have been yesterday, I was given a **h Collection slot but nobody turned up and no phone call.*There was a message much latter saying there had been a problem but no details given and no apology. *Unless it's collected today Saturday, I will be away until xmas.

From my experience I would advise that you don't use my Hermes. Twice I have paid for next day collection and both times they have not only failed but also failed to notify me that they and couldn't come thus hanging around for **h. They also failed to say when they would come. They also never apologised and no compensation. When the driver did arrive a day late he said he was unaware of any problem. It's also not easy getting in touch with them.*I will not use them again.
