Expected parcel Wed *th October, tracking stated delivery attempted, however no card to confirm this in my letterbox. Tracking then stated parcel delivered and signed for by the customer at the delivery address at *.**pm on Thurs **th October. There was a picture of the signature which was a squiggle and definitely not my signature. No parcel at my house or left with any neighbours and I was still at work at this time anyway.*Popped into my local Hermes depot in Peterborough spoke to a lady named Sharon who said she would contact the driver and speak to me by Monday **th October.
