The collection was scheduled for the day after payment was made, with specific instructions given as usual. Six days later, the parcel is still at the collection address, causing a delivery delay for our customer who was promised the goods by the 12th of October at the latest. Despite multiple attempts through your website support portal to seek assistance, there has been no response. This is the second time our company has faced such an issue without any explanation or contact from your end. I need help returning a package to Damart. Yesterday, I attempted to initiate the return using Hermes on my computer. I completed all the steps until I reached the point of printing the label. Suddenly, I was redirected to the beginning of the process without any apparent cause. I have successfully returned packages this way before. I paid the £2.99 fee using my Capital One Mastercard with the intention of dropping off the parcel at the nearest collection point. However, I am now unsure what to do as I do not have the delivery number, and the automated service requires it. For security reasons, I am not comfortable sharing my card number here. Please advise me on how to proceed with cancelling the Mastercard payment. I plan to go to the Post Office, which will be more convenient for me. Thank you in advance. - J.G.

Yesterday, I received a delivery receipt with the number [redacted]4. The courier marked all three boxes for attempt delivery, indicating the first, second, and final attempts. Strangely, I was home all day, and my buzzer did not ring once. I live in a block of flats with an intercom system, so the statement that the parcel was left in my non-existent porch is incorrect. I wasn't expecting the parcel until the 21st. I've contacted the company I bought the item from and shared the details, hoping for a quick resolution. It's concerning as the courier might have left it outside my door, easily accessible to anyone. I need to know where my parcel is as soon as possible.

I have been waiting for a parcel since last Saturday. The initial delivery time was set for 5-9 pm, but it was later updated to claim I wasn't home after 7 pm. Despite changing the delivery address to number 10 and being assured it would come another day, there were still no deliveries. The tracking information seemed inconsistent, showing multiple delivery attempts scheduled for yesterday. However, the delivery finally arrived after 5 pm, with the delivery person updating the delivery status via email. Currently, the tracking states that I will receive the Saturday parcel and the yesterday's deliveries in two time slots today. I am unsure if they will finally arrive as scheduled.

I would like to make a formal complaint about order number [redacted]5, which has not been delivered yet. I placed the order a week ago on October 8th, expecting free next day delivery. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received any updates on my missing delivery. Yesterday, I was informed by Hermes that my parcel would arrive between 3 and 5 p.m., but it did not. My account status shows it as delivered, which is incorrect. I called customer service, but no resolution was provided. I am frustrated by this experience, especially compared to my smooth transactions with other online retailers like Free People and ASOS. I expected a parcel that your courier claimed was delivered on the 11th of October and signed for by the Reception. I did not receive any notification from Reception where parcels are usually left, so I asked them, and they confirmed not receiving anything. This is not the first time this has happened. I want to locate my parcel because it hasn't been signed for until today. I am looking forward to a prompt response.

I received emails and texts stating that my package was delivered to a neighbor, but no calling card was left, and the delivery time indicated was 3:14pm, despite me being home with my partner since 1pm, and our camera showing no delivery attempt. The parcel is supposedly with a neighbor a short walk away, but they don't have it or confirm receiving it. Nearby neighbors also haven't been approached. I was provided with a signature photo, but no calling card or further details. Customer service seems unreachable as they appear closed despite their stated hours.

Good evening, I received a notification from Hermes this morning at 8:33 a.m. regarding my order #SD[redacted][redacted], scheduled for delivery today between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. However, the package has not arrived, and I have been home all day waiting. I used the Hermes parcel tracking link to inquire about the delivery status but have not received any updates. I am seeking information about the whereabouts of my order. Thank you. Barry Holt It appears that an alleged delivery attempt was made at 21:16 hrs. However, no agent visited my home or provided a delivery attempt notice. Normally, a "missed delivery" card should have been left, but we have not received one. My address, next to the 'BUPA' Dentists Practice, is 2 Orchard Lane, Cossin's Cottage, Crewkerne, Somerset, TA18 7AF. Kindly ensure the delivery agent is aware of this information.

I missed a parcel scheduled for delivery on 09/10/19. I was expecting a funeral wreath needed on 11/10 in Stoke-on-Trent. I left a note for the courier to return it as it was no longer useful to me. The seller will issue a refund upon receiving it back. Unfortunately, it seems the parcel is still in the warehouse, not returned to the seller. The ticket number is [redacted]9. I would appreciate it being sent back promptly. I had to purchase another wreath for the funeral. Dissatisfied with the local courier in Great Yarmouth, I plan to lodge a complaint. My package was expected to arrive on Sunday, October 13th, but I redirected it to my office as it's closed on weekends. After several delivery reschedulings due to missed attempts, the latest update states it will arrive today. However, there is no notification that the package is out for delivery. A blue slip was left at our office without the intercom being buzzed. I contacted support and entered the code on the slip, but the system mentioned a delivery in December without additional details.

I am Timothy G. and I recently left a one-star review on Trustpilot regarding Hermes. My parcel number [redacted][redacted] is now over a week late, and Hermes' constant delays and lack of improvement frustrate me. Communicating with them feels useless as they offer no real solutions. I find their service to be a waste of time, especially when they redirect you back to the parcel sender for help. I suggest considering DPD for better service. Dear Hermes, I would like to file a complaint. Today around 13:02, one of your drivers delivered a package to my neighbor at 8 Stafford Close, Christow, Devon, UK, EX6 7BS. Since my neighbor was not home, the driver left the package in their shed. Shockingly, he was then seen trying to open the door of my car. This behavior is not acceptable. I can only assume he was enticed by the paddleboard visible in my car, which was parked next to his VW Caddy. I request an investigation into this matter. It is crucial for us to feel safe from any potential theft by your delivery personnel. The driver in question was noted to have a dark beard. I had an issue with Hermes delivery services recently. I usually get my packages delivered to my work address, but due to weekend staffing changes there, I attempted to change the delivery to my home. Despite multiple attempts, the site wouldn't allow it. After several confusing email exchanges, conflicting delivery promises, and wasted trips to work on my day off, the parcel was eventually returned to the sender. The lack of communication and transparency from Hermes was frustrating, and the whole experience has been disappointing. It seems like there is a significant problem with their organization that needs to be addressed. In the future, I will definitely avoid using Hermes for deliveries.

My parcel was originally scheduled to arrive on the 25th of October, for which I had received an email informing me that it had been dispatched. However, upon returning home from work yesterday, I discovered a Hermes calling card stating they had missed me and would return on Thursday the 17th. I left a note outside providing my contact number, alternative delivery locations, work address, and the time I would be home. Despite no parcel or card being left upon my return, there were no further contact details for the driver aside from the mention of a first and second delivery attempt. With only tomorrow remaining before the parcel is returned to the sender, I urgently request that the driver be contacted first thing to coordinate delivery, ideally reaching me at my mobile number at work.

I am frustrated with the delivery of my parcel. I sent it from B45 9RN to B79 7AS, but it seems to be on its way to an unknown address in Stoke, like 38 Rogers Lane, SL2 4LE, which is not correct. The intended address is Glamlash, 3 Bell Chambers, 39 Lower Gungate, Tamworth, B79 7AS. I have tried to correct this through your online service with tracking reference [redacted][redacted], but it keeps bouncing back. The recipient is waiting at the correct address where the parcel was collected from Gemma Spencer, 60 Rubery Farm Grove, Rubery, B45 9RN. Please deliver it to the right address promptly. My contact number is [redacted]0, but it hasn't been used yet. This mix-up is frustrating, and if it's not resolved soon, I won't use your services again.

I was expecting a parcel on Wednesday, October 9th, but the tracking claimed a delivery attempt without leaving a confirmation card. Subsequently, it showed delivery and a signature from someone not me at 3:15 PM on Thursday, October 10th. I have not received the parcel, it's not with my neighbors, and the signature provided is unfamiliar. Visited the local Hermes depot in Peterborough, where I spoke with Sharon, who promised to contact the driver and inform me by Monday, October 14th. Despite the assurance, I have yet to receive an update a week later. The sender provided no assistance, citing the delivered status. I am at a loss and unable to reach anyone via phone. I would appreciate it if someone could call me to discuss why your records indicate I was not home when I was. I made sure to wait by the front door for the parcel as I needed the new suit for an event tonight. I did not receive any missed delivery cards and my dog would have alerted me if anyone had approached. I believe the issue may be with the delivery driver not locating my front door due to my house being on a corner in a cul-de-sac. Additionally, I left instructions to leave the parcel with my neighbor at number 26 Mill View if I was not home. I am eager to receive my suit and would like an update on the delivery. I have been waiting for a package pickup since the 8th of October. Despite sending an email, no one has come to collect it, and contacting customer service was a hassle. I received a response agreeing to the pickup but requesting tracking information. I firmly informed them to proceed with the pickup as the information is available on their end. Hermes' slow service has me considering switching to a more reliable courier, even if it's less convenient. I am awaiting a prompt resolution, either a refund or the package collection. Please refrain from contacting me unless you have a concrete solution, as I am frustrated with this inefficient service.

I ordered an ASOS parcel with next day delivery, expected yesterday. However, despite being told it was at my local depot and with the courier, it never arrived. Tracking shows a delay, and I've had no updates or notifications of the delay. This is not the first time I've had issues with delivery. On two recent occasions, the parcel was falsified as signed for, left outside, and never directly delivered despite me being home. I'm frustrated with the lack of service and failure to address my complaints. The same delivery driver was expected to deliver my parcel yesterday, indicating my complaints have been ignored. I'm very displeased with this ongoing situation. I've attached a screenshot of the tracking information for reference.

I am reaching out to address a delivery issue. I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional treatment I have received from your courier service. Despite numerous complaints, the courier consistently fails to deliver packages to my address and falsely claims attempted deliveries without leaving any notes. It is unacceptable that the courier is dishonest by signing for undelivered packages. The courier falsely marked my parcel as delivered, only to inform me the next day of a future delivery attempt. The package has been in your possession since October 9th and is still missing as of the 18th.
