Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.
The issue in GetHuman-frostiel's own words
I have been waiting for the same parcel since Saturday. First was dinner till *pm Saturday which was fine as I was going out at *.**. After * it hadn’t come so went on emails it had changed from *-*. I hurried getting my clothes on to knock on doors and find who was going to be in and luckily was able to change to deliver to number **. When we got home went to number ten, no delivery. Checked on first tracking it was claimed I wasn’t in at gone *. I wasn’t very happy. Then a different tracking it said it would be delivered another day. Then I was getting that one and * others yesterday. The * deliveries were * till **. He came at gone * I did say about the tracking and he actually change by email the time time it was coming and then that it was delivered. I was just stunned. It now says I’m getting the one from Saturday * time slots and yesterday’s * time slots today, but am I going to be getting it

How GetHuman-frostiel fixed the problem
Being on the *rd day Hermes we’re going to deliver, I got * different times on email as the day went on, but I did eventually get the parcel. On the *rd day and quite flummoxed I went online to try and get a Hermes number to ring and explain how I was feeling. Eventually found * numbers. Rang the *st one to an answer machine telling me head office was closed and to ring back on Monday to Friday and office times. (Which was the time I was ringing!!!). So I rang the *nd number which was also an answer machine, telling me that most questions are answered on their website and if my question wasn’t there I could go on live chat. I went on their site, again, it says to write in detail your problem, so a bit like this novel now, I spent a good while typing in detail. Pressed the send, to the live chat, sat waiting looking at the screen waiting for the live chat answer. Some lines underneath the chat arrived, with the suggestion to ring Hermes. Oh my days, if that was even possible. Luckily as I said, my parcel came. As to can I help anyone after my problem was solved. The answer I’m afraid is no. It was just good luck that it eventually came, after *days and * different times and once lying saying it came and I wasn’t in. All I can say is good luck because after wasting time finding numbers you don’t get a human and get sent on a wild goose chase to gain nothing at the end.
