I need to return a parcel to Damart. *Yesterday I tried to set up the return with Hermes via my computer. I went through all the stages until the printing of the label - when I was suddenly switched back to the start of the process (for no reason as far as I could see - I have returned parcels successfully before this way .) *I had paid the £*.** by Capital One Mastercard, intending to take the parcel to the nearest collection point, but am now left wondering what to do, as I do not have the delivery number and your automated service will not deal with me without it.*For obvious security reasons I do not wish to put my card number in this message, please advise me on how to enable you to cancel the Mastercard payment. I will take the parcel to the Post Office, as that will be much simpler for me.*Many thanks in anticipation.*Janet George

How GetHuman-janetfm fixed the problem
I was unable to obtain the help I needed from the GetHuman website. Contacted Damart by phone instead and arranged a pick up of the parcel with them. Have written off the £*.** delivery charge already paid. Will not be using it again.
