The Hermes service hours listed as 24/7 on Gethuman.com seem inaccurate for this phone number. I've had issues with tracking, repeatedly getting a message saying "you can't redirect this." The delivery slip left by the agent wasn't filled out, making it impossible to contact them to arrange a safe delivery spot. Despite the tracking indicating further attempts, I never heard any knocks nor received any slips after the first day. I will be away abroad after today and would like to designate a safe spot nearby for my son to collect the parcel later, but the Hermes website doesn't allow for this.

I wasn't home when a parcel was delivered, and the card indicated it was left at the back door, but I couldn't locate it there. I kindly request the parcel to be redelivered or located within 24 hours. The card lacks contact information or the name of the courier for me to follow up directly. I placed an order for a package to be delivered on Saturday, October 5th. Since I wasn't home, the courier left a note saying it was the first delivery attempt and they would come back the next working day. I missed today's delivery, and to my surprise, I found out my parcel is being returned to the sender because three delivery attempts were allegedly made. If that was true, why did the courier only tick the box for the first attempt on Saturday?

The delivery person knocked on my door twice. Since I was in bed with the flu, I answered a few seconds after the second knock. However, by the time I got to the door, they had left a card saying the package was delivered next door. Unfortunately, my neighbor doesn't answer the door when I try to drop off packages to them. I have previously requested for parcels to be left on my front doorstep. I tried calling the four different numbers provided on the website to speak with someone, but it was all automated, and I couldn't reach a person. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied.

I arranged for three parcels to be picked up on Friday, October 4th. One of them, from QVC, had a paid and printed label with tracking number 34-[redacted]-03-[redacted]8-2, while the other two were returns. Although the returns were confirmed, they were not collected as scheduled. I have submitted another collection request, but I am specifically concerned about the QVC parcel that I paid for.

Today, on 7/10/19, I received a card stating it was the final delivery attempt. The only information on the card is a barcode [redacted]6. There is no flat number, recipient name, or contact number provided. The address is Chalet Court, Bordon Hants, GU35 0TG, with possible flats being 16, 17, 18, or 19. I am Ian Mclelland. It's unclear which flat the delivery is for. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated as I am expecting a package, but I am uncertain about the courier company involved.

I received tracking information from eBay for my Hermes parcel, but it has not arrived at my address. The seller claims it was delivered to a "secure location" on Friday, the 4th, but I have been unable to locate it at my house or with my neighbors. The reference number is P[redacted], and the eBay barcode provided is [redacted][redacted]. I reside at Shell Cottage, The Street, Kelling, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7RL. The seller mentioned a delivery at 11.30 PM, which seems unusual as I was home at that time. I am extremely frustrated with the service provided. I have scheduled several parcel pickups, but no one has shown up. My customers are upset, demanding refunds as the parcels remain undelivered. This is unacceptable. I need the collections to be completed promptly. One of the parcels was due for collection yesterday, but the tracking suggests otherwise. This error has forced me to reschedule the pickups. As a business open six days a week, this recurring issue is causing significant inconvenience. Hello, I'm experiencing issues with my courier service provider. My regular courier has stopped servicing my area, which was very reliable. The new courier is not performing well. I made a booking with Kaleidoscope for the collection of two parcels scheduled for last Friday, but it did not occur. I rescheduled for Monday, but once again, the collection did not happen. Due to my physical condition post-surgery, I am unable to take the parcels to a drop-off location myself. This is the third time my parcels have not been collected on the agreed-upon dates. I believe Hermes should address and rectify their courier service for better efficiency.

Yesterday, I waited all day for my parcel to be picked up for return to Cotton Traders, but no one showed up. The instructions left in the email were meant for when I'm not at home. I need to arrange another collection for the parcel without incurring an additional cost. Thank you.

I received a large box that was badly damaged, but surprisingly the small item inside was still intact. It is important that damaged parcels are not delivered until the receiver has had a chance to check the contents. Thank you.

My parcel was stolen from my doorstep today within 10 minutes of it being delivered, despite me being home at the time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a notification or a visit from the delivery driver. There is no contact information provided by Hermes for situations like this, and the website's contact form is not allowing me to submit a complaint. I am unsure who the retailer is or what item was supposed to be delivered, making it difficult to resolve the issue. I urgently need to speak with someone at Hermes UK to address this non-delivery problem. How can I reach them?

I recently got an email stating that my parcel was delivered to a safe spot at my address. Despite checking, I couldn't locate the parcel. The Hermes tracking site offers a feature to view a photo of where the parcel was left. Reviewing the image, I noticed it was placed outside a different door, not mine. I didn't receive any updates about delivery to a neighbor and have been unable to reach anyone at Hermes to address this issue.

I have been unsuccessful in arranging the collection of 13 parcels as the courier has not shown up yesterday or today. Customer service has been unavailable, and despite my attempts through live chat and phone calls, I haven't been able to reach a resolution. After waiting in a queue for over 46 minutes, the call gets disconnected due to technical faults. It is frustrating to experience this lack of support when trying to cancel or have my parcels collected promptly.

I received an email on September 26th informing me that my parcel was scheduled for delivery by your company that day. I was home all day overseeing some work in my flat and couldn't step out until the evening. Despite being home, the parcel did not arrive. Upon contacting the seller, I was informed that the parcel was delivered at 13:36 on September 26th. I am certain it was not delivered to me as I didn't leave my house all day, and I have two small dogs who would alert me to any visitors. I contacted eBay, opened a case, and was also informed that the parcel was delivered at 13:36 on the same day. Since my regular delivery person was off, I am unsure where my parcel was delivered, as it did not reach me. It is frustrating to be told conflicting information and feel like I am being called dishonest. I believe your drivers usually take photos if a parcel is left elsewhere, but in my case, no one knocked on my door or left a card. I submitted a payment of £2.85 for a parcel delivery on September 13th at 3:41 pm, which was later duplicated without my authorization at 3:47 pm on the same day. I have the bank reference numbers for both transactions. There should only have been one payment made for the delivery of one parcel to BSL Ltd in Frating, Colchester, UK, at 4:18 pm on September 16th. I kindly request a refund or credit for the duplicate payment of £2.85. Thank you.

Today I found a card stating I missed a delivery, but I was home when it was left. The note mentioned my parcel was in the back garden, yet after searching thoroughly, including inside bins, I couldn't find it. The card lacks the courier's name or contact information, and I had to resort to reaching out online. On the card, there's a barcode with number [redacted]0. Hello, I received my first email today at 3:58 p.m. informing me that Hermes has my parcel from QVC with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Shortly after, at 5:05 p.m., I received an email stating that the parcel was delivered and signed for, although I did not receive it. I contacted QVC as I could not reach Hermes. QVC explained that the delivery was made to number one instead of number two as indicated on the parcel. However, I was at number one during the supposed delivery time, and only the property owner, my husband, and I were there, confirming that the parcel was not delivered. Subsequently, the email disappeared from my server, and I believe it can be retrieved. An email at 6:24 p.m. mentioned that the delivery was rescheduled for before 7:00 p.m. Following that, at 6:54 p.m., we received an email identifying the driver as William, claiming the parcel was delivered at 6:53 p.m. with the same signature as the withdrawn email. Despite this, we have not received the parcel. Thus, I am unsure where the parcel is, but it is not at Two Nethercraigs House. Kindly provide a prompt response.

I sent a parcel on September 26th, and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. However, when I track the parcel, it shows that the courier attempted delivery three times at hours outside the normal schedule. The recipient assures me they were home during those times and no delivery cards were left. Both the recipient and I are worried about the status of the parcel. Yesterday, upon returning home from work, I discovered a card stating my parcel had been left in the green bin at the front of my property, but upon checking, it was not there. I find this irresponsible as my property is exposed. I attempted to contact Pretty Little Thing, the sender of the parcel, but was unable to find a contact telephone number.
