I was trying to send a parcel via Hermes no success.*Tried phoning *** *** **** does not recognise number that's the number that was given on line. ... Parcel was meant to be picked up Saturday *th October.*Was not picked up why.*Need parcel picked up.

This is my first time using Hermes cannot fault them. I have had Hermes drop parcels off no problem. Hermes are cheaper than the post office and faster. I have all ways given Hermes top reviews. I think i deserve better treatment been very patient calm person understanding. I am not rude, swear, argue, put the phone down on people. I am a good customer.
