Hello, I was anticipating the arrival of my parcel on Sunday the 1st. The driver, however, delivered it on Friday to the wrong address, Flat 4 instead of my Flat 3, and left it at the wrong door. I am concerned as I paid £4 for delivery, and the package was left on the floor with no signature. I have photographic evidence from Hermes showing the misdelivery. I have been trying to reach Hermes for a week, but the line is consistently busy. I fear my parcel may be lost or taken by someone else as I was home waiting for it. My postcode is ME16 8BH, and I can be contacted at [redacted] or [redacted]0. I am eager to understand why the drivers are unable to deliver to the correct addresses and would appreciate an update on the situation.

I'm having trouble reaching Hermes.com. When I dialed the number, it disconnected after one second. I can't seem to find a way to get in touch with Hermes at all. On their website, clicking on delivery issues leads to a message instructing me to contact the retailer to address the problem, which is incorrect. I have purchased multiple items online from different retailers in China. The card left by Hermes contained no information, making it impossible to identify the item they tried to deliver. There is no tracking number, and entering the barcode number on their website led to no available information. Having contact details from the driver on the card would have been helpful in resolving this issue.

Dear Hermes, I am incredibly frustrated as my parcel has not been picked up despite the scheduled collection last week. The tracking number for my return is [redacted][redacted]. The Amazon seller will charge me for the faulty item if the return is not made promptly. I placed an order with PrettyLittleThing for guaranteed next day delivery for my upcoming trip. Unfortunately, I have been informed that there is an issue on their end. I urgently need confirmation that my parcel will arrive today as I'm leaving for my trip tonight and do not have time to shop for new clothes. I recently placed an order with JD for shoes with next day delivery. Although I was supposed to receive it on Sunday, I received an email stating it was successfully delivered. Surprisingly, the item hasn't reached me, and it seems like someone named Hafsa signed for it. It looks like the delivery person might have mistakenly delivered it to the wrong address. I'm quite upset as I invested a lot in this purchase, and I urgently need assistance. My address is correct as I double-checked it multiple times.

I paid for a parcel to be delivered by Hermes on Tuesday, September 3rd, and scheduled a collection from my address for September 6th to send it to the recipient. However, the collection has not occurred yet, and I am unable to get any information using the parcel tracking system. Hermes does not provide a contact number for inquiries, leaving me in the dark about the situation. The recipient was expecting the parcel by now, causing inconvenience. I need to understand why the collection has been delayed, the updated collection and delivery schedule, and how Hermes plans to compensate me for the inconvenience this has caused.

I ordered a package from ASOS to be delivered to my friend's flat in Edinburgh. It was signed for on Saturday night, but when I went to the flat, the parcel was missing. I mistakenly provided the wrong flat number (14/3 instead of 14/5) on the address. After checking with all the residents, it seems like no one has the package. Flat 14/3 is directly below my friend's flat, but no one answered the door, and the flat appears unoccupied. Hello, I need help with returning an item to Amazon through Hermes. I tried to drop it off at the Cambridge Park Convenience Store on [redacted] Richmond Road, TW1 2DU, but they refused it due to its size (88x50x25cm, 7kg). I have been using Hermes to send educational materials to schools without issues. However, yesterday, I encountered difficulties while trying to book five packages for collection and delivery. Despite multiple attempts with my email address and password, I kept getting an error message stating they didn't match. Even after resetting my password and trying to create a new account with a different email address, I couldn't proceed. My tech-savvy wife also couldn't resolve the issue. Although a Hermes staff member assisted briefly, the problem persisted, and I still cannot log in to book the parcels. I have since tried again today with no success. I received a delivery timeframe of 4-6pm yesterday, so I rushed home from work at 3.30pm and stayed in all evening. However, I was shocked to receive an email and text claiming that my parcel had been delivered, which was not the case as I was home the whole time. This morning, my mom found a delivery card in the letterbox stating that the parcel was left over the gate, but it was nowhere to be found. I expected a delivery between 6-8 pm on Sept 10. However, I later received a text saying the delivery window was pushed to 7-9 pm, which was sent at 7:55 pm. Subsequently, I was informed of a delay with no further updates or delivery by 9:25 am on Sept 11. The package requires a signature, but as I need to leave, I am seeking advice on the situation. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I received my parcel, but unfortunately, the item did not fit. I went through the process of getting a returns label and took the parcel to a local shop in Dovedale Rd, Liverpool L18 5HY. When I asked how to apply the return label, I was advised to put it anywhere on the parcel, so I stuck it to the reverse side. I received a slip with returns number P[redacted] on it on 3rd September. Subsequently, on 4th September, I received an email from the local courier, Debra, stating my parcel would be delivered between 4-6 pm. However, it seems there was a mix-up as the parcel did not arrive on time. I tried to reach out to Hermes without success. It has been a week now, and both the company and I have not received the returned parcel. I am left without the boots and cannot get a refund until the parcel is delivered. I made a purchase on eBay and opted for delivery to my local Argos branch in Gosport where I work. The expected delivery date of 10/09/[redacted] has passed without receiving my item. After reaching out to the seller, I was informed that the package was returned to them but subsequently dispatched again. Checking the MyHermes website tracker, it indicates the parcel was with MyHermes on 08/09/[redacted] with no further updates since that date. Strangely, using a different section of the website, the 16-digit tracking number is no longer being recognized. The seller has informed me that they have not received the returned package and haven't had responses to their inquiries. The tracking systems are not aligning. Hello, my name is Emma-Rose, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Hermes delivery person. On Wednesday, they delivered my parcel to my house when no one was home. Instead of leaving it in a safe place, they chose to place it inside a dirty bin that is frequently used. This action was not only disrespectful but also unhygienic. To make matters worse, my father, who is undergoing chemotherapy for cancer and has a weakened immune system, had to retrieve the parcel from the bin. Despite me previously informing Hermes about my concerns and requesting that my parcels not be delivered by them, this incident has occurred again.

I'm sharing the Hermes parcel tracking number: [redacted][redacted]. The parcel was delivered this morning, not to a shed. The driver is usually friendly. I hope a problematic local resident won't cause more issues. Let's avoid any disputes over personal deliveries or politics. I had to change my dog food service due to previous disturbances. The delivery driver was nice upon delivery. I request the other person involved not escalate any conflicts. I'm tired of Mr. Taylor's behavior and don't want him around. It's been challenging dealing with his actions. Please thank the delivery driver for their kindness and ensure there are no more problems from others. My personal life should be respected. Thank you. Today, I had a Hermes courier attempt a delivery at my house. Unfortunately, he called my phone but didn't leave a message. I discovered a blank receipt in the letterbox without any contact details. Realizing the missed call was likely from the courier, I called back. However, he seemed to struggle to understand me. I explained that I was home all day and asked for a re-delivery attempt, but he provided no clear response. After repeating myself, he just sighed. Feeling frustrated, I decided to end the call at that moment.

I made two separate orders from someone on a team of 15 people selling items like clothing, toys, trainers, and more. The first order arrived, but the lady who placed it used the wrong flat number. Luckily, I received a picture of the parcel and tracked it successfully. For the second order, she claimed to have used the correct flat number but did not send a picture, making it hard for me to track. The orders were made without providing my email as it's not a formal website or company, just a group selling knock-offs to make some extra money. I am concerned about a parcel of 10 pouches of tobacco possibly being sent to the wrong neighbor who kept the previous package out of spite.
