Trying to find out exactly what time the rearranged delivery on Friday would be. ... Hello, I was advised by email my delivery would be between ** - *pm.*At **.***I missed the courier as he didn't ring the bell and I wouldn't hear if he knocked. *Being on crutches didn't help, I couldn't get down the stairs of my flat fast enough to answer the door.*The courier says he's coming tomorrow, what time and will I get chance to get to the door?.*Thanks
I have a door bell which wasn't used, otherwise I would have heard the courier at the door instead of receiving the "sorry we missed you note" pushed through the letterbox. *Also I have a walking stick and need time to answer the door.
This could be resolved easily by the courier by filling in an approx time if possible for the *nd attempt of delivery, ie am or pm.*As it is, unless I am advised of a time I may have to wait in and I'm supposed to be leaving at *pm for a weekend break.
I have used Hermes for many years and have never had a problem with the courier service before.
I have already had enough as I'm not very well.
