My Ebay customer opted for Collect at Argos. Argos say they did not receive your delivery. The signature provided was noted as being from my customer in person (which would be impossible as the shop goods inwards area would be the place to take the parcel).*Your email options say I should contact 'the retailer' but retailer says they are only a parcel holding service and as they did not receive the parcel they are not responsible.**Your website says 'phone customer service'. Your phone line has a recorded message saying 'use live chat or email us'. You have no live chat service as far as I can see. Your email service wont accept the query as 'the number belongs to a retailer'. This customer service experience is totally PANTS.**I had compensation cover of £** for this parcel and as I have had to refund the £**.** for the lost parcel to the ebay customer (long standing person with good reputation) you should provide a simple method by which lost parcels in the click and collect service can be investigated. *Parcel number was **************** please tell me how to claim!!!
