Hello, I had arranged for a parcel to be redirected to 55 Gorseway this morning, but I received an email stating it was delivered to 82 Gorseway, my home address, with a signature I don't recognize. Despite being home, the parcel wasn't found. I'd like assistance in locating my parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] and determining the correct delivery address. Thank you.

I placed an order on August 6th, but I mistakenly provided the wrong delivery address. Despite attempting to correct the address with Hermes, they only allowed me to redirect the parcel. I had the package returned to my flat, leaving notes on both the main entrance door and my flat door. However, upon receiving an email that the parcel was left with a neighbor, I assumed it was with me. To my dismay, the parcel was not at my flat. The email indicated it was left with a neighbor at 2/3 2, but the parcel was not there either. The signature provided was unfamiliar, and my valuable parcel is now missing. I have checked with my neighbors, but no one has it. This situation is causing me extreme stress. The delivery driver should not have given the parcel to an unknown person when I instructed otherwise. I urgently need my parcel delivered to me. I also seek compensation for the inconvenience. My parcel was originally scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, August 6th. However, I missed the delivery and received a calling card. The following day, no delivery was attempted, and the tracking information indicated a delay. Today, which is Thursday, August 8th, I received an email and text message stating that delivery would occur between 12:00-14:00. Despite being home all day, the parcel did not arrive. Tracking my parcel has been difficult as it shows either a delay with no details or says tracking is unavailable. The original calling card number is no longer recognized, and when I called customer service with my tracking information, the automated system claimed the parcel was delivered incorrectly. I am eager to know when I can expect my parcel as I have already spent two days waiting for it and am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of updates.

Hello, I appreciate your reaching out for assistance. Upon returning home from celebrating my son's birthday yesterday, I found two Hermes tickets at my doorstep. One was from yesterday, and the other was from the day before. Both indicated that items were left in my small red recycling box outside my house. I checked the box and found only a small package of white power cables. However, according to your website, the other parcel was delivered the previous Wednesday afternoon and left in my red box, but it is missing. I doubt it would fit in my box given its size. To whom it may concern, I am Laura Pillinger. I was expecting my parcel (tracking number: [redacted][redacted]) from Clarkes website via Hermes courier on August 8th. Hermes contacted me via text and email on 8/8/[redacted], stating the delivery would be made that day. However, my parcel did not arrive as promised, and the tracking website indicated a delay with the delivery. As of Friday, August 9th, my parcel has still not been delivered to my address at 79 Gurkha Road, Blandford, Dorset, DT11 7FL. I am concerned that my parcel may be lost or that the courier is unable to locate my address. I kindly request an update on the delivery status as soon as possible. I have not received my parcel at my address. The signature seems false with just a loop. It would be helpful if the delivery driver took a name before handing over parcels. I emailed last night seeking help in locating my parcel, but there has been no resolution yet. I am disappointed by the lack of photo or geo tracking information available. It is frustrating that I have not been able to speak to anyone about this issue and find my parcel efficiently. I hope to receive a response soon before it's too late. The current customer service experience has been disappointing, and I am eager to have a human address my concerns and provide geotracking details to locate my parcel.

I returned an item to a retailer for a refund at a local drop-off point in Canvey Island, Essex, specifically the Bargain Booze location. I received a receipt for my return dated 18/07/19, three weeks ago. The company claims they have not received my return but have tracked it and say it's on its way back to me. I want to report an issue with a parcel that was supposedly delivered to my address yesterday. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The tracking status shows it was received and signed for, but I was not home during lunchtime when it was purportedly delivered. I will not be back until evening. Despite checking around my house and with my neighbors, the parcel is nowhere to be found. Additionally, the signature on record is not mine, which worries me. I need this package urgently. - M. I'm disappointed with how the delivery was handled. The delivery person left my package in a so-called ‘safe place’, which happened to be right in front of my fence in plain view of everyone. Upon returning home, I couldn't locate my parcel anywhere. Despite asking my neighbors, no one had picked up the package. The photo provided by the delivery person as evidence of the drop-off shows the fence without the parcel. This situation has resulted in a loss of £[redacted] worth of items due to this careless practice.

I recently had a package delivered to a "safe place" which happened to be in front of my fence where it was easily visible to anyone passing by. Upon my return home, the parcel was missing. I checked with my neighbors, and no one had retrieved it. The photo the delivery person took as proof of delivery shows the fence but not the parcel. I estimate I have lost approximately £96 worth of items due to this oversight. I believe the delivery person should reimburse me for the items lost as a result of not following proper delivery procedures.

Hello, I am anticipating the delivery of several items. It seems like a delivery attempt was made, but the items were not left as requested on my porch. I haven't encountered issues like this before. However, I believe there might be a new driver as last week a parcel was delivered, and the driver wasn't familiar with the main entry door code. I am inquiring about the missing delivery associated with bar code: [redacted][redacted]. I am extremely upset about the service I received. The delivery driver arrived unannounced at the wrong time and left a card saying to expect the delivery between 1-5, but no one showed up. Tracking shows a wrong address, which is incorrect. I want this issue resolved promptly, or I will pursue legal action. - P.A., Newby Farm, TS8 9DY.

I was expecting my parcel to be delivered tomorrow, but it arrived today at an address unrelated to me. There was no notification left at my place, and I did not authorize it to be left elsewhere. The parcel has not been returned, and I believe your driver should retrieve it. I only found out it was delivered by tracking it. Please advise on what can be done. Thank you.

I visited the Hermes website on Saturday, August 10th to request a return label. I paid the £2.99 fee but was unable to print the label. I contacted Hermes that same day and received an automated response stating they would reply within 24 hours. I followed up on Sunday and yesterday, but have not received a response. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service from this company. The automated phone system is unhelpful, and my emails have been ignored. I expect better support and communication. Hello, On 29/07/[redacted], I dropped off a parcel at a Hermes drop-off point. After being stopped at the national hub, the driver did not scan the parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. I'm concerned it may have been lost or stolen. The delivery address is 52 Braunstone Close, Leicester, LE32GT. It was expected to be delivered two weeks ago. I urge for the parcel to show up for delivery by tomorrow to avoid a dispute. If the parcel is missing, I expect the insurance cover of £[redacted] to be paid. If it is located, I need it delivered promptly. If my concern isn't addressed within 5 working days, I will escalate the issue. Best regards.

On the 13th of August [redacted], I found a 'Sorry I missed you card' from Hermes with reference no. [redacted]4. Despite the card indicating there would be an attempted delivery the next day, no one showed up. I remained home all day without any delivery attempt. It seems challenging to reach Hermes for support as the customer service is automated and disconnects after selecting any option. The tracking number transferred from Mondial Relay in France adds to the complexity. While Hermes did not follow my delivery preferences stated in a note, the driver left a contact number. I left a message for the driver to call me, as it seems the company lacks organization in providing delivery dates and time slots. I sympathize with the driver for the challenges they face working for this company. Unfortunately, my hands were tied as the item I purchased on Catawiki determined the courier company.
